REID'S POV
As I woke up from sleeping, I groan and scratch the back of my neck. I forgot I was in (y/n)'s bed. I look at the time. 2:45am, I shrug as it is early and I can sleep in.
I know (y/n) needs her rest. So I try to move as slowly as possible without waking her up, I succeeded. I think the only reason I did was cause she was a deep sleeper.
I couldn't help but look back before I walked out at how beautiful she was still, even when she snored.
I know I have the day off, and I prefer it stay that way. At least until Tuesday, I want and feel the need to do this. The tension is unbearable with trying to hold the urge to kiss her.
I zoned out, I come back into reality and slowly close the door as I walk out. I go to my bed room and go back to sleep.
~8 hrs later~
I wake up slowly, groggy, I groan as I wake up. My hair is a mess. I swing my legs to the side of the bed, and I up. I hear something, I lift an eyebrow, being confused as to what's going on.
All I hear is sizzling as if someone's cooking something. I groan once more as I'm walking and putting my hand behind my neck, I put my arm back down.
I keep walking into the kitchen only to find that (y/n) is cooking breakfast. I smile, "whatcha making?" I asked in a playful tone. She chuckled. "Just some French toast, eggs and bacon" she said smiling. I smiled once more, "oh yum" I said as I looked at her, then walking to sit on the couch.
A few minutes go by and then I hear "okay, it's all done!" She said proudly. She takes out a plate for me. She puts a few pieces of French toast, some eggs and a couple pieces of bacon on my plate for me. "Here you go mr genius" she said smiling.
I looked down and chuckled. "You're something else you know that?" I asked. She nodded, "of course I know that" she rolled her eyes and giggled. I shook my head, "you weirdo" I said.
"Excuse me?" She said as her ponytail went back and fourth like it was gonna whip somebody, crossing her arms and lifting an eyebrow.
"Oh, I said you're a weirdo" I said as I put some French toast in my mouth after putting on some maple syrup. My mouth is full, I can't say right now as I'm trying to chew and swallow my food she walks closer toward me.
Being in the same way she was, arms crossed and an eyebrow raised. This time while tapping her foot.
It took a minute but I eventually swallowed my food, "yes, can I help you?" I said playfully, chucking.
She stepped toward me again being really close to my face, I sighed. "Man, do I wanna kiss her" I thought time myself. She chuckled and shrugged. "I was just trying to mess around with you, but it looks like the genius is like a statue and doesn't give a reaction. Weird." She said.
I laughed, "oh yes, cause thats weird. We're both weird and you know it." I said as I put down my cork for a minute I walked up to her. Towering over her as shes (y/h) which is adorable. I kiss her on the cheek as I still had maple syrup on my face.
She gave me a playful look of disgust. "Ew, mr genius needs to clean his face" she said playfully. "Well, now you need to wash yours a little bit too" I said. "True, very true" she said.
She went to the sink and washed it off her cheek, I went next to clean my face. I cleaned it off, I then took a paper towel to clean myself up with as a napkin as I was going to continue eating breakfast.
I went back over to the couch and ate. I cleaned myself up with the paper towel. I then realized she didn't eat any of it. "Hey, aren't you gonna make yourself a plate and eat?" I asked worried.
"Oh, I already ate, I made something for myself a little while before you woke up. So I'm okay, thank you though" she said. I nodded. I grab my plate and get up from the couch, I walk over to the sink and put my plate in the sink.
"Thank you for breakfast" I said smiling. She nods, "of course, you're welcome" she said smiling.
I couldn't wait for tonight, she has no idea, and I'm gonna be so happy to do this. I was also a little bit anxious, but that's okay. This is a big step to me.

MY POV
I smile as I told Spence you're welcome. He didn't even need to say thank you, but he did. I just did it to do it and do something nice for him.
He walks out of the area of the kitchen and living room to go into his bedroom. I got confused, but I didn't focus on it too much considering I was doing the dishes.
I finish up doing the dishes and I'm still confused as to why he walked out, I still don't want to focus on it too much or try not to. It's just that he usually doesn't do that.
Also, we've been kissing each other's cheek lately like we're somewhat of a couple, I don't quite understand what's going on. If he likes me I wish he would just ask me already. Someone would be a fool to say no to that handsome man. Someone would be very lucky to be with him.
Anyways, I walk over to the tv and turn it on. Twisted sisters is on. I just can't help it, I love ID, it's one of my favorite channels.
I watch it for a little while, so much so I lose track of time. I look at my phone. 2:45pm, "already?! Damn" I thought to myself. A few minutes later I hear Spence's door open. "Hey" he said smiling. "Hey" I said back smiling.
He saw I looked a little confused. "You okay?" He asked. I nodded, "yeah, it's just I'm confused as to why you just headed into your room. You don't just normally do that, at least without letting me know first" I said as I had one arm crossed and the other near my chin thinking. He shrugged, "I just wanted to sleep for a little bit longer, didn't get too much sleep last night" he said. "I was really exhausted after eating breakfast" he added. I nodded, "oh okay, I understand" I said.
"I'm gonna go back into my room for a minute, I'm gonna get dressed then go to the store real quick. I'll be back. I just have to get a new watch and everything, ok? I promise I'll be back ASAP" he said as he kissed the top of my head. "Okay" I said.
He walked back into his bed room to get changed, it only took a few minutes. I can't help but think to myself "damn, he looks so handsome in anything he wears." I bit my lip gently as I thought about it.
I quickly let go as I thought Spencer was coming back into the living room.
I then quickly sat down to go back to watching twisted sisters. It was a marathon, so lucky for me it'll be on most of the day.

REID'S POV
I get dressed, I try to look as casual as possible for now. A few hours from now we'll be going to a nice restaurant. While I'm out I'm gonna be making a reservation.
I made sure everything was good, I sprayed some cologne. Just a little bit everywhere so I smelled nice. I fluffed up and fixed my hair.

I chose the outfit cause it looks to be toned down and not so much as I would be dressed up. I make sure everything looks good before I walk out of the bedroom.
As I'm walking down the hall and look to the right, I just see (y/n) sitting on the couch, watching tv, I smiled.
She looked back, she smiled, she looked at me with her eyes looking up and down. "You look cute" she said as she smiled. "Thank you" I said smiling.
I wanted to have a quick cup of coffee before I left, so I decided to make some. After it's done, I get a mug and poor it into it.
"6 sugars and about half cup of creamer right?" She asked as that was exactly how I like my coffee, and as I was doing it. "Y-yeah" I said in shock. "Well, it depends, sometimes you do 8 sugars" she added.
It was crazy how she knew how I liked my coffee. "How did you know how I like my coffee?" I asked. "Not to sound creepy or anything, but I see you doing your coffee sometimes just in case you're in a rush and I have to make it or something. Also, just because but ya know" she said as she turned around to look at me.
I smiled. "I appreciate that, and that's not creepy at all" I said as I took a huge sip of my coffee, almost chugging it. I take a few more sips. Then I immediately go into a panic, "what time is it?" I asked being hopeful it's not too late. "Oh it's, 7:30" she said. I widened my eyes, "w-what" I said as I'm shocked and my heart sank. "Spence.." she said. "Look At me" she added. I look up at her. "I was kidding, it's only 4 o' clock" she said as she chuckled a little.
"Oh thank god" I thought to myself. "Well thank goodness it's not that late already" I said. She nodded, "yeah" she said. "Did you want the rest of my coffee? I gotta get going now, otherwise they'll close and I gotta do it tonight" she nodded, "sure" she said. I walked over to her and gave her the mug.
As I start walking out I say, "I'll be back soon, okay? I'll let you know when I'm on the way back!" i said making sure she heard me. "Okay!" She said loud enough for me to hear her. I continue to walk to the door, I open it and leave.
It's a short drive to the mall, so I'll get there in no time. So she doesn't think I'm lying I'm gonna add a watch so she doesn't know or think anything is going on.
About 10 minutes later I'm at the mall, I parked my car near the entrance so it'll be easier. I walk in, and I'm in Dillard's. I don't think I want to be in Dillard's, I don't think I'd see anything that would scream (y/n) to me.
I go walking around, and I see a lot of girls walking into forever 21, since there's a lot of people around and I'm the store I decide that's a good place to look.
As I walk up to forever 21 I take a deep breath as I haven't shopped for a girl before, let alone someone I so badly want to be my girlfriend.
I look around the store for a little while, and I see it. I see the perfect dress for her to wear. It's baby blue, looks like it has lace on the front and going down a little bit toward the skirt of it dress.

Alright, I got the dress, I put it over my forearm and get in like to buy it. The line was fairly quick, it was finally my turn.
I walk up to the cashier, I put the dress up on the counter. "That'll be 20$ even" she said. I nodded, I paid for it in cash as I rarely use my card for anything. She took the 20 I handed her, "have a good day!" She said as I walked away. "Thank you!" I said I'm still walking off to get out of the store.
Now, it's just about finding the shoes, I know I can get shoes from forever 21 as well, but before I left Dillard's I saw they had a huge shoe section.
I walk back toward Dillard's. I go inside and I see all the heels, that's exactly what I want her to wear with this dress. Heels. I walk around picking a few up looking at how they look and how much they are.
Then I see them, they were beautiful and would go with this dress nicely. I grabbed one of them to tell them this is the shoe I wanted. Also that I wanted it in a size (y/ss) . They nodded and sent to the back. I waited for a few minutes as I held the bag with the dress in it.
I couldn't help but smile thinking about how beautiful she's gonna look with this on tonight.
A couple minutes later, they walk out. "Here you go sir, did you want to pay for them now?" He asked. I nodded, I got up to pay for them. "That'll be 100$" he said. I nodded. I smiled slightly as I was thinking she was worth every penny.
I walk to the area where the watches are. "Looking for anything in particular?" She asked. I nodded my head, "im just looking for something that suits me" I said. She leaned over the glass a little and pointed to a nice gold one, telling me how much of a good watch it is and why it's a good choice. I smiled and nodded. "Okay, I'll get it" I said.

The lady rang it up, "that'll be 75$ even" she said smiling. "Here you go" I said as I handed her 100. "Keep the change" I added before she insisted on giving it back. She smiled and nodded, "thank you" she said. I smiled and nodded. As I knew that she would get what I was saying.
She put it in a box, then put it in a bag, she handed it to me afterwards. "You have a good day sir" she said smiling as the bag hit my fingertips then putting it into my hand. I smiled, "thank you, you too" I said as I walked off.
I look at my watch before changing it out for the new one when getting home. 5:30pm, okay, I gotta make that reservation. I call the restaurant. I enter the number and hit the button to call, "hi, this is La Petite Auberge, how may I help you?" A lady said in a soft tone. "Hi, I wanted to make a reservation for 2 please" I said. "Okay, what name would you like it under sir?" She said. "Reid" I said. "Okay and what time?" She asked.
"7:30?" I asked being unsure when they close. "Okay, that's fine sir. Your reservation is set. See you soon" she said before hanging up. "Thank you" I said. "Of course, you're absolutely welcome sir" she said then hung up.
I put my phone in my pocket. One last thing to do, it's to get the flowers.
I jog out of the mall, and still jogging to get to the car. I get into it and go to the closest flower shop. I run out of my car, opening the door right away and walking in. I got there just in time. "Hey, I'm sorry. I just need a bouquet of hydrangeas" I said as I'm breaking heavily. They nod, "okay no problem, be back in just a minute sir" they said. I nodded, "thank you" I said as they walked back. I have both of my hands on my knees breathing heavily.
I take a few more deep breaths, then I get my hands off of my knees and bring my back, back up. "Here you go sir. That'll be 10$" they said, I nodded as I gave them a 20. "Please keep the change, you deserve it for doing this last minute for me" I said still breathing heavily a little bit and almost begging for her to not insist on giving it back.
She knew exactly where I was getting at, they nodded. "Thank you sir, you have a good day now" they said. "Thank you, you too" I said walking out.
I walked to the car, as I hopped in the car I started to speed a little bit. The restaurant now wasn't too far away, about 20 minutes, not too bad. I had to put the hydrangeas there in advance so she didn't know till after the fact.
I get there and explain I had made reservations not too long ago and I'll be back with my girlfriend. At least.. I'm hoping she'll be my girlfriend. She nodded her head understanding. I put it under the table really quick. I plucked one from the bouquet so it's just one the table so I know where we're sitting.
I jog out of the restaurant, and get into the car and drive. As I did the last time I sped up a little bit. Once I got home, I put 2 of the 3 bags in her room, i go into the kitchen to find a sticky note and pen. I write down fairly quickly, "get ready, you're wearing this. I'm taking you out tonight. Be ready in a half hour" I clicked the pen back and put it back where it was. I jogged into the guest room. I put it on the bed.
I go into my room to change. I knew she was gonna get curious cause she just stayed there on the couch and just heard me going back and fourth. I'm so excited, I can't wait. It's finally gonna happen. She's gonna be my girlfriend a little while from now. I smiled at the thought.

MY POV
I was really curious as to what he was doing in the guest bed, my room. An eyebrow is raised out of curiosity, I also get up slowly from the couch and slowly walk to the bedroom from the curiosity also.
I slowly turn the door knob and pushed the door open, and I'm standing there, I froze. There's 2 bags on the bed and a note.
This made my heart beat so fast, it was crazy. I walked toward the bed, I read the note first. "Get ready, you're wearing this. I'm taking you out tonight. Be ready in an half an hour." After I read the note, I gasped and covered my mouth with my left hand.
I stay like that for a few seconds, then I put the note down at the edge of the bed. I squeal, jumping up and down and clapping out of excitement. "It's finally happening" i thought to myself.
I gasped and grabbed the two bags from the bed and put them over my shoulder, I ran into the bathroom getting ready. After I get into the bathroom, I open up the bags. I ended up opening the one with the shoes in it first.
These beautiful sparkly and silver heels. I loved them, they were beautiful. I put them down gently on the bathroom floor, then I grab what's in the other one. It's a dress.
A beautiful baby blue dress, with lace in the front going down into the skirt of it a little bit. It was just so beautiful.
After that I gently folded it in half and put it on the counter near the sink. After that I'm basically ripping my clothes off, now I'm just in my royal blue bra with lace and royal blue laced underwear.
For no special reason I always liked to match my undergarments.
Anyways, after that I unzip they dress all the way, as far as it would go. I stepped into the dress and pulled it up, also wiggling as I'm trying to get it past my thighs, hips and butt.
I then jump a little to help, it worked. Now all I gotta do is zip it, sometimes it's hard without a second person helping you out, but I usually got it on my own. I zip it up. I then do simple makeup, just a simple natural look.

After I was done with my makeup, I did my hair real quick.
I finished up my hair, just doing finishing touches now, brushing it out a little making sure I don't have any knots in my hair.
I spray a little perfume on myself. I take a deep breath, I'm done.
I grab my sliver clutch as it matches my shoes, only bringing them important things with me. Such as my phone and little things.
After I grab that and put some things inside my clutch, I gently toss the chain onto my shoulder. I walk out of the bedroom.
"Spencer, you ready?" I said. Walking out as I triple check my clutch sitting down waiting for him.
"Almost!" He said.

REID'S POV
"Almost!" I said loud enough for her to hear me. This is surreal, it's about to happen tonight.
"Come on Reid, stop sweating so much." I thought to myself. I'm glad I put on deodorant on before I put on my outfit.
(The outfit he chose, excluding the shoes. He of course wore his converses)
As I'm sweating a little bit, I put on a little bit more cologne. I fix my hair. I take a deep breath with my eyes closed. I walk out of my bathroom. Getting into my bedroom, grabbing my phone and sliding it into my pocket just in case for some reason the team needs me.
I also grab some spray that would freshen my breath just in case, I slid that into my other pocket. I look around just to make sure I'm not missing anything, I think I'm okay. "I think I've got everything" I thought to myself.
I walked out of my bedroom. Seeing (y/n) just sit there on the couch. I'm assuming she heard my footsteps, she turned her head pretty quick.
I just stood there staring at her for a minute, "oh my god, she's so gorgeous." I thought to myself. "You look- you look beautiful" I said almost speechless. "Thank you, you look very handsome yourself" I look down and blush a little bit.
"So, shall we?" She said breaking the silence. I snapped out of it coming back into reality. "Oh, yeah, sorry." I speed walk toward the door and open it for her. "It's okay" she said. "And thank you, you're such a gentleman" she added. I smiled. "Well, I try my best" we both smiled and chuckled.
We get into the car, closing the doors on both sides, and buckling up. We pull out of the driveway, after we were on the road, we started driving to the restaurant. I'm not gonna lie, I sped only a tiny bit so we can get there on time.
About 5 minutes later, we're there. I park in the front so she won't have to walk very far with her heels. I unbuckle and open my door. I then close it, I see her unbuckle her seatbelt, I jog over to her side just a little bit to open the door for her.
She smiled, and made sure she had everything. She grabbed her clutch and started to get up from the seat. "Thank you" she said. I smiled and nodded. "Of course, m'lady" I said smiling and chuckling. And had put her head down for a minute as she laughed, then picked her head back up.
We get to the door , I of course open it for her. She smiles and nods. I'm right behind her, I go up to the lady I saw earlier. "2 for Reid please" I said in a confident voice.
I look over at (y/n) and she took a glance at me, and then looked away and bit her lip softly. Man, did that make me wanna kiss her. I can't wait for this to be over and for her to be my girlfriend.
I looked over to her while they grabbed the menus, just glanced at her for a second. I wanted to admire her (h/l) (h/c) hair, and her (s/c), and her (e/c) there was just so much to adore and admire about her.
I truly don't know why Trevor treated her like complete shit and made her feel the way she does. She deserves someone who will protect her, and even die for her if they had to.
She looked down, then looked back up. She saw me looking at her. "What?" She said blushing a little. "Nothing" I said smiling.
"Alright, come on your table is this way" the lady said. We both nodded, and went to the table and sat down. Not too long after a waitress came by and asked what we wanted to drink. "Uh, ill just have a water please" she said. "I'll have a coke please" I said. The waitress wrote it down on her notepad, nodded and walked away to get our drinks.
I just stared and adored her. She kept looking up and down and blushing. "Why are you staring at me?" She said blushing. I smiled, "because you're gorgeous" I said. She had a big smile on her face.
She then noticed the blue hydrangea in the middle of the table. "Ooh, my favorite flower! It's beautiful" she said with joy and excitement. "Thank you Spencer, this means a lot" she added as twirled the flower back and fourth. I smile, "of course, you deserve it" I said.
She put the flower back down, the smiled. "Seriously, thank you" she said as she had her hand on top of mine. I put my other hand on top of hers. "Seriously, you deserve it" I said as I felt like I repeated myself. She smiled.
Our drinks arrived. "Alright, ready to order?" The waitress asked. "Yes, we'll share some snow crab legs with a decent amount of butter please" I said. The waitress nodded and took both of our menus.
(Y/n) and I were laughing and talking about random things, then out of nowhere our crab legs arrive. "Here you go" the waitress said as she slowly put the plate down in the middle of us, and had a couple of containers of butter. "Thank you" I said. She nodded and walked of.
"Wow, this.. this looks messy and delicious at the same time" she said a little shocked. She grabbed her napkin and set it in her lap.
We then started eating and whenever we could talk and laugh like we were a little bit ago.
As we finish up eating, (y/n) and I take one last bite. "Oh my god, please don't make me eat any more. I feel like I'm going to explode" she said. I chuckled. "I'm stuffed too, but please don't explode. We don't need that" I said jokingly and laughing. She laughed.
"Are you about ready to go?" She asked. I nodded, "almost." I said confidently, smiling. She raised an eyebrow, looking a little confused.
I pulled out the bouquet from under the table, and she gasped and cupped both of her hands over her mouth. I hand the bouquet to her, "here you go m'lady" I said as I handed it to her across the table.
Her mouth is still open for a minute while grabbing the bouquet slowly with both hands, and pulling it toward her. Her mouth gradually closes as she's still in shock from the bouquet.
"You like?" I asked, hoping she'd say yes cause I know they're her favorite flower. "Spencer! Oh my god, yes I love them" she raised her voice a little from excitement. She went over and kissed me on the cheek, then went back to her seat.
I look down, my heart is pounding, but I'm ready. I want to do this, it's been long enough. I can't stand it anymore. Her not being mine, and not being able to kiss her and everything else.
I take a deep breath, as I'm still looking down I take one more deep breath then lift my head up as I look at her in her beautiful (e/c) . I sigh, "okay, (y/n) I need to ask you something. And I'm going to be straight up with you. I can't handle you being in my house anymore. I can't handle cuddling with you and kissing you on the cheek, head and forehead but not actually kissing those beautiful lips of yours" I started rambling. She started blushing as I did so.
I was surprised she didn't tell me to stop rambling and to just get to the point. I went on for a few more minutes about how great she is and how beautiful I think she is and how perfect I think she is.
And then, just then right after that, I take a deep breath. I look at her while she's looking at me and has the bouquet slanted onto her forearm, and her hand holding the bottom of it. I look at her, and I take one more deep breath. "Okay, seriously (y/n) I got something to ask you" I said trying to be confident and not anxious.
"Okay, what is it Spencer? It's okay, you can ask me anything" she said softly and in a comforting tone. "Okay, well uh-" I rubbed the back of my neck as I was getting anxious about to ask her. "Will you uh- be-be my girlfriend?" I asked unsure thinking she'll say no. "Yes Spencer, id love to" she said blushing and smiling.
I smiled, "I'm so happy you said yes, I really can't stand the tension I have toward you, always wanting to kiss you. But I didn't just want to do that, I wanted to do it properly and ask you to be my girlfriend first" I said confidently. She smiled and was still blushing.
The bill came, and I paid for it once they got there. I'm just a few minutes they came back. I gave them a tip, signed it and I took my card and left it there.
We both get up from the table, as we were about to leave (y/n) stopped. I panicked a little, "is everything okay?" I asked being concerned. "Yeah" she said. "I just wanted to do this before we left." She added. "Do wha-" I was interrupted by her soft lips against mine.
I kissed back, I cupped her face with my hands as they're also behind her beautiful and soft (h/c) hair. I started to rub her cheekbones as we were still kissing for a minute.
We both pull away, we look at each other and smile. Before we walked out she also held her hand out giving me a sign she wanted to hold hands. I smiled and gladly held her hand as we walked out of the restaurant.
~an hour later~
We got home from the restaurant a while ago, and I gotta say I'm so glad I did that and planned it out. Otherwise that tension would still be there and the feelings I would still feel like would be one sided.
I'm so happy, I just can't believe she's mine now. She asked if she could go into my room. I told her it was no problem. I heard some shuffling, then silence. After about a couple minutes, she walked out with one of my shirts on. "You look so adorable babe" I said smiling, truly thinking it's adorable.
