2 weeks Later
Cheryls POV
Its been just over 2 weeks since Alex came back and she's gotten so much better. She barely has nightmares, her bruises are fading and even the scarring has gone away.
The thing I love most- she smiles more now. But that all changed when her and Madi went to Pops, with Chad and his friend Eric.
Madi's POV
Alex leaves and goes to the bathroom. She doesn't like being alone but she's getting better so she said shes good to be alone.
"Madi, I was thinking maybe now that your sister is back and life is getting back to normal I would ask you... to be my girlfriend,"
I became friends with Eric because of chad and we've gotten close the last few months. We like each other but we havent really done anything about it because I've been distracted with Alex's kidnapping.
"Yes I would love to," I smile
We laugh until I hear the bell ring and Alex gasp. I turn my head and see Dylan walking towards Alex who is frozen.
"Bitch," I mutter getting up
I tackle him and punch him so hard I break his nose. I punch him a few more times until he passes out.
"Eric, call 911, Chad,"
"I'll go see Alex got it," he says immediatley
I hold Dylan down until the police arrive and arrest him and we get driven home by uncle Kevin.
"Girls, girls what happened?" Toni asks running out and hugging us
"Nothing," Alex mutters
"Alex.." I start
"Madi got a boyfriend,"
"Alex.."
"No Madi, nothing happened and if you say anything I will never talk to you again," She says storming off into the house
"You don't need to tell me anything, Kevin called me," Toni laughs slightly "Shes really shaken up eh?"
"Ya, rightly so,"
"Yes definitely rightly so," She says "Boyfriend though?"
"You know Eric," I roll my eyes
"I've heard about Eric, I've never actually seen him," She sighs
I pull up his instagram and hand her the phone

"Those are his brothers?" Toni asks
"Ya he has one more too," I say "Emilio is a few years older than him, than DJ is the little one in the picture and then he has a 4 year old brother named Ethan,"
"A lot of E's" she jokes
"Ya I guess," I laugh
We go inside and Toni tells me to go talk with Lex.
"Lex, we need to talk,"
"About what?" She asks annoyed
"Tonight,"
"Nothing to talk about Mads I'm fine,"
"What did he say?" I ask
"He barely said anything. Called me a whore and then he had his face bashed in."
"Whatever Lex," I say rolling my eyes "Who are you talking to?"
"I'm DM'ing Chad,"
I sit down on my bed and start texting Eric.

MT: Hey Eric ❤️
EL: Hey Babe 💞
MT: Want to do something?
EL: Sure, do you want to come over and watch a movie?
MT: Ya definitely, I'll be over in 30?
EL: Sounds good, see ya then 💕
MT: See ya 💞
I walk out of our room and go downstairs to see Toni and Cheryl.
"Moms can I go hangout with Eric?" I ask
"Ya sure," Cheryl says
"Why I thought you and Alex wanted to hangout," Toni inquires
"Shes having a day," I say rolling my eyes
Cheryl and Toni both sigh.
"Go get whatever you need and I'll get the bike ready," Toni says
"Bike Toni?" Cheryl asks
"Cheryl, chill out I've been driving the motorcycle since I was Madi's age and every time I get on it- you nag me,"
"Whatever Toni, but your next accident you're getting rid of it,"
"As I've heard for the last 2 years," Toni says rolling her eyes
"Next accident?" I ask confused
"She raced Sweetpea in Junior Year and broke her leg, and raced Fangs in Senior year and popped her shoulder out of place,"
"I won both of those races,"
"Whatever Toni,"
"Love you Cheryl," SHe says laughing and grabbing her keys
"Be safe Topaz,"
"Always bombshell,"
Toni grabs her keys and our jackets while Cheryl gets dinner out for the twins.
We drive to Eric's house and Toni just drops me and leaves.
"HEy Eric," I say as he opens the door
"Hey Madi," He says hugging me "Just so you know my parents are with my brothers at their baseball tournaments this weekend so they're not home,"
"OK no problem,"
We sit down on his couch and watch a movie and then went outside to take some pictures. he lives right by the river so we took some there and then went back to his house to warm up.
"Mads you look cold," He says offering me a blanket
I take it and smile
"Its because it was cold outside genius,"
