maybe if we had said goodbye

maybe it could be easy to let go
and move forward
but we didn't.

maybe we made too many promises to be kept
but we didn't.

thinking you do too,
I wonder what i would say when i see your face again
I believe you do too.
I still have a little hope that someday down the road
you'd cross mine & we'll meet,
but what if you don't ?
we should have said Goodbye,
then maybe it has become easier to not to miss you anymore.
