We land on the top of a building?
"Dad where are we?" I ask rubbing my eyes since I just woke up
"We're at stark tower darling" dad smirks and I can tell he's excited
"Yay!! I wanna see!"
We get off the plane and wow we are actually at the top of our new home when you look up you can see the other floors which are above the landing pad
We walk in through big glass panels.
"Welcome home sir" Jarvis booms loudly
"Yay Jarvis is here too!" I smile running around the top tower door
"What's this floor dad" I ask
"This has the bar and they lounge with a beautiful view" dad says looking out the windows which are the size of elephants
"And there are floors above us?" I ask
"Those ones can be made into anything really there are 8 Of those so if we have let's say some permanent guests we can have a place for all of them" dad explains putting on an odd pair of glasses and then suddenly a screen appears in front of him
"Woah" I gasp staring as dad moves holograms of things in the air.
"Right you haven't seen much of my tech have you kid"
"Not really" I smile
"It's time you get to see" he sighs leaning down and picking me up
We go into an elevator and go down a bunch of floors.
"Welcome to the workshop miss y/n" Jarvis says
And the doors open revealing an even bigger shop than the one in Malibu!
I gasp not being able to speak. It's amazing!
Along the wall in glass casing are all different types of suits.
"Dad what are all these for?" I ask in confusion
"Just for different jobs ya know"dad says not paying any attention to me looking at all of them
I read into the details on each panel of glass
Wow dad really has a suit for any possible situation. I sigh wondering if one day something bad will come attack us.
"What's up princess?" Dad asks
"Dad we are safe here right? You can protect us with all these suits" I say confidently
"Y/n of course" dad says taken back by what I said
"I love you" I smile
" I love you more" dad says lowly going back to his work
"Jarvis sync y/n eye and fingerprint to the suits and tower" dad says
"Will do sir"
"Thanks dad" I smile leaning on him
"Incoming visitor. Nick fury" Jarvis says
"Fury?" Dad says almost in a panic
"Who's that?" I ask but dad gets up and leaves the workshop
In less than a second though he's coming back in with another man in a large black coat and an eye patch
"Nick I don't know why this couldn't have waited" dad sighs
"Stark listen-oh hello?" The man says looking at me
"I stand shyly behind the cart of tools
"Nick not now" dad says
"Who might you be?" Nick asks
"I'm y/n who are you" I ask
"I'm a friend of Tony's"he says putting his hand out to me and I shake I️t
"She a little genius like you stark? I'll keep her in the books" Nick flashes a quick smile
"Alright fury what is I️t." Dad says sounding agitated
"I see you've been doing your homework" Nick says picking up a pile of scattered files
"Yeah yeah gamma rays, Assassin, Robin Hood" dad says waving his hand around
"Here's more intel. Our team could be ready for whatever" fury says and then he turns around and goes to exit
"Fury" dad says following him
"I can let myself out. Take care of yourself and her" nick smiles and leaves
I let dad go back to the table and look at the file.
"Dad can I know about the gamma rays and whoever Robin Hood is" I ask fumbling with my fingers watching dad slide through the files faster and faster
"Not now kid" he mumbles
"I can help you with files and-"
"Y/n!! Not. Now" he says raising his voice at me
He's never yelled at me before? What did I do?
Confused I run off to the nearest room I could which turned out to be a bathroom. I lock the door and slide down hugging my knees to my body. I haven't cried in forever but this moment somehow pushed me over the edge.
There's a knock on the door
"Y/n" Tony says weakly. I bite my lip not Wanting to answer
"Please open the door" he sighs I can hear the sorrow in his voice
I get up and walk to the mirror wiping tears.
"Alright Jarvis unlock this bathroom" dad says
I hear the door squeak open but I can't look at him
I hear his footsteps get closer but I cover my face.
"Y/n" he whispers
"Im sorry" he says
When I do turn around he's sitting on his knees so that he's on my level.
I open my eyes and look at him and he pulls me into a hug. We sit there for a moment as he hugs me. I feel his heartbeat which calms me down as I tap at his arc reactor.
"Wanna go see who Robin Hood and gamma rays are?" Tony asks
"Yes please" I whisper and he picks me up and we walk back to the workshop and he sits down in his chair with me.
I turn over so I'm sitting on dads lap facing the screens
He puts on his odd looking blue glasses and I watch as he puts his hands out and the files appear in mid air.
"Alright Jarvis give me a run down of all the team files" dad says putting down the glasses
"Right away sir"
"That is doctor Bruce banner." Dad says as a picture of a small dorky looking man pops up
"He may seem like your average nerd but he has a secret"
"What is I️t!" I smile
"He used gamma rays to turn himself accidentally into... the hulk!" Dad says as the pictures of an average looking man change into a large green monster
"Woah. He's cool" I say
"I know right" dad smiles
"Next is Natasha, I met her before she works for nick fury. She is an assassin" dad says as I look at a picture of a beautiful red haired woman
"She's pretty" I smile
"She is a master at fighting" dad says
"Her superhero name is black widow" dad says moving his Eyebrows
"She has a cooler name than you" I giggle and dad gasps
"Well she's only cool if she has her best friend side kick with her" dad says and a picture of a blonde man with a bow and arrow shows up
"That is Clint or Hawkeye" dad states
"What does he do"
"He can shoot arrows very. Very well" dad says
"Does he work for nick fury?"
"Yep" he says
"And final one on our list for now is the star spangled banner himself. Steve Rogers" dad says and I can see his eyes light up when he sees the pictures
"He is like the coolest" I smile
"He's super cool" dad smiles not being able to take his eyes away from the pictures
"You have a crush on him" I giggle
"What no i dont" dad says snapping out of his trance and swiping to the next file
"Sure whatever dad" I laugh
"Who's Thor?" I ask looking at the names of other files
"God of thunder nobody special" dad shrugs
But this so called dad does seem special
"So when can I meet them" I ask
"Hopefully never" dad says putting away tools
"Why not?" I frown
"Because when we come together I️t means something seriously wrong is going on" dad sighs
"Oh ok maybe I don't want to meet them" I say spinning around in the chair
