I sat in the backseat of the black limo, pulling down the hem of my tight red dress.

"Where too, Miss?" My driver, Alexander asked me from the drivers seat. He hates to be called Alex, for some reason.

"Home please Alexander." I said politely, still trying to pull my dress down so it's a little less revealing. Ugh, I hate these clothes.

He nodded and began to drive away from the large building which I had just escaped from.

My father decided to throw a huge business party to promote his new clothing line, which has earned him millions already. My mother made me wear this absurd skimpy dress to impress the men in the room. What great parenting skills, huh?

My parents are two of the richest people in the world, and boy did they know it. But we didn't exactly get along. It's not like they're bad parents, they just have a different way of dealing with me.

They think they can buy me. Basically. I have always told them how I wanted a simple life, I don't want to be filthy rich, because it doesn't suit me.

We've had so many arguments over this, but they just gave me more money and told me to go shopping.

Shopping.

My thoughts were cut short as the limo came to a screeching stop and I heard a sharp intake of breathe from Alexander.

"Sorry miss." Alexander said, I looked ahead of us and saw a police car had cut in front of us, and the officer had come storming out towards our car with a murderous look on his face.

Alexander rolled down the window as the officer came forward. I studied him.

He doesn't really look like an officer. He's wearing skinny jeans and a black button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up, his hair is black and quite spiky. He doesn't even look like the angry type of person.

He smirked a little. It wasn't a bad boy smirk, or something that makes the ladies want to go down. Pure evil, and I sunk into my seat further. Who the hell is this man?

Within seconds he placed a gun to Alexander's head and pulled the trigger without flinching. I mean, his eyes didn't even close for a second. It was like watching a guy do his everyday job. I cried out on instinct.

What the hell is going on?

I pulled down a black window in the limo separating myself from Alexander's body, and turn a silver knob to lock it. Then I stood up and frenzied around to lock every other door in my part of the car.

I could see out of the tinted windows, and thank god he couldn't see in.

I whimpered as I heard a bang on the window next to me, before I saw his figure clench his fist next to him and pull it up again. Luckily, the glass can't be broken by a few pinches. It would take a lot more than that.

I squeezed my eyes as tightly as they would go as I heard his voice. The sad part is that he actually sounds sweet. He's the type of guy that I'd probably get along with just by first glance.

This can't be happening to me. I quickly pulled out my cell.

I rang my father as another bang came to the window, and then he moved out of view. I couldn't see him but I then a bang came to the window separating myself from Alexander's body.

Like usual, the call went a straight to voicemail, and small tears started to well up in my eyes.

"Dad," I whispered so he couldn't hear me "someone killed Alexander, and now he's trying to kill me too. I think he is..." I started, and cried out when I heard another loud bang from the front of the limo.

I cried into the phone pathetically. I ended the voice message and tried to phone my mother, whose phone went straight to voicemail too. Typical.

"Do none of you keep your phones on these days?" I whispered angrily, still crying a little. I heard distant sirens and relief washed over me, that is until the car engine sounded.

I heard a muffled voice, but the window separated it from me.

"I'm in the limo, and I can hear sirens but they're driving now. Pick up your phone." I begged, hoping that somehow my mother would hear my plea.

I carried on talking to my mothers voicemail for half an hour. Just saying anything, most of it probably didn't even make sense. Anything that would take my mind off of what is happening is a god-sent though.

The voicemail ended, cutting me off when my phone beeped, and I brought the screen in front of me to see that I no longer had signal.

The drive continued for a long time, and my eyes were getting heavier, but I refuse to sleep. Are they going to kill me? Is this kidnap?

Oh my god this is kidnap.

I'm being kidnapped.

Usually I'm not aloud to swear. But I think now is a good time to say holy fucking shit.

I let out a strangle sob as the limo screeched to a stop. I'm only 19, surely I won't be taken away at such a young age?

Somehow I think I might be.

Jesus Lydia, way to dampen your own mood.

I peered out of the window to see a man, trying to look in. I let out a loud scream that I knew he heard by the look on his face. I scampered to the other corner of the limo and pressed myself against it. I let my eyes study him.

He has straight brown hair, and a fringe that covers his forehead. He looks friendly, trustable, but in this situation I highly doubt that.

He squinted his eyes and backed away, turning to talk to the so-called cop. I tried to keep my crying to a minimum.

My phone buzzed and my fathers name came into view. Finally. At least I have signal now.

"Sweetheart?" He asked casually as I picked up the phone.

"I've been kidnapped, you have to help me." I told him, my voice cracking somewhere in the first sentence.

"I'm here with the police now, they need to know everything darling. Quickly now." my father rushed into the phone. This is why I phoned him first, he would get the attention of the police a lot quicker than me because of his social status. I took a deep breathe.

"I've locked myself in the back of the limo, but they've driven me here and killed Alexander-"

"Where exactly?" A soothing female voice asked.

"I don't know, there's just a large house here! From what I've seen, I'm practically in the middle of nowhere." I told them, keeping my eyes locked firmly on the window. There are 3 of them now.

"How many are there sweetheart?" My father asked, I couldn't hear the worry in his voice that I thought would be there. But I guess with all his business calls he's used to keeping emotion out of everything he says.

"Three so far, all men." I whispered again, seeing the tallest man calmly walk over with a murderous look and punch the window in anger. My body jumped as I heard him scream something about me phoning the police to the other men.

"Your going to be fine, we're tracking your phone as we speak." The same soothing woman informed me.

I glance to the window and felt every calm fibre in my body die.

"Now there are 4. Another brought out a hammer!" I yelled in panic "I'm going to die!" were the last words I screamed into the phone as the hammer collided with the window.

It broke straight through and I let tears cascade down my face. The shattered glass scattered all over the floor into tiny shards.

The tallest man climbed through the window with ease, and the glass crunched under his shoes as he stepped over to me and snatched my phone from my hands, putting it to his ear.

"We'll kill your daughter if we don't get all of your money." He said into the phone as I let out another sob.

As soon as he stopped speaking my phone was thrown into the wall of the limo, and smashed beyond repair.

I hugged my knees to my chest and my breathing got deeper and heavier. I clutched my hand to my heart and felt consciousness slip away from me.

Blackness and fear surrounding me.
