minho woke up in the middle of the night, due to the feeling of thirst. the boy sat up, looking over to where jisung would be, only to find that he wasn't there. minho furrowed his eyebrows, getting out of bed and going on a search to find jisung. the elder headed downstairs, stopping in the entry way as he heard people discussing topics in the dining room.

"your parents called, and we finally have an answer on whether or not you'll be moving here." jisung's aunt told the younger.

minho looked up, his eyes widening at the topic that was brought up. the boy stood where he was, clasping his hands together as he hoped for a positive answer.

"o-okay," jisung stuttered, feeling nervous as he sat down at the table, "what is it?"

jisung's aunt looked at her husband, then at jisung and sighed, "it's not the answer you want, jisung." she sighed out, "you'll be moving here once school ends for this year."

both jisung and minho felt like their worlds had just crashed, as they really didn't want to become a long distance couple and have to deal with such harsh moments in their relationship.

"i-" jisung paused, not knowing what to say, "a-are you joking?" jisung questioned, "you must be kidding me, right?" the younger searched for an answer on his aunt's face, furrowing his eyebrows, "please tell me you're joking, please."

"we're sorry, jisung. we know you don't want to, but your parents decision has become final." jisung's uncle sighed, shaking his head, "i promise we'll do whatever it takes to let you see minho, only to make things easier on the relationship."

"it's not like that's going to help." jisung said harshly as tears formed in his eyes, "you don't know what it's like to be ripped away from your soulmate."

"jisung!" soojin whisper-yelled at the boy, "i understand that you're upset, but don't take it out on auntie and uncle, they can't control your parents decisions." his cousin sighed, "we'll do our best to take you to see minho and your friends, no matter what."

minho let out a sigh, not wanting to listen to the conversation going on anymore. the elder turned back, walking up the stairs with tears in his eyes that he tried fighting off. the boy walked back into jisung's room, accidentally closing his door too hard, signaling that he was awake.

those sitting at the table exchanged looks with each other. jisung was the first one to leave the table, running up the stairs as he was followed by soojin. the two entered jisung's room, seeing that the balcony door was open. the two slowly walked outside, approaching minho who was looking off into the distance, zoning out.

"i didn't know you were up." jisung said, standing next to minho.

minho looked over, clearing his throat before looking straight ahead again, "yeah, i am."

"um, jisung," soojin softly said, "could i talk to minho alone, please?"

jisung looked at minho, then towards soojin and nodding his head. the boy walked back into his room, closing the balcony door behind him. soojin watched jisung leave his own room, letting out a sigh as she stood next to minho.

"you heard our conversation, didn't you?" soojin questioned, looking over at minho.

the elder nodded his head, "yeah, i did." the boy looked down at his hands, feeling a tear drip down his cheek.

soojin felt saddened at minho's behavior, "it's not like it's the end of your relationship though. i know you two will be able to make it."

"who knows." minho shrugged, "maybe he's going to find himself a malaysian boy and realize that the boy he's loved since twelve years old never meant shit to him and that there's better." he said, speaking his thoughts which made another tear fall down his cheek.

soojin shook her head, "minho, jisung would never do that to you." the girl looked at minho, "he's in love with you, and he'd do anything for you. you cant just give up."

minho shook his head in disagreement, "i just think it would be best if we broke up."

minho woke up immediately, in cold sweat as he was panting. the elder looked over to where jisung would be, furrowing his eyebrows, considering he didn't see him. the boy recognized this situation from his dream, confused, as he thought it already happened. he then jumped out of bed, going downstairs to the dining room and seeing that jisung was sitting at the table with his cousin and her parents.

"are you guys talking about jisung's parents decision?" the boy asked quietly, walking into the dining room.

soojin nodded her head, furrowing her eyebrows while looking at minho, "why do you look like you've seen a ghost?"

"i'll explain later." minho told the girl, walking over to jisung and standing behind the younger's chair, "is it okay if i stay here? i want to be here when they tell the answer."

jisung nodded his head, reaching to grab one of minho's hands, "it's better if you stayed here." the boy then looked towards his aunt and uncle, "so? what is the decision? what'd my parents say?"

jisung's aunt and uncle exchanged looks, nodding their heads. his aunt then sighed, as his uncle bowed his head, "i'm sorry jisung and minho, but," she paused and smiled, "jisung won't be moving here."

jisung smiled brightly, feeling euphoric, "are you serious?" the boy questioned, getting a nod from both his aunt and uncle, "what made them decide to stay in korea?"

"we all just didn't like seeing you upset, so we've decided to postpone any moving until after you graduate." jisung's uncle explained, "that way, you won't be dragged into it- or, both you and minho could move here, since you'll both be of age."

minho's head dropped his head, letting out a happy sigh. the elder felt a tear drop down his face, as he quickly wiped it away.

"aw, minho's crying!" soojin cooed, "he really didn't want jisung to leave." the girl teased, letting out a giggle.

"it's not just that," minho said, looking over at soojin, "i had a nightmare before this, and it was this exact same setting, but instead of jisung staying in korea, he was moving here." he explained, "it's why i looked like i saw a ghost, because i was so confused, thinking this already happened and i already got the answer."

jisung then took his free hand, flicking minho's wrist. the elder yanked his hand away, looking at his wrist, "you little— what was that for?!" he whined, rubbing his wrist.

"just letting you know that this isn't a dream." jisung giggled, getting up from the chair and wrapping his arms around minho, "sadly, you can't get rid of me, baby."

minho smiled softly, wrapping his arms around jisung's waist, "good, because i don't ever want to get rid of you." minho decided to tease the younger, "even if you are a pain in my ass."

"gay." soojin said while smiling at the two boys, "go get a room!"

jisung looked at soojin and nodded his head, "alright." the boy then pulled away from the hug and grabbed minho's hand, "we'll be in my room if you need us."

soojin and her parents started laughing at jisung, watching the two boys go upstairs to his room. soojin shook her head, "i love seeing jisung happy." she then turned to her parents, "thank you for convincing his parents, i really didn't wanna see sad jisung all the time."

soojin's mother nodded her head, "of course. we didn't want to see jisung sad either, so we did what thought would be best and now we get to see him all happy again."

soojin thanked her parents again, before going back upstairs to her room. the girl stopped in front of her door, going to open it, until she realized she wanted to tell both jisung and minho goodnight. soojin walked to jisung's bedroom door, knocking on it, "i'm coming in so get your pants on." she teased the two boys before opening the door and being welcomed with laughter.

"our pants have been on." minho smiled, playing with jisung's hair.

"wow, guys! you get your pants on fast!" soojin laughed, sitting down on the floor and looking at the two cuddling on the bed.

jisung lifted his head, "why are you sitting on the floor?" he questioned, "come sit on the bed, there's room."

soojin nodded her head, standing up and walking over to the edge of jisung's bed, sitting towards the boys, "so i assume you guys are happy with the outcome?"

jisung nodded his head, laying it back down on minho's chest, "i'm very happy."

soojin smiled at the two, "i'm glad you're happy, it's what you deserve." she said, "although, i'll miss you two. but, it won't be long until i see jisung again, how about you, minho?"

minho looked over at jisung, "so, you think you'll survive your next trip without me?"

jisung looked at soojin and smiled, as he then looked up at minho, "i think you should come back and visit, not for me, but for soojin." he told the elder, "you can't give up on your created friendship."

minho nodded his head, "i'll see you next trip, soojin."

"yay!" the girl squealed, "i get to spend time with my favorite people." she said, clapping her hands together.

the two boys smiled at her reaction, which made her pause in her own tracks, "i got too excited," she nervously laughed, getting up off the bed, "anyways, i'm going to get going, and leave you two alone." the girl walked over to the boys, kissing both of their foreheads, "goodnight, guys. sleep well, and don't stay up too late!"

"yes, mom." minho laughed out, "goodnight, soojin. sleep well."

"goodnight, soojinnie. get some good rest." jisung responded, waving the girl goodbye while she left his room and closed the door behind herself. the younger boy set his hand down, humming to himself.

"hm? what is it?" minho questioned, slowing down his pace that he was running his fingers through jisung's hair at, "is something wrong?"

jisung shook his head, "i'm just really happy, and i'm glad things turned out this way." the younger said, sitting up and turning to minho, leaning down to his face, "because now i'm going to annoy you for eternity."

minho laughed at jisung's response, wrapping an arm behind his neck and moving him down to kiss him. "i love you, jisung." he said, pulling away from the kiss and looking into jisung's eyes, "you make me the happiest boy in the world."

"and so do you with me." jisung responded. the younger reached over, turning off his light and laying back down in his boyfriend's arms, "i love you, minho. goodnight my angel."

minho smiled softly at jisung, kissing his forehead and closing his eyes, whispering back a soft, "goodnight." before joining the younger in rest.
