A pair of silver eyes looked from one adult, to the other. The whole room was silent as the ridiculously-adorable three year old seemed to be mulling things over. The toddler had just been told something, which to any child his age, would have been very monumental. So the two adults held their breaths, waiting patiently as the little one squinted his eyes, puffing his cheeks in thought.

"I was in there?" Asahi eventually asked, poking a finger against Hisaya's stomach. The one being prodded was a little startled, looking to the man who had obviously taught their son where babies came from. No doubt leaving a few major facts out.

Ryoichi smiled, "That's right, baby." He confirmed, and Asahi's mouth formed small 'o' shape.

Both Hisaya and Ryoichi glimpsed a look at one another, unanimously letting their baby take his time figuring it out. "You're my mama?" He eventually asked, and the name hit Hisaya more than he thought it would. He was aware of Omega's being considered the 'mothers', and held some reservations about being called that, but he never thought to correct Asahi.

"That's right, we have the same hair, see." Hisaya gestured to his head, and Asahi stared in wonder before fiddling with his own. "I have..your hair?" He spoke slowly.

Hisaya masked the urge to laugh at Asahi's confused expression, "When you were in my tummy growing, you took a part of me and a part of your papa. That's why you have the same gorgeous eyes as your papa, and my blond hair." He smiled warmly at the intently-listening baby.

Asahi seemed to then understand, but his eyes dropped to his feet, which he awkwardly shuffled beneath him. "Papa always said mama was away- I thought me did something wrong and mama didn't want to see me." His voice was so quiet and as the pressure around Hisaya's eyes grew, Asahi gave a sniffle sound as he kept his head down.

Hisaya cupped his baby's face, tilting it up to see a few tears already leaking from the silver pools. His breath caught in his throat as he pressed his lips to Asahi's forehead without any hesitation. Asahi clung to him in return, and when Hisaya pulled back just enough to see him, the little bun followed and curled into his arms.

So he lifted him up onto his lap, wrapping his arms securely around the quietly sobbing baby. "You've done nothing wrong, baby, I was away but I love you so much. So so much." He emphasised as the little one didn't lift his head.

"Will you go away again?" Asahi whispered as his face was tucked into Hisaya's chest.

"No, I'm not going anywhere." He promised.

The clingy bun held on tightly, and only when he poked his head up, eyes no longer crying, did he speak up, "Mama." He tested, and Hisaya beamed.

The small family spent quite some time huddled together, talking gently amongst themselves. Asahi continued to make his parents laugh when he proposed all the different things that they could do together. After first instructing his omega parent that he could sleep in his room. Which, because of Ryoichi's ongoing punishment, seemed like an option Hisaya should consider.

When Asahi was put down for a nap in the afternoon, the little one struggling to keep his eyes open as they spoke, Hisaya was the one to tuck him in and kiss his forehead. And Asahi smiled, enjoying being pampered. "Will I see you everyday?" The baby asked, his voice light and so quiet; a testament to how tired he was.

"Of course," Hisaya caressed the inherited curls that popped out of his son's hair. "I'm going to live here from now on, so you'll see me all the time. But you need to know, baby, that like your papa, I have a big job. Which means that sometimes I'll be quite busy, but I want you to remember that I will always come back to you and your papa."

Asahi blinked through droopy eyes, "Promise?" He whispered.

Hisaya pecked the tip of his nose, "Promise."

"Mm," Asahi smiled, "love you mama." And then he was fast asleep.

Hisaya stayed for a short while, before making his way out and shutting the door quietly behind him. He sighed after doing so, smiling to himself as he recovered from being bombarded by his child's cuteness. Especially being told that he was loved, that was enough for it to be carved on his soul.

The sound of dishes being washed drew his attention, looking down the hall he spotted Ryoichi's back. The man immersed in the job. Thoughts of the night before crossed his mind, and his cheeks burned just as much as his back still did. Then the memory of what Ichiro had said reminded him of why he was supposed to be mad at the alpha- but he wasn't.

"And so what if it was his heat?," Hisaya thought. There was no other person he'd want to be around if that was the case.

Walking down the hall, Hisaya made sure to be quiet so that he could sneak up on the man. When he got close enough, he wrapped his arms around the taller man's waist. Ryoichi wasn't surprised, because he'd most likely picked up on him quickly, but he still greeted Hisaya with a smile.

"What's wrong?" Hisaya asked, resting his chin on the man's arm as he poked his head up. Ryoichi's smile froze, then he gently sighed, drying his hands and turning round to face his lover.

"You're not too mad at me are you?"

Hisaya stepped into his arms, "Nope. You're more than welcome to devour me whenever I'm in heat, but just give me a heads-up that it is actually a heat, so I can understand it a bit better." He asked and the man in front of him just sighed, sounding relieved. His big arms wrapped around Hisaya, snuggling him tightly without any reservations.

With the police's involvement, and the undeniable evidence, Hiromasa was arrested. But because of his reputation- or more reliably his faceless sponsors with deep pockets, he was granted bail shortly afterwards. It came out that every question that was asked, was strongly denied by Hiromasa, who seemed to have no qualms with pushing the blame onto others.

Many individuals were arrested, including the spies that once infiltrated Hisaya Reo's business. Followed by those who worked at 'The Underground'. It was temporarily shut down, as there was no conceivable way for the police to indefinitely shut down a place that had such big money in it. That was far above their pay-grade. But at least now, the club would be monitored and heavily restricted when it did eventually open again.

Another one of Hiromasa's ventures, was the charity. The biggest element within the scathing allegations against the 'prim and proper' man. People surrounded the large building, that people now viewed as an eyesore in the centre of their city. They continued to protest long after the police had arrived, all but breaking the doors down.

The officers spent some time inside. The glass windows which the charity's building once boasted its wealth by having, now became very disadvantageous as their was little to no privacy from the mob that stood outside. After a short while, the crowds volume died down as a group of mixed-aged children stepped out. They were greeted with pitiful looks, ones they didn't understand.

Ambulances were waiting, and although it may appear somewhat overcautious, they realised that they couldn't underestimate anyone now. A person like Kazuki Hiromasa was someone people eyed with so much respect. He was, through and through, an alpha, but he seemed to care so much for Omegas. They should have known, the public guilty chastised themselves.

Through the many little arrests, came more confirmation that the evidence accumulated by Hisaya Reo and his team, was entirely accurate. The force even called up the witnesses, whose numbers had been added to a file given personally by Yoshiaki Kenta.

To get viable statements from the children took a few days. No one put pressure on them, and Ayako Chiharu offered to be the one to help coax the answers out of the children. She was watched by onlooking psychologists who were relieved to reveal that the younger children were in perfect health; if not a bit confused. It was the older children, who had been drip-fed lies about potentially being adopted every evening, who suffered. They believed that being taken away from 'Fresh Start', that their chances were gone.

But after a lot of negotiations with the doctors in charge, Ayako won the case of being able to home the children in 'Giving Hope'. The once small, dilapidated charity was somewhat known, but after she revealed that they had moved locations, and showed them picture after picture of what it now looked like- the hospital team and child's services team were surprised.

They were somewhat sceptical about placing their trust in 'Giving Hope', because although Hisaya Reo had made his name known for being caring, and someone who can surprisingly threaten an alpha, they didn't want the children consistently involved in the bitter war between them. But they were won over by Ayako Chiharu, who sung his praises, and spoke with certainty that the emotionally-abused children would be looked after to the best of her abilities, and would undoubtedly have more chance than any at getting adopted.

When it was confirmed, and all paperwork signed off, Ayako Chiharu was on the phone immediately. She could barely contain her excitement, having always been looked down on, trampled on in the past, she had finally won.

"I didn't doubt you for a second, Ayako." Hisaya instantly said and the female beta felt her eyes well up. Who would have thought the child who made no effort to disguise his hatred for himself or the charity he once resided in, would be the one to help them all.

Clearing her eyes, the woman who raised him turned into the commanding mother. "You better come visit soon, and bring your little darling, he's the spitting image of you when you were his age."

Over the phone, Hisaya laughed, "Alright, I will do. I have some things to clear up first, but I'll be there as soon as it's all dealt with."

"I wouldn't mind meeting your alpha either, he's nice on the eyes."

"Well I'll warn him beforehand." Hisaya joked and the two spoke about a few more things before hanging up.

The children were quite nervous when they first stepped through the welcoming gates of 'Giving Hope'. The older ones had been somewhat told what had been going on in the previous 'charity', but all they were told was that it was a bad place, and that they weren't treated the right way. So they were understandably sceptical when they first arrived.

But the whole atmosphere was different. It didn't look cold, with glass all around and with a strict atmosphere, this place held the appearance of a home. And it was entirely catered to the comfort of children. The slightly apprehensive Omegas glanced around when they spotted people, and other children around their age, and were surprised and relieved to see that there were no Alphas.

Ayako Chiharu smiled warmly at the group, "How's about we show you to your bedrooms, and then, you can have any amount of dessert you'd like." That got their attention. They had previously been on strict diets- for obvious, disgusting reasons, so at the mention of scoffing their faces with whatever they'd like, they were won over.

The children adapted well, and gradually came out of their shell. By the end of the week, the younger ones were running around screaming happily with the other children who were previously already at the charity. They played on all of the equipment that was there, only for them. The older ones took time, but seeing how everything was much more relaxed, and they were free to eat, wear and play as they'd like- they couldn't help but love it in their new home.

Following their trauma, Ayako Chiharu had already put many things into action; such as the much stricter review of potential parents wishing to adopt. A whole separate team was created, one which Hisaya confirmed would be great, who worked on doing thorough background checks. They didn't just question the people used as references, they also conducted their own searches on neighbours and even going so far as to scour their social-media pages.

It was time consuming, but necessary. And in the future they would be rewarded handsomely as being named the best, and safest shelter and charity.

"I've managed to persuade the media that you're at work." Yoshiaki revealed and Hisaya was entirely grateful, he was driving himself to his apartment, he had to pick up some stuff before he let his more-than-eager lover jump in and take on the job of selling it for him. And also, he was going to meet the little omega who was still his enjoying the good-life.

But it was actually Red who had called him.

Hisaya was being patient, he had no intention of kicking the boy out, he quite liked having him around, but he also didn't know how Red would react to suddenly living with an Alpha and a friendly baby.

He parked his car and made his way up. When he reached his apartment he expected Red to appear like he tended to do when he arrived, but the apartment was silent. "Red?" Hisaya called out, kicking off his shoes and glancing into rooms.

"In here." Hisaya was startled by the delayed response, but since it came from the kitchen he guessed he might not have been heard. He thought nothing of it and approached lightheartedly, "Are you cooking-" Hisaya trailed off, his attention snapping to the man who was sitting in one of the seats at the counter. He had an empty plate in front of him, so he'd obviously just eaten.

Looking over to Red, who stood on the other side, Hisaya's mouth ran dry when he spotted a busted lip and a red mark on the side of the teen's face. "Hiromasa, what are you doing in my home?" Hisaya asked calmly, entering and slowly making his way over to Red, who lightly shook.

When he was close enough, Hisaya cupped his face and looked him over. He pulled the boy into his arms. Whilst the yellow-eyed Alpha watched him intently, a bloodlust shining through.

He pushed the plate away and sat back, "I came to congratulate you, actually." He revealed with a sneer, brushing a hand through his messy hair. "For a common whore to take me down, it's impressive. For some people who I thought would never bend, to actually sell me out, you must have been quite the good fuck." He scoffed.

"You know that's not true," Hisaya defended, "But by convincing yourself that that happened, it takes away from the embarrassment of being bested by an Omega."

Hiromasa scowled and stood up. Red stiffened in Hisaya's arms, and he gave the boy a reassuring squeeze. "Hiromasa, we can continue this, but not with Red here."

"Is that an order?" The deep voice was threatening.

"No, a request. You're in charge here after all."

The sanity of the man was dwindling, and after a few moments, he shrugged. "Then he should run quickly." He advised and Hisaya nodded, pushing the phone he had eased out of his pocket the entire time they were speaking, into Red's hands.

He kissed the boys cheek, breathing a name into his ear before nudging Red in the direction of the apartment's door. And the boy did as asked, disappearing fast. When the door slammed, both men looked at one another. Hisaya instinctively moved as Hiromasa did, keeping a good distance from the psycho.

"So whilst I was being arrested, you were spreading your legs for Ryoichi, hm?" The man mocked, making a point of sniffing the air.

"He's the father of my child, and the one I love, so there's no harm in it."

"But he's not bitten you yet."

Hisaya raised a brow, "So what? I'd rather not be scarred for the benefit of others knowing I'm someone else's property."

Hiromasa laughed, a genuine belly-laugh. "Oh how prideful you are. But you don't seem to understand," he leered, taking another step around the island to get closer to Hisaya, ", whether you've popped out a baby, or let Ryoichi take you countless times, it doesn't matter because since you're not claimed, you're like a virgin to other Alphas." He spoke slowly and Hisaya continued to stare hatefully at the man.

"And now, thanks to that, I know just what to do to get you back for what you've done to me." He grinned, baring his teeth.

Hisaya felt the dread inside of him, he and Ryoichi hadn't even spoken about the 'biting' element of them getting together, they were mutually fine with how they were, but at the vile thought of Hiromasa biting him- Hisaya felt sick to his stomach.
