Your POV
"Finally!" I said, throwing my hands up in the air, winded from all the hiking we did a few minutes ago.
"Come on (Y/N), it was not even that much walking." Toby said, with a slight chuckle at my childish behaviour.
I rolled my eyes playfully as we chatted about random stuff before meeting with the Satan worshippers.
"Heyy Ma doods." I greeted, while stumbling towards them. "Are you drunk?" Azzy asked. "I think she took my drugs." Satan laughed at her own statement for no reason. I sweat dropped. "Well, this conversation took a weird turn really quick..." Max concluded. Then we agreed never to talk about this again.
"Anyways, let's go back to the main building now. It's study period I think." I said. "And you will be tutoring people." Cherry added. I sighed but nodded, nevertheless.
As we walked back to the main building, the sudden surge of coldness hit me as I shivered. That was weird. I looked around suspiciously, but when I found nothing I caught up with the quick walking group.
When we arrived at the main building, we were spilt in groups once more, although they called it group A and group B, group A was where people with bad grades go while group B was where people with a passing grade and above go.
So I referred to it as Group dumb people (group A) and Group smart people (group B). My job was to supervise the students in group A while they did a simple Mathematics worksheet. When I meant simple, it was literally 3 times 6 yet they had difficulty.
These people need to head back to middle school. I sighed as I taught a random guy how to do it. There were about fifteen guys in group A and no girls at all. Which made me feel a uneasy. But brushed it off as I had work to do.
As I was observing everyone, a short, dirty blonde haired guy raised his hand lazily, signalling for me to go over to him. And so I did. "Yes?" I asked. That's when I realised, that guy was Ben. I sucked up a breath as I continued to tend to his needs.
"How do you do this question?" He asked as he handed me the paper. I looked at his progress so far, it was much better than his last math test, I unknowingly smiled at his improvement as I turned back to the question he was stuck at. Hm... it's a fractions question.
I took a nearby chair as I sat down, knowing that this would take a Long time, I started explaining, then bit by bit he got it, but was stuck at the next question. Then I taught him, then the cycle continued. He shared a few dirty jokes on the way of teaching while I playfully punched his shoulder and rolled my eyes.
It felt like time stopped around us for a few moments as I forgot everything else that I needed to do. And just wanted to cherish this moment with the short elf, a weird feeling hit my gut whenever I was with him.Then, I was so distracted that I didn't notice that I had taught Ben really easy questions that I knew he could do. I started thinking whether he didn't know how to do the questions or he just wanted to spend time with me.

Either way we were having so much fun that we didn't even realise the teacher calling out to me and Ben. A tap on my shoulder caused me to be studied out from my dream land.
"Miss (Y/N) study period is over, it is now free time." A teacher informed me. I nodded my head as I turned back to Ben, who was still trying to tackle a problem. "You still need help or do ya want me to leave?" I questioned him.
Deep down, Ben wanted you to stay for some unknown reason, he just wanted to shout, " please stay with me." But you didn't know that and also for the sake of his ego he decided to phrase it another way.
"Whatever, you are meant to help me anyways. Now sit your ass down nerd." He said, not taking his eyes off his paper. I shrugged, seemingly unaffected by his rude remark and just continued to teach him.
Tem skip to a few math questions later**
"Okay so if two out of three multiples by the whole number, which is nine, what do you get?" I asked.
Ben pondered about the question for a bit before answering, "six?" He said, unsure. I nodded my head and gave him a proud smile.
"Good job!" I praised. Ben puffed his chest out in a proud manner as his head hung high, he grinned as rows of white teeth were shown. "Of course!" He said cockily.
I rolled my eyes but couldn't help the grin creeping up my face. I sighed, shaking my head as we continued to work.
At somewhere else*
"Sir? When are we going to start?" A gruff voice asked his boss.
"Soon. Just you wait, (Y/N) would just come running back to me..." upon hearing that, the "boss's" slight grin changed into a twisted smirk, then laughter. Which scared the crap outto his co-workers.
"Get my men ready. We are going to carry out plan ↅ soon." His co-worker nodded as he whispered some things into the cell phone he was holding.
As the boss's twisted smile faded a bit, as he said to himself, "no one can take you away from me, run while you can little (Y/N), but I'm always gonna be one step ahead from you."

Oh. Oh. Ohhhh. Shit got dark real fast here. Welp, screw it. One more week to June holidays suckers. And I failed my exams 😂, I'm depressed now. Okie, now for my outro. (Btw, can u Guess who the "boss" is?)
