There is a man running down the alley. He rushes past Jade, and Selina. "He's in a bit of a hurry Sena." Jade said watching him. "Get back." Selina said, pushing Jade back into the shadows. "Who is he?" Jade asked. "A weirdo." Selina said. The man they were talking about wore a black suit, with white tinted goggles. On his back, was a pack. Much the same as the one Bridget wore. Only this one didn't shoot fire, it shot Ice!!! "Jim aint going to like that." Jade said. "No neither is Uncle Butch." Selina said. I don't know I think he is kinda cool. Get it cool? Ha ha.
Jim is in with the board. He is at one end of the table, Harvey
Dent is at the other, with a few others. They are asking Jim about what happened with Theo Galavan. Jim denies everything. Penguin did it!! Yeah that's right drop Oswald ya friend into the shit Jim. Finally it is over. Jim has his badge back. He is one happy camper. But Lee who is waiting for Jim has her doubts. Ya didn't tell her Jim. Big mistake. Barnes is watching Jim leave the building. Ivy and Harleen are sitting watching the news. "Now that Oswald Cobblepot is still on the loose. The fact now remains who is running Gotham's underworld?" The girl on the news said. "I wonder if there is a reward for him?" Ivy asked. "We could ask?" Harleen said. The girls looked at each other. "Na then Jade would never talk to me again." Harleen said. "But then we could get some new clothes, or something." Ivy said. "Do ya think we should?" Harleen said watching Penguin himself sleep on Jade and Selina's lounge. "No better leave it. Knowing our luck they would take the money from us." Ivy said. "Who Jade and Selina?"Harleen asked. "No the cops. Then they would put us in foster care." Ivy said. Harleen smiled. "No one would want you two of misfits." Penguin said turning on the lounge. The girls both laughed.
Butch and Jackson have now taken up residence in Penguins old place. They have changed nothing. Butch is there trying to keep his cool, Jackson is helping some. But he still has his school work to do. Butch is getting a little overwhelmed with it all. "Hello Butch." Tabatha said. Oh my she is back. What a woman. Butch is now all tongue tide. "I see you two know each other so I shall leave you to it Uncle." Jackson said. "Who are you?" Tabatha asked him. "Jackson Napier at your service." Jackson said bowing down low. Tabatha smiled at him. "I thought you had to go." Butch said. "I do." Jackson said with a laugh. He nodded at Tabatha before leaving. "Why are you so glum. You are now the King of Gotham." Tabatha said with a smile. "I don't know it aint like I thought. It's a lot of pressure." Butch said. "No as much fun as you would like then?" Tabatha asked as she moved in on him. "I don't want no partner right now." Butch said. "But why Butch. We have history don't we?" Tabatha asked. "Yes, then you tried to kill me." Butch said. Tabatha smiled and sat on his knee. He was powerless to stop her. "I was under Theo's orders. He is gone now. But you and I Butch are still here." Tabatha said. "But I don ......" Butch never go to finish his sentence. Tabatha locked lips with him. He gives in and kisses her back. On ya Butch I like Tabatha. "Ewe, did they have to Sena?" Jade asked as the girls drew back from the window, where they were watching them. "Yeah Jade it happens." Selina said with a smile.
There is a man in a blue van. He is doing something at his van. A cop car arrives. She asked him to look into the van. He has his backpack in there with the dead man he just froze. Freak! He then takes his gun out and freezes the cop. While she has a gun pointed at him. He just went up in our eyes. So funny so cool! As Jade would say. "She's Dead!"
Jim is back at work with Harvey. "Caught a weird one last night. Some psycho likes to freeze people." Harvey said. "What four weeks and not even a hug or kiss?" Jim said laughing. "You don't deserve these lips." Harvey said smiling at him.
Nygma is freezing a rose. Pretty. He explains how liquid Nitrogen works. But that is not what he said that it can not be that. So what is it Ed? "It would be liquid Helium." Ed said. "So where do you get that?" Jim asked. "For you?" Ed asked, his mind is not on his job today. Must be something to do with The Penguin. Maybe, could be just Ed. "No ya Dummy. For the investigation." Harvey said. Ed who is a little stressed crushes the rose. "It is rare and expensive. If you want I can research into it." Ed said. "Thanks Ed." Harvey said leaving the room. "So Ed I was wondering about the relationship you have with Penguin?" Jim asked. "I found him in the woods dying. I brought him home and nursed him back to health. Nothing more." Ed said. I think Ed is a liar! Jim nods. Then they hear Barnes from the front room. "We got him!" He yells. Jim and Ed go to see who they got. Oh no it is our own Pengie!!! "I told you I would get him. Now here we are." Barns said. Leading him to the holding cells. As he walked back past Jim. "Now we will hear the truth." Barnes said to Jim. But didn't Jim already tell ya that Barnes?
Penguin is now in the interview room. Barnes is in talking with him. Jim is a little adjated. They talk about Barnes being hit over the head. Then about how Galavan was killed. "Well I of course did it. I hated him." Penguin said with a smile. On ya pengie.
Jim is in Captain Barnes office. They talk, Barnes dose still not believe them. But he is giving them the benefit of the doubt now.
The man who is freezing people all over Gotham has come home. He has the most beautiful wife. She is so pretty, so nice. She I think is sick. He sits with her talking about days gone bye. Aint that sweet.
"So who do ya think that man was, last night Sena?" Jade asked later the next day. "Not sure Jade. Why?" Selina asked. "Just thinking." Jade said. "OK then." Selina said. "So Sena do ya think Jim is going to admit to his work he killed Galavan?" Jade asked. "Probably not. Why?" Selina asked. "Just thinking." Jade said. "OK, then." Selina said. Silence while Selina cooked the dinner. Jade had set the dinner table. "Hey Sena, do ya think Penguin give himself up, or did someone dob him in. Someone like Harleen or Ivy?" Jade asked. "Not sure Jade why?" Selina asked. "Just thinking." Jade said. "Well ya better stop thinking." Selina said "Why?" Jade asked. "Because I don't know any more about Penguin, Jim, or even Butch than you do. OK." Selina said. "OK, Sena." Jade said. A few moments later as they sat to eat. "Sena why do ya think Tabatha and Butch got to be King and Queen of Gotham?" Jade asked. "Why don't you go and ask them after lunch. Then we can all sleep better in our beds." Selina replied. "OK, then Sena I love you." Jade said with a smile. Oh my god she is a curious girl aint she?
Harvey with Jim. "He partner, I have good news and bad news. What do you want first?" Harvey asked. "Bad?" Jim replied. "Well Ed traced the stuff to Wayne Enterprises." Harvey said. "So what is the good?" Jim asked. "There aint any. There has been three more missing people over the last three months. All seen with a blue van." Harvey said. What a fool Harvey. But we like ya too. Good thing we like so many characters in the show.
Cool cold man has a room under the stairs. He is off to now. How cool a dungeon under the stairs. OMG he has people down there frozen! Weirdo!
Ed has given in and has sneaked his way over to Penguin. He is standing with his back to Penguin. He wants to know if he needs anything. Penguin said no. Then he remembers. "Could you please visit Mother for me. Clean her grave?" Penguin asked. "Mother check." Ed said. "Oh she likes lilies." Penguin said. "Check Lilies." Ed said. Those two play together well. I like them.
Back with Mr Cool. He is trying to thaw a man out. Not good I am afraid. He has melted. Ha ha ha ha ha ha....
Jim and Harvey bail up Lusis at the local cafe. Alfred has taken the boys to the lake for a few weeks. Poor Bruce and Tony almost died!! They ask about the nitro. "Yes, Thomas Wayne shut that down years ago." Lusis said. He is just so cool. So unflappable.
Samantha is at Arkum visiting her Mother. "So to current news Mum. There is a bloke going around town freezing people. Weird huh?" Samantha said to the still sleeping Barbara. "Rachel says he sounds cool." Samantha said laughing. "Oh I forgot to tell ya too, Mum. Barnes picked up Penguin." Samantha said. She patted her mother's hand. "Jim said something about him coming to Arkum. You could say hello to him for Jim. If ya see him." Samantha said. She sat for a time just holding Barbara's hand. "Well Mum I have to go. I will see ya again soon. Rachel, Jade and Selina all say hello. Love you Mum. See ya soon." Samantha said. She then left the hospital.
Penguin that afternoon arrived at Arkum. He was put into the food hall with all the other crazy's. Well Oswald ya did tell Barnes you were crazy! One of the inmates laugh at Penguin and throw food at him. So he has to do a big song and dance on the table about being The Penguin! All the inmates imitate him. Anyone seen one flew over the cuckoo's nest?
Mr Cool's wife is coughing up blood. He rushes to her side to give her her medicine. That was the last one, if she don't get more she will die! "I will get more." He said. "Why does it matter?" She replied. "It does to me." he said leaving the house.
Mr cool at the chemist. "I need more of these." He said pushing the little bottle across the counter. "Do you have a prescription?" He asked. "No." Mr cool said. "Then I can not help you." he said. Ya know I think ya made a mistake Mr Chemist.
Oswald is waiting to see the psy Dr at Arkum. "Hello Mr Cobblepot. I am Hugo Strange. I am the chief of Psychiatry here at Arkum Asylum." Hugo said shaking Oswald's hand. They head off into his office. Dr Strange huh? Now he is a Strange man! Ha ha.
Mr cool back at chemist. In his freeze suit. Oh no look out people, he is going to freeze you. He freezes the security guard, then the man behind the counter. He then gets his medicine. But has to ask for help getting his man out of the shop. He gets it. I would help too if I just seen what he did....
Harvey and jim get there as Mr Cool is loading up his man. They follow. In a mad race to get to him. They hit a man in a wheelchair. Ha ha ha ha ha. Have to stop laughing now. He was frozen. He shattered when Harvey hit him. Ha ha ha ha....
"Ya know Gotham is getting weirder and weirder Sena. Did you just see that?" Jade asked. "Yeah. Well we do live in Gotham Jade." Selina said. "That must be it Sena." Jade said as they walked. What are they doing out that late??
Oswald is in with Strange. Oswald gets started on his rant. Strange listens. He even makes Oswald a cup of tea. Nice of him. Then the session is over! Poor Oswald, Strange in name and in nature. "But I will see you again. I have numerous therapies to try on you." Strange said. "Therapy?" Oswald asked. "Why yes, that is why you are here is it not. Because you are a sick man?" Strange said. I think I am going to like his character.
Mr Cool has more bodies now. His name is Victor Fries. His wife has made her way to the dungeon. OMG she don't know what he has been up to. Poor Mrs Fries. Well she does now.
Jim and Harvey are at chemist. They find Nora Fries medicine bottle. Watch out Nora they are coming.
They crash his house. But he still aint home from his chemist heist. She is there alone with all the bodes. Jim and Harvey burst in on her. "He told me they were mice." She said to them. Victor is watching from the corner. What ya gonna do now. They have taken ya wife?
Nora is in the interview room. "He did these things for me. I am dying. I will not testify against him." She said. You go girl stand by your man!
Ed is in the M.E. Lab. He is checking out the frozen body. Ed is tired. He leaves the lab to get some coffee.
Victor has come into the GCPD. He has given himself up. Alvarez tells him to join the cue. There have been about four of them in that night wanting to confess. Ya got the right one now man. As victor sits his frozen man runs out into the room, in the sheet from the M.E room. "It worked. A 16 worked." He said getting excited he runs from the room. Where is he off to do ya think?

Strange is at Arkum. He is at a dead end. Then he slips a key into the wall. It opens, inside is a lift. What the? Where is he off to? In the life he talks about Oswald Cobblepot. Says what we all know. He has a very unhealthy relationship with his Mother! The doors open. He is in Indian Hill!! Ya know where Bridget and Taylor are! Oh no where they dumped Theo Galavan! Miss Peabody, yes she was the one that took Theo!! She hands him the news paper. Like it is Sunday Breakfast. "Look someone has made it possible to thaw them out." She said to him. "No?" he said taking the paper from her. "Yes, they have even given him a name." She said with a disgusted look on her face. I like her, purple lips and cool glasses. "Well Hello Mr Freeze."
