Maya's POV:
I pick up a piece of broken glass. It looks like a beer bottle, well, part of one. Glass keeps shattering all around us. Farkle, Riley, Zay, Isadora, and Lucas are running. Lucas looks back at me. "Come on!" he screams. I can't put them in any more danger. "Go!" I scream at them. Lucas runs towards me and takes my hand.
I take my hand away from his. Our other friends have stopped running and are watching us. "I need to know who is sending the messages." I tell him. "It's not worth it." He says. I smile and kiss him. We release. I give him one last smile and start running towards whoever is throwing glass.
