- Ughhh... - I groaned as I woke up from an unplanned snooze. I was down on the floor, but lying on something soft. When I opened my eyes, I saw worried Koneko's face above me and the rest of ORC around me. Wait.... did I just get personal lap pillow... AGAIN?
- W... what happened...? - I asked, groggily and weakly. I tried getting up, only to be pushed down.
- You created an energy ball... And fainted. - Rias said.
- I have a feeling that is not all... - I said.
- Right... - Akeno started - We expected you to create a single element...
- And?
- You created multiple elements in one orb... - Akeno said, still surprised.
- How long was I out?
- One or two minutes... - Koneko said, worried. Dammit, I only keep worrying others about me. I broke from pressure put on my head to keep me down and stood up. After a short while of dizziness, I stood fully and back up, not counting a bit of exhaustion.
- Are we ready to continue the training? - I asked.
- [Y/N]- - Rias started, but I interrupted.
- Are we ready?
- Yes, we are... - she said and sighed.
*time skip*
- Lesson three. - My white-haired girlfriend said to me, keeping me down as some stone would do.
- WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT?! - I yelled, losing air.
- Strength and magic capabilities are one, but it won't matter if you are easily hurt or tired out. You need to learn how to sustain more. - she said and let go of me. - Impressive.
- What? - I asked, surprised.
- You still breathe. And you are still alive.
- Don't tell me you wanted to kill me... - I said, standing up and feeling dizzy. She rushed to my side and helped me up.
- Kill? Why would I? Down is a better word. I wanted you to surrender... Which you did not.
- Surrendering is the last thing to do, at least I think like that.
- And that is nice of you. You never surrender.

I could not sleep... Even I was tired after all of the training, I somehow could not-
- Well, well, well... Scared of incoming battle? - Ddraig said.
- Not really... - I said standing up - I am more worried about my lack of knowledge about our opponent.
- And that is the right concern. You do not fear your opponent, you fear the lack of knowledge. - HE said.
- As one said... If you know yourself and know your enemy well, you will always succeed.
- True - HE replied.
I was walking outta my room, and then down the stairs, when I saw Rias in her nightgown, holding a book and wearing glasses. She gasped a bit when she saw me, possibly in scare.
- [Y-Y/N]? What are you doing that late?
- Can't sleep... Need some fresh air.
- Funny.. - she said, giggling a bit. I gotta admit, it was kinda cute... - I was about to do the same, plus reading about some tactics.
- I kinda need to talk to you. It is about our battle. - I said with confidence.
- Sure. Just... Let's head outside and talk in a better place. Hallways are not a definition of good talking place.
*short timeskip*
We arrived in a small wooden house, close to the lake. Rias sat down on the railing and opened the book, possibly reading it. I was still standing and watching her do her work. But... I came here for answers.
- Tell me [Y/N]... - Rias broke the silence.
- What is it Rias?
- Do you think I am a bad leader?
A moment of silence got up and stayed. It... was a hard decision. She sometimes misplaced her words, was pushing her ideas too much, but overall she was a nice person, caring, friendly and was a good strategist. And of course, on top of that, pretty powerful and good-looking.
- Why do you ask?
- Because... I simply want to know it from you.
- Well... while you lack some abilities...
- Hm?
- You seem to be a good leader... But I wonder...
- Wonder about what? - she asked, looking surprised at me.
- First question... Why do you resist marriage?
- [Y/N]... I am the last heiress of the Gremory family. If I won't get married and continue to grow the family... We will fade away. And... you wonder why I decline the marriage. I.. want to be loved because I am Rias, not because I am Gremory.
- Rias... I care about you not only as a servant but also as a friend! - I said, unsure of my own words.

I then reminded myself all the incidents... Especially the church one. I looked down and my face turned to the one look of sorrow and anger.
- [Y/N]? Are you alright? - Rias asked, walking closer to me.
- Buchou... Why do you keep such a useless person like me in your family...

- When did I tell you are worthless?
- I assumed it... I have less control and ability to create magic... Lacking physical ability to sustain damage and usage of my abilities... And I cannot bring any utility to the team... All of my abilities are focused on me mainly.
- You are not-
- I AM GODDAMN USELESS! I CANNOT EVEN SUSTAIN WALKING UP A MOUNTAIN WITH A BACKPACK OR HELPING MY MASTER UP! I FAILED TO SAVE A PERSON WHICH WAS BETTER THAN ME! - I yelled in sadness and wrath. I fell down to my knees and started crying uncontrollably. I did not notice that Rias came close to me, and she picked my face up, making me look at her.
- You are not useless [Y/N]. Maybe you failed before... - she started - but you are alive. And maybe you cannot do the things you mentioned... - she stopped and pushed my head to her breasts, pressing it against her chest - But you are wrong at one- no, two things.
- W-what is i-it? - I muffled.
- You are not worthless... And you helped me up many times - she said, and I turned my head up. She... was smiling. - So.. I have a request for you.
- Hm?
- Win the fight... If not for me... For him. That's what he would want. Your body and mind are tired and downed... I'll help you. I'll stay with you and Koneko until you fall asleep.
After that, I started crying loud and she pushed me down again.
- Shhh... You are fine now... You are not worthless. You are my servant, my cute, lovable servant. Don't go away....

- Use your Sacred Gear [Y/N]! - Rias ordered. We were standing again in the field where I was training with Kiba. He held his wooden sword at ready, and I summoned the Red Dragon Sacred Gear.
- Boosted... GEAR! - I yelled and red gauntlet with green orb formed around my hand.
- Thank me later for unlocking the full gauntlet form.. - HE said in my head.
- Thanks.. - I murmured.
- Now double your power! - Rias ordered again.
- Boost! - I yelled.
- Again!
- Boost!
- Again!
- Boost! Boost! Boost...!
After twelve times, Rias ordered me to stop.
- The end for now! You see it now? Before summoning a magic orb caused you to faint, now you doubled your power twelve times. Use magic now!
- Fine... - I said, putting my hand up and creating a red orb.
- Kiba! - Rias yelled.
- Got it Buchou! - he responded and charged at me.
- EAT THIS! - I said and punched the orb, creating a MASSIVE ray of energy. Kiba barely dodged to the side... But it went OUTTA FUCKING WOODS AND HIT THE MOUNTAINS AROUND... FIFTY KILOMETERS AWAY!
- WHAT WAS THAT?! - Akeno yelled at us.
- Impressive magic attack. Nearly got me... - Kiba said and his sword broke in many pieces.
- Impossible... That I wield that much power... - I said and fainted. Goddammit Author, not again...
- [Y/N]! - Asia rushed to my side and started healing me.
- Told ya you are not worthless [Y/N]. - Rias said - you are our key asset on the fight. Not to mention, you can quickly adapt to the situation on the battlefield with your nanosuit, but dunno how should we call your equipment-in-the-air-make ability.
- A plain name like Armory would be plain.
- How about... Nanocraft? - Koneko suggested bluntly.
- Mixing nanosuit and craft... Maybe... - I thought for a second. Yup, that name was the best.
- And [Y/N]... I want to test that suit. In a fight... All against you.
- WHAT?! - I yelled.
