It's Wednesday. I woke up and I got up from my bed. I get dressed into a pink sweatshirt and black pants. I slip on my pair of brown boots.
I curled my hair with my curling iron. I applied makeup on.
I grab my Louis Vuitton bag and went downstairs for breakfast.
My mom served us some pancakes.
When I finished eating, I was waiting for this dork to get here. Junior picks me up now.
Because my baby got fucked up. It sucks.
At least, I got a ride to school.
Then I finally see his BMW pulled into my driveway.
"Bye mom! Bye dad! Junior's here!" I called out to my parents.
I closed the front door behind me and went walking towards his car.
"Hey Steph!"
"Hey dork!"
On our way to school, He was jamming out to Bandz make her dance by Juicy J.
When I got to class, I saw Kim but not Caro. It was weird. Because she's never late. She's always on time.
"Where's Caro?"
"I haven't seen her this morning."
"That's not like her. She's always on time."
Mr. Cooper gave us another pop quiz.
It took me forever to finish the goddamn quiz.
By the time it was lunch time, we were sitting at our table. Caro was nowhere to be found.
"Isn't it weird that Caro didn't show up to algebra today?"
"I know. She's never late."
"But haven't you noticed that she hasn't hang out with us since last week."
"I know. she's always with Ricky."
"Yup. Ever since their five month anniversary, she hasn't hanged out with us that much."
"I'm worried. let me text her."
Suddenly Caro comes running to our table.
"Hey you guys! Sorry I'm late. I woke up late today."
"That's weird. Because you're never late."
"Well there's a first time for everybody."
It sounded weird to me. Because she never misses class. She's always been on time.
Then I saw a little bruise on her left cheek. I pointed at her cheek.
"What's that Caro?"
"What do you mean Steph?"
"That on your left cheek."
Kim lends Caro her little pink mirror.
She checks her left cheek, "Oh this! Ricky made me this hickey."
I didn't believed her. Probably that asshole hits her. You never know I may be wrong. But I'm always right sometimes.
"So what's up with you guys?"
"Not much just here chilling."
"Not to be rude Caro, but I've noticed that you don't hang out with us ever since last week."
"Sorry you guys. It was my five month anniversary with Ricky."
"We get that. But we miss hanging out with you sis."
"Aw! Sorry you guys, I promise I'll hang out with you guys more often."
"If something's wrong, you can tell us sis."
"Nothing's wrong."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure."
"Ok."
But I knew right away that something wasn't right. I think this asshole hits my best friend.
But I need to find out if it's true.
