The fight begins and I know we have to hit Thanos with something powerful.
A while back I actually completed my suit that can channel lightning and hopefully Hold mjolnir.
Haven't tested it out yet but I'm hoping for the best.
I hooked up dad with the technology for The lightening blast move but he wanted nothing to do with holding the hammer.
"Thor. This is gonna sound crazy but blast me with lightning" I breath shakily hoping this will work
While dad uses his reactors to distract Thanos Thor collides his 2 hammers together combined with his lightning.
It hits my suit which then sucks up the energy and shoots it back out.
I get one good hit on the Titan but he uses his blade to divert the energy.
"I'll have to get in on that one next time. Double the energy could work" dad says on the com
Thor sends his hammers hurling towards Thanos.
Thanos grabs dad and uses him as a shield which causes damage to his systems.
I watch dad fall to the ground as if he was lifeless
"Friday- how is he??" I ask worriedly as I blast away at the titan
"Still alive I'll get him awake" Friday responds
Steve runs up and attacks Thanos to the best of his abilities but sadly he's no match for the Titan either.
Thanos hits Steve down into a piece of rubble.
Next is Thor. He runs up and swings stormbreaker at Thanos. Thanos blocks the attack with his blade.
Thanos grabs Thor and throws him into a pile of rubble
As Thanos repeatedly hits Thor, Thor summons stormbreaker.
Thanos grabs stormbreaker and pushes it down almost impaling Thor.
"Thor I'm gonna need that blessing you were telling me about" I say nervously as I fly down swiftly in between the two and grab stormbreaker from thanos' hands
"Woah" I breath holding stormbreaker up defensively. The power surges through me
I look up and realize now thanos' attention is on me.
"I think you'll come to realize you shouldn't have done that.. you'll die like the rest of your friends here today" he spits looking down on me
I walk backwards as Thanos walks towards me.
From behind Thanos I can see Steve getting up. I don't know what he's planning until I see him hold his hand out.
"Okay boomer" I smirk looking up at Thanos
He gives me a confused look before getting hit in the head by mjolnir
Thor and I both can't believe our eyes when we see Steve holding not only his shield but mjolnir too
"I knew it!" Thor breathes weakly
Thanos kicks Thor knocking him out.
Thor unconscious means I can't hold up stormbreaker.
I fall back with it landing on my legs
"Shit!" I exclaim trying to get up but failing miserably
Before Thanos fights Steve he hits me with his blade straight to the head.
I go flying into the rubble but somehow i sit back up
I watch Steve fight back resiliently.
"Friday I have to help Steve" I say weakly trying to walk
Then I see Steve get hit to the ground
"Friday fly me to Steve now!" I say scared
I land right next to him as he slowly turns over
"Steve!" I say worriedly
"Y/n get out of here" he coughs as he slowly sits up
"Steve I can't-
"Y/n As your father-
"As your daughter I am actively not listening to your directions" I smile helping him up
"Then I guess we're fighting this army together" Steve nudges me as we stare at the hundreds of soldiers ascending from Thanos ship
Steve and I limp slowly together towards the army
Then Steve stops?
I look back at him confused
He goes to hold his earpiece as if talking to someone
Then a portal like the one doctor Strange does opens up on Steve's left side.
I watch in awe as T'challa steps out of a portal
Then sam flys out over our heads
"Hey girl! Super fly club back together!" Sam laughs talking to me
All I can do is laugh in happiness as more and more portals open up.
All of the people we lost. Everyone comes back out.
I see doctor Strange and the Guardians step out
My heart rate increases as Peter swings out.
I don't think I've ever missed someone so much in my life.
I can only hope that Harley is back home right now <3
I stand by Steve as we watch all of Wakandas army join us as well as Asgard's army and all of Doctor stranges people as well.
I've never seen something so amazing in my life.
I fly over and drop down by dad who has now woken up
"Y/n are you seeing this right now" dad says happily
"Come on old man get up" I smile as he grabs my hand to help
"Peter is there" he cant help but smile
"I can't wait to talk to him again" I smile as we get in our battle stations
With Steve leading us I stand by dad
Scott brings Bruce Rhodey and Rocket to fight with us.
I hope Pietro is safe with Nat and Clint somewhere in the rubble.
"Ready for this kid?" dad asks
"As ready as I'll ever be" I shake my head
Thor lands next to us holding stormbreaker
"Avengers.... assemble" Steve yells out
Our whole army runs at thanos'
The fight begins and everyone goes all out. This is it.
Dad and I work together flying around each other.
Our suits nanobotically combine energy to blast anything flying in the air with double the energy of the arc reactor
"Now that's father daughter bonding" dad laughs
Then something hits the both of us that sends us flying into the ground.. but some webs catch us before the impact
"Hey!" I hear a That voice and I immediately tear up
"Peter!" I yell out getting up
My face mask retracts as we tackle each other in a hug
"Y/n!!" He laughs Hugging me tightly
"Pete" I hear dad say almost like he doesn't believe it
"Dad!" Peter and I walk to dad
I think dad and I had the same reaction of just staring at peter because we couldn't believe he was back
"Remember when we were in space and I got all dusty- and I must've passed out because I woke up and you guys were gone but doctor Strange was there and he was like it's been a year! Come on they need us and then he-
Dad grabs Peter into a hug as he rambles on
"O-oh. This is nice" peter smiles softly hugging dad back
Dads eyes tear up but he hides it well
"Okay let's get this over with" dad nods
My mask goes back on and I fly out finding more aliens to kill
I land in a spot and kill a couple but then I see ebony Maw
He smirks at me before sending rocks flying at me
"Oh come on" I roll my eyes feeling my suit get pelted by rocks
I fly up and the rest of the rocks miss me. Once I land again I charge up to super blast him.
My suit blasts hella energy at the Maw. But of course he reflects the energy
"Good bye iron girl" he chuckles before sending it back at me
I put my arms up to try to block it but nothing hits me
I open my eyes to see Pietro holding me
"Pietro!" I smile taking off my mask
"Hey do you have one of those bomb things that explode after a few seconds of being placed?" He asks as the maw hovers around looking for us
"Of course I do" I say taking one out of my suit
"Watch this" he smirks taking it from me
I watch as he flashes right past the maw and leaves the bomb on him
It happened so fast the maw didn't even notice.
And that was the end of Ebony maw. Well the second time.
"Didn't see that coming" Pietro chuckles flashing back over to me
"Good one" I smile
"Get back out there and kick some ass" he smiles back
Then he kisses me before flashing away
"You can't just kiss me!? Okay fine maybe you can!" I yell but he's gone and I'm literally just yelling to myself smh
I fly to find more aliens to kill
"Hey anyone see an ugly brown van out there?" Steve asks on the com
I can't help but laugh at Steve calling it ugly
I land in front of a giant monster walking on four legs.
It roars loudly at me as I put up my blasters
"Bring it on" I smile to myself
It starts running at me but before I can get my hands on it orange magic surrounds the beast and rips it apart.
I turn around to see doctor Strange
"Do you want to get killed or something?" He asks in a snarky tone
"I could've handled that myself" I shake my head
"Be careful kid" he says almost smiling at me! Then he turns to fly off
"Yeah yeah- nice to have you back or whatever" I say quietly
"What was that?" He asks somehow hearing me
"Uh nothing!" I smile innocently before flying off
I see T'Challa running with the gaunlet.
I know how important that thing is so I fly over him helping out
But then we both get knocked down by Thanos
I go to get back up and fight him but then Wanda lands in front of me!
Peter grabs the gauntlet from T'Challa
So now I go with Peter
Then Thanos' ship starts raining down fire on us all.
All of Doctor Stranges sorcerers put up shields to help protect us all
Peter gets attacked by a bunch of devil dogs so I try to help blast them
"Hey Queens heads up!" Steve sends mjolnir our way and peter webs onto it
I fly above his head so at the right moment I fling him up and Valkyrie catches him on her Pegasus
A blast from the ship over head grazes me which sends me into the ground with a thud.
But then the blasting stops.
We all look up in confusion
Something enters the atmosphere and starts tearing up the ship
"Hey Nat. Is- is that Carol?" I ask on the com
"That sure is!" I can almost hear the excitement in Nats voice
Carol takes down the whole ship for us.
"Girls, I think peter might need a little help here" Carol says on the com
We all come together to help.
Nat joins me and the rest of the girls with a smile on her face.
"Let's do this ladies" Nat smiles
We take down the army as Carol blasts through with the gauntlet
I follow her and send a blast of full power with the other girls right at Thanos making him fall.
But then Thanos gets up and throws his blade straight into the quantum van
The impact levels everything.
I see the gauntlet fall to the ground.
Right in between dad and Thanos.
They both run for it and Thanos hits dad away quickly
Thor and Steve Get Thanos to the point where they almost chop off his head.. but somehow he flings them off as well.
Even Carol gets shot down trying to fight Thanos. It seems like all is lost when he puts the gauntlet on
I land next to dad
"What's the plan now?" I ask nervously
But he doesn't respond he looks at Strange who is looking back at him
"Y/n I love you" dad says weakly as he gets back up
"Dad- Whats the plan!?" I ask again
He ignores me and runs at Thanos
He grabs the gauntlet which of course makes Thanos punch him out.
I try to stop Thanos but he kicks me away easily
"I am... inevitable" Thanos says holding his hand up to snap
I knew this was it...
But then he snaps.... and nothing happens
I see dad get up onto his knees out of the corner of my eye
I watch dad hold up his hands as the stones bring themselves onto his hand
Wait!? He'll never survive if he snaps!!
My mind goes into a panic... I have no clue what to do!?
I can't lose him- I- I don't know what to do
Without thinking I quickly get up and limp over to him.
As the power surges through him I grab his hand.
His eyes shoot open through the pain to look at me
The power surges through me as well. The power of the stones runs through us Together
His eyes look so scared but I can't let him do this alone
Then I feel someone grab my hand.
I look to see Steve!
The power goes through him as well
then Thor grabs Steve's hand.
Bruce grabs Thor's hand.
Nat grabs Bruce's hand.
And Clint grabs Nats hand.
I smile and look back at dad
I give him a little nod and he knows we are ready to face this together
"And we.... are the Avengers" dad says back
With a loud clank I feel the power shoot through us one more time
There's a blinding flash of light before we can see again
I watch in awe as all of thanos' army falls to ash and dust.
Thanos sits in horror before he too disintegrates.
We did it! I smile watching it all dust away
But then I feel dads hand let go of my own...
I look to see him stumble backwards before collapsing in a pile of debris
"Dad?" I ask weakly as he looks up at me
The power of the stones has left his entire right side injured
"Dad- dad look at me it's okay- dad please" i kneel down Seeing his eyes lose their liveliness
He looks at me, he's unable to talk but it's like I can hear him trying to calm me down
"Friday" I say
"I already alerted emergency services... they are on their way... I'm doing everything I can" she answers
"Please don't leave me- please don't leave me" I grasp dads hand as the tears fall down my face
"Tony!" Rhodey lands next to us and rushes to see his best friend
He smiles softly touching dads hair in a comforting way
"He'll be okay" I say to myself watching dad look up at Rhodey
"I flagged down the emergency helicopter. God please tell me he's still..."
"He's here" I nod to Steve
The helicopter flies over head with flashing lights on it.
Steve starts to cry seeing dad like this
"We did it honey. it's okay." Steve sniffles
A ladder falls from the copter and the men come rushing
"Let's Get him on that copter" Steve says to the men
"Let me help" Doctor Strange flies over
He uses his magic to get dad onto the copter in a painless way
"Thank you doc. Now y/n-
"Steve you get on there with him I'll meet you at the hospital" I nod to him
The helicopter flies away quickly
I fall to the ground still hysterically crying.
"Y/n!? Where's dad!?" Peter asks swinging down next to me
I point to the helicopter trying to catch my breath
"Oh god" peter says starting to freak out as well
"Y/n come on" I hear Rhodey
I look at him in confusion as he holds his arms out to me
"I'm flying you to that hospital to see my best friend and your dad. Let's go" he says gently picking me up
"Rhodey we'll be right behind you guys." Nat nods
We fly to the hospital as fast as we can.
We land and run straight in
"Steve!" I yell trying to find him
Y/n!" Steve comes running to hug me
"Where is he!?" I say crying once again
"They have him in ICU. He'll be in surgery any minute." Steve says to Rhodey and I
"I need to see him-
"Y/n... all we can do is wait" Steve sighs holding me
We sit by the door for what seems like hours.
"Excuse me you're Steve Rogers Correct? You have some people looking for you downstairs" a woman comes to tell Steve
Steve walks down with the woman before rushing back
"Y/n- you're gonna want to see this" Steve smiles softly
I walk with him to see all of the Avengers in the waiting area and the front registration area.. they take up almost the whole hospital haha.
"Oh my god there you are!?" I hear a familiar voice
"Harley??" I gasp turning around to see him and peter
"My twin!" Harley laughs as I hug him tightly
"I'm so glad to see you" I sniffle holding him
"I heard what happened. He's gonna be okay sis, I promise" Harley whispers to calm me down
"It was so scary Harls..." I shake
"It's okay. You did it and I know that dad is so proud of you." He rubs my back
The original avengers and Rhodey are the only others allowed to come up and wait with us.
I sit with Harley and Peter. The rest of the main avengers are talking on the other side of the room.
"You- you think he's alright?" Peter asks as his leg bounces anxiously
"He's okay Pete, I know it" Harley says nodding
Harleys really good at calming us down
"I missed you guys so so much" I sigh resting my head on Harley's chest
"Steve Rogers-Stark?" A man in scrubs comes out
I jump out of my seat and run over to hear
"He's out of surgery"
