Dear Diary,
Today was the grand opening to the local pool. I was so excited to actually go swimming in deep water ..
Swimming is the single most amazing most healing and most spiritual thing I could ever do in my life.
I connect on a deeper level with myself when I'm in the water. Its... So euphoric... And it makes me feel things that I would otherwise never feel.
I do often prefer a bath to a shower so that I can just become one with the water. But nothing can beat the salted fresh water pool in my small town.
Now, I feel... Like I'll be okay. I still need to do a lot of healing. But I know that I'll be okay... So long as I can swim to my hearts content.. And float... And just... Breathe...
