I lay there. Rock in hand, carving tallies into the stone for how long I've been here. 6 days. That's what I've counted, but of course, time must run differently down here. Simon. He's the entire reason she's here, but then again, why does she not blame him? After everything. Him turning into a rat, then a vampire, a Daylighter the next, once human again, and now Shadowhunter. She quickly scrambles to her feet to avoid being lifted or pulled by her hair again, where her scalp now shows some blood.
"Come with me, Miss Lightwood," he says as he gestures for her out the door.
"Yes master." She obeys.
