Lizas pov
-the weekend-
I sit at a booth in Starbucks feeling happy. It's been a week since I've seen David and we agreed to catch up.
I see him walk in, he spots me and sits down across from me.
"Hey," he says smiling politely.
"Hi." I say suddenly I feel really awkward.
"Soo how's school?" He asks.
"It's okay. Everyone seems to know me because of you."
"Oh wow really," he says laughing.
"So what's up with you?" I ask starting to relax a little bit.
"I got a girlfriend," he says. I pause.
"Already? As soon as I go you just get a girlfriend?" I say angrily.
"She's really nice and pretty." He says defensively.
"What about us?!" I say.
"I know I'm sorry Liza it's been hard for me I really liked you but I won't be seeing u as much as I used to and I need something to get you off my mind but you did make me happier and I want to thank you for that and I'll try to catch up,okay?" He says.
"So your using her?" I ask.
"No she's pretty and nice to," he says but he looks uncertain.
I look at him.
"Okay maybe but I don't mean to." He says.
"Promise we can hang out every weekend?" I ask him hopefully.
"Well I need time to vlog, do homework and assignments and hang out with Julia my girlfriend." He says.
"Oh.." I say.
We have small talk for a bit then he has to go.
I walk home feeling lonely.

I walk into my room and sigh. What am I doing using Julia just to try and make me forget about my feelings for Liza?
This isn't gonna work I should just break up with Julia...
