They Flirt with you Around Camp-
Orville doesn't really flirt with you, it's more likely that he is just going to spend more time with you. He doesn't really know how to flirt. He will sit with you around the camp and talk to you. He often tries to remind you that he used to be a different man, a better man. He tells you that he used to be a good man who wanted to help people before he fell victim to addiction. He also promised you that the man he used to be still exists, just under his sickness. The time you told him that you knew he was a good man, even with his afflictions, he couldn't stop smiling for the whole day.
They Get Jealous-
Orville doesn't get jealous because he doesn't trust you, he trusts you with his life and he knows that you would be loyal to him. He was just scared that you will finally come to your senses and realise that you could do better than him. When he saw you talking to a member of the gang or a man in the saloon, he would just feel disheartened, afraid that you will realise that they are better. He wouldn't pull you away from them but the absolute love and joy that he feels when you walk straight over to him and wrap your arms around his what, is overwhelming. You aren't ashamed of loving him and he adores you so much.
You Have an Argument-
It's rare for you to get into an argument with Orville but it does happen. Normally the only problem in your relationship is his addictions. He had been doing so much better since you started dating but he still slipped up sometimes. You tried your best to help him, you were always comforting and sympathetic. You didn't get angry at him when he relapsed, you understood it was hard, you got upset when he lied to you about it. You worried that he didn't trust you but the truth was that he was ashamed of his weaknesses. That's when arguments started between you, when you didn't communicate with each other. But you always made you, either with you approaching him and reminding him that you just wanted to help or him approaching you and apologising for hiding it from you, promising to tell you everything in the future.
They see you in your Underwear-
Swanson stepped into your tent thoughtlessly, wanting to ask you a question and not expecting to see you in a state of undress. As soon as he saw you, his face turned a bright shade of red. He felt embarrassed and awkward for catching you like this but he also felt stupid and rude for not asking if he could come in first. He apologised repeatedly as your face heated up and you grabbed something to cover yourself. He didn't know where to look or what to do, he just knew that he should leave. You assured him that it was alright and that it was just an accident. He nodded at you, glad that you weren't mad, but still apologised again as he slipped out of your tent.
Having Sex-
Just love him, please. Cherish him as much as he cherishes you. Just let him know that he is loved. Sweet and slow, close and intimate, take your time together. He wants to savour the moment for as long as he can, he wants to touch every part of you and satisfy you in anyway he can. Ride this man, he will be completely in awe of you. He could watch you all day, you are perfect. Kisses are a must, he just wants to feel close and connected to you.
Aftercare-
Lots of cuddles. Maybe the cuddles are more for him than for you but you definitely enjoy them just as much. Let him lay with his head on your chest as you comb your fingers through his hair and he gently presses kisses to your bare skin. You both fall asleep like that and by the time you wake up, Orville has his face in the crook of his neck and your arms around wrapped around each other's bodies.
Horse Riding-
Swanson never used to go on horse rides before you started getting close, it had been your suggestion to go on a horse ride to get away from the camp for a while. After the first time, it became a regular thing. You and Orville would often go on peaceful horse rides, not straying too far from the camp, just to get somewhere more relaxing. To clear your minds and enjoy each other's company. Orville loves going on horse rides with you because it helps clear his mind and helps him relax, he always feels better when he is with you. You put him a ease and horse rides are a perfect way for you both to just forget about your troubles for a while.
PDA-
Keep it sweet and simple, Orville flusters pretty easily and doesn't like to rub PD in other people's faces. Hold his hand, let him keep a hand on your shoulder, kiss each other's cheeks, let him kiss you on the top of the head or the temple, and short pecks to the lips. That is enough to keep him happy. He likes that other people can see that you're together but he prefers to keep displays of affection as a private thing, he just believes it should be between you and him, not everyone else.
The O'Driscolls Capture you-
After Orville got the news about your capture, instant panic and worry flooded over him. What would be do without you? He begged the others to help you, even begged to do with him but they insisted that he remained in the camp. They knew that he wouldn't be of much use, much to his dismay. He spent the whole time while he was waiting, just pacing back and forth because he couldn't settle. But as soon as you stepped foot back into the camp, Orville had his arms around you and cradled you against his chest. He was clingy for the next few days, he had just been so afraid of losing you.
They Have a Nightmare-
Orville wouldn't want to wake you up but he needed your comfort. So he would cuddle up beside you, nuzzling his face into the crook of your neck and holding you close to him. Pretty much using you as his own personal teddy bear. His sudden increased clingy behaviour would probably wake you up anyway. You would be concerned about him so you would ask him what was bothering him. You would wrap your arms around him while he told you about his nightmare, perfectly content now that he had you with him. He always felt comforted and loved when you were around.
A Child gets Attached to them-
When Dutch brought an abandoned child back to the camp, Orville definitely didn't think that they would get attached to him but he was happy to help if they needed it. He didn't understand why the child attached to him, maybe it was because he was usually quieter than the others in the camp. Maybe it was because the child could see the man that he used to be, the man that he really was. Either way, it didn't matter to Swanson. The child gave him a reason to change his ways, to try to beat his addictions again, to be a better role model for this child. He couldn't deny that he had grown attached to the child as well.
You get Overwhelmed on a Mission and go Missing-
The whole gang was arguing about who messed up and who's fault it was that they lost the score. It was beginning to bother Swanson and give him a headache but you always made him feel better, so he tried to find you. When he couldn't see you, he panicked a little. It took him a moment but he soon realised where you must be. Whenever you got overwhelmed or the gang was starting to become a little too much for you, you would go to your favourite spot in the area. Orville knew where you were because you had took him there a few times when you both needed some peace and quiet or a place to think.
Orville rode away from the gang, they wouldn't even notice that he was gone, and rode towards the spot he knew you would be at. Once he saw you, sitting on the ground and staring off into the distance, he dismounted his horse and sat down beside you. When you both came to this area, you would normally have Swanson's head laying in your lap while you played with his hair. This time you lay your head in Orville's lap while he ran his fingers through your hair, soothing you instantly.
They Take you on a Date-
Swanson loves going on dates with you but couldn't really take you anywhere fancy. Dates were usually you and Orville going for a horse ride and finding somewhere nice to sit for somewhere to eat, basically you would have little picnics. When Orville got enough money (maybe sneaking some from the gang's funds, not a lot though) he would take you out for dinner or a drink or a show, something that he thought was more like a date. You loved the simple dates with Orville though.
They Hear you Singing-
The most beautiful thing he has ever heard...as soon as Orville heard your singing coming from some part of the camp, he was infatuated. He walked through the camp until he saw you standing beside Javier, you singing while he played the guitar. Your voice was the most beautiful thing he had ever heard, like the voice of an angel. He watched in awe from the sides until you finished. Once you were on your own, Orville approached you and complimented you on your voice. The amount of sincerity and adoration in his voice and in his eyes made you smile.

Fighting over a beer in a saloon, Orville was ashamed of himself. He would have never done a thing like this but today was a bad day and he wasn't exactly himself. The bartender had placed the beer between you and Orville, telling you both to decide between yourselves. Swanson grabbed the bottle, not planning to argue with you about it, but you just laughed to yourself. You reached out to grab the bottle, placing your hand on his shoulder as you did so. He grumbled as he pulled the bottle further away from you, making you lean over him some more to reach it. When your hand brushed against his, your worlds burst into colour. You both just started at each other, not sure what to say. Orville cleared his throat before holding the bottle out to you. You thanked him with a smile before continuing to sit and talk to him, your soulmate.
They Save you from Someone trying to Rob you-
Swanson wasn't exactly the violent type but he couldn't have the guilt on his conscience if he just let you get robbed. There was a man with a knife pointed at you, asking for any money that you had. Orville fidgeted before walking over to you. He gently wrapped his hand around your wrist. He wasn't going to fight this man, that wasn't what he was good at. He just told the man that you would be on your way before tugging you away from the man. If you showed any fear towards him, he would be quick to reassure you that he was only trying to help you, even offering to walk you to your horse or wherever it was that you were heading.
You Run away Together-
You had sneaked away from home one night to take a trip to the saloon, you weren't happy with the life you were living and small freedoms like this made it more bearable. This evening you had noticed something different. You saw a man dressed as a priest, sitting at the bar with a beer in his hands. That wasn't something that you saw everyday. So, you walked over to him and sat down beside him, ordering your own drink. You started the conversation, asking the drunken priest why he was here. The conversation lasted longer than you thought it would, it was far more enjoyable that you thought it would be. You both spent the whole night talking, after that evening you both decided to meet again the next night. And after that, you both met regularly, getting to know each other. Eventually you had kissed him, starting a wonderful and loving relationship, even if you still had to sneak around to see him.
Then the dreadful night came. You had left your home in the late evening to meet with Orville. You had gone to find somewhere peaceful to sit and talk until you had to be home again. Your parents had followed you and once they found you, they made you choose. You either came home and never saw Orville again or you stayed with Orville and never came home again. You couldn't go back to the life you were living and you couldn't leave Orville so the decision was easy. You wanted to stay with Orville and that's what you told them. Swanson had told you about the gang but once your parents left, after telling you how much of a disappointment you are, he told you that he doesn't want you to join him in the gang. He wants to leave with you, to start a new life with you. So that's exactly what you did.
You are Old Friends-
You and Orville had been very close friends since you were teenagers, but your lives went in different directions. The life of an outlaw took them away from you while you decided to settle down, living by yourself on a decent sized farm. You were happy despite not having had spoken to him for a long time. You haven't seen him since since he started losing himself to his addictions and eventually left his church. Even though the thought saddened you, you tried not to think about it. Then there is a knock on your door one random morning, and there he is. Standing in front of your house with the rest of the gang standing somewhat awkwardly on the outskirts of your farm.
You had tried to help him when he started getting sick, that's what he called it anyway, but you have never seen him look this apologetic. He couldn't even meet your gaze and he was fidgeting nervously. You wanted to hate him for being gone for so long but you were just glad he was alive, you were sure that somebody had killed him or that he had killed himself with his alcohol and drug abuse. You listened to his apology and the best explanation that he could give in his limited time but once he was finished you just wrapped your arms around him. He wrapped his arms around you, returning your embrace, and practically clinging to you, you had been his only sanity for so long. He was foolish to have left you. You told the gang that they could stay as long as they earned their keep but it was only because you wanted the full story from Orville, but mostly you wanted to make sure that he was alright. You had been so worried about him and you had missed each other so much.
You are pregnant and scared about telling him-
It wasn't that you didn't think Orville would be there for you, you knew that he would be by your side until the end. However, you weren't sure whether now was a good time. Would the gang be the best environment to raise a child? Would you and Orville be able to handle it? Would Orville even want a child?
Eventually you told him, he was going to find out sooner or later anyway. When you told him, he couldn't have been happier. You were having his baby, it truly was the greatest gift you could give him. He was going to have a family. He would wrap his arms around you and kiss you, he was just so thankful for you. If he hadn't completely overcome his addiction yet, he definitely would now. He would get clean for his child. You two were the most important things in the world to him.
You get Shot and They Take Care of your Wound-
Instant panic mode. What would he do if he lost you? Orville would patch you up to the best of his ability, getting help if he needed too because he wouldn't risk it. Afterwards he wouldn't leave your side, panicking whenever you winced, and he would get you anything you needed. He wouldn't let you do anything because he wasn't going to let you hurt yourself anymore than you already were. He is just worried about you, you will need to reassure him that you are alright.
They Propose to you-
Swanson realised that all he wanted was to marry you, you made him the man that he used to be. He loved you and wanted to spend the rest of his life with you, to be legally committed to each other. He would take you out of a camp, to a beautiful location that he knew that you liked. He would take both of your hands in his, telling you how much he loved you before proposing to you and asking you to marry him. Of course you said yes, and he instantly wrapped his arms around your waist. He buried his face in the crook of your neck, overjoyed that you agreed to marry him. He pulled away before pressing a quick kiss to your lips, neither of you could be happier.
You are Sick-
Just like if you were injured, Orville was not going to leave your side. He would get you anything you need, he wouldn't let you do anything, he would make sure that you got your rest. If you needed medicine or something, he would go into town for it. You would be waited on, that's for sure. Just be ready to do the same for him when he gets sick from spending so much time with you.
They Save a Lost Child-
Swanson could never live with the guilt if he left a child to survive on their own. He used to help people and he wanted to be that person again, so he would help this child. He knew that he would need Dutch's approval but he was pretty sure that Dutch wouldn't turn away a lost child with nowhere to go. So he took you back to the camp, it was better than the streets. Since he was the one who brought them here, they formed an attachment to him and he actually grew attached to them. They didn't know it but he didn't just save them, they saved him as well.
They React to you Wearing Lingerie-
Completely surprised. He thought that you looked amazing but he couldn't believe that you out in so much effort for him. He would compliment you as you walked up to him, wrapping your arms around his neck and running your fingers through his hair. He would run his hand over the lacy material, loving the way it felt. He wouldn't ask you to wear it again but if you did, he would definitely love it.
You Walk in on Them Changing-
He would be so flustered. You had to take him some clean clothes so you carried the basket over to his tent, stepping inside since you thought that he would be somewhere around the camp. You hadn't expected him to be in his tent or mostly undressed. You're eyes widened as you stumbled over an apology. His face turned bright red as he hurried to put some clothes on. You rushed to place the basket down before turning around, still apologising. You would leave the tent before he had a chance to say anything. He would approach you in camp later on, flustered and stumbling over words, as he told you that everything was alright and that you had nothing to worry about, you did nothing wrong. That didn't stop you both from being flustered around each other for the next few days.
You Save Their Life-
Swanson thought that it was the end of him when those O'Dricolls showed up out of nowhere. Then he heard multiple gunshots ring out, then realising that none of them hit him. He looked around, seeing the O'Driscolls on the ground and you standing over him with your hand held out. He took your hand and let you help him to his feet. After explaining who you were, that you had nowhere to go and you were just passing by and decided to help, Orville started telling you about the gang and the camp. Eventually he asked if you would like to join them, or at least meet them and see what you think. You saved his life, it's the least he could do. After some talking, you agreed to meet the gang.
Dancing in the Camp-
Orville is nervous to ask you to dance. He hasn't danced with someone for a long time and he really wanted you to say yes. When he asked you, you could see that he was a little nervous, you said yes though. He likes to slow dance, with you in his arms, able to talk to you while moving to the music. He likes to be close to you, to hold your hand in his. When you rest your head against his chest, he just melts. He will hold you in his arms and sway to the music until the music stops, he could do this all night.
You Already Have a Child-
Orville would know that you were completely dedicated to your child, he actually admired that about you. They were your world and he knew it. He would spend some time with you, which led to him spending time around your child. They loved him. He would find their cheerfulness refreshing and since you liked Orville, you would love when the three of you spent time together. At some point, after spending a few months just spending time together, your child would just assume that you are both dating. The day that they referred to Orville as your boyfriend, you both go very red and flustered. That prompted the conversation and you asked Orville to accompany into town, just the two of you. You had been dating ever since, you both thanked your child for that.
You Come Back Years Later-
You nearly do die and everyone thinks that you are dead but you come back a couple of year's later.
When Orville saw you walking into the camp, with a look of nervousness and anticipation on your face, he thought that the alcohol and the morphine was messing with his brain. Maybe he was hallucinating, surely that was the only explanation, you died. Still, he stood up and walked towards you cautiously. God, when you smiled at him, he thought that maybe he had died and this was the light at the end of the tunnel. "Y/N" he would whisper your name, needing you to tell him that you were real. You stood right in front of him, gently taking his hands in yours and telling him that you were sorry for being gone for so long. By now the rest of the gang had gathered around but you could talk to them later, you could explain everything to them later, right now you needed to be with Orville because you could the state he was in. At first you just needed to be with him but when you were both ready to talk, you would explain to him that you had searched for them for so long, ever since you were capable of searching after your near death experience, but only just managed to find them.
You are Deaf-
Swanson is very patient with you. He wouldn't treat you like a child or like you weren't as capable as anyone else in the camp, but he would understand that communicating with you might take a little more time and patience. He would write to you mostly and have you write back to him, that's how he liked to talk to you. Sometimes he would have preprepared notes for you, so he would sit down beside you and hand you an already written note. You weren't sure why but that always made you smile, you thought that it was really sweet.
You Die in Their Arms-
Orville fell to his knees, pulling you into his arms and holding you as close as he could. He applied pressure to the wound but mainly focused on your face, begging you to talk to him and keep your eyes open. You grabbed his hand and weakly tried to pull it away from your wound, that's when Orville accepted that you were dying, even if he didn't want too. He rested his forehead against yours, tears rolling down his cheeks when your eyes closed, his breath getting stuck in his throat when your body went completely limp. You were gone and he could never get you back. That completely broke his heart, what would he do without you?
Dealing With your Death-
Cue relapse. Since you came into his life, Orville had been doing better than ever at conquering his addicts. He hadn't touched the stuff in a long time but now, it just looked to appealing to him. It took the pain away and your death had caused him so much pain, he needed it more than ever. He knew that you wouldn't want him to go anywhere near it but he felt weak without it. So he turned to morphine and alcohol once again, but this time more than ever. It helped him forget, it made him feel numb, and he wanted that at the moment.
They Break you out of Jail-
As soon as Orville heard that you had been thrown in jail for getting involved in a bar fight, he instantly knew that he had to go and get you. However, Swanson didn't exactly get involved in the action that other members of the gang got involved in. So he asked Hosea to accompany him, knowing that Hosea wouldn't probably be able to get you out without causing too much trouble. And he was right. Orville waited outside, fidgeting, as he waited for Hosea to talk to the sheriff. When he saw you leave the saloon with Hosea, Orville hurried over to you and embraced you. You hugged him back instantly, glad that he was here. The three of you rode back to the camp and once you got back, Hosea left you both to it. Orville sighed as you both sat down and he started tending to tend to your injuries. He hated how beaten up you looked, he wondered how much pain you were in. He knew that it hurt more than you were letting on, you didn't want him to worry. He would be worried though, no matter what you said, but at least you were here and safe now.
