JIYEON'S POV
We are now here in our classroom to attend or songwriting class with our terror teacher Seo Inyoung.
She's very strict and very scary too.
I don't like her.
Not because she's strict and scary but because she thinks she's prettier than me.
She doesn't look bad at all and she's only 9 years older than me but it annoys me when she have to flip her hair every time.
I mean if she don't like her hair going into her face every time why don't she tie them or maybe just remove them so that they won't bother her.
Areum and IU are reviewing their notes while I'm just sitting here comfortably in my sit.
"Hey why are you not studying Jiyeonnie?" Areumie face me and ask.
"Areumie that's not the question. We know Park Jiyeon wasn't made for studying." Said IU
"Yeah. But Jiyeonnie what if seonsaengnim ask you question what will you answer?" Areum worriedly ask.
"Areumie don't worry coz I'm beautiful" I said.
They look at me while frowning.
"You always use that as an excuse" IU said.
"You can't tell seonsaengnim you're beautiful when she ask you about the elements of the song"
"Just study ok. It's not like seonsaengnim is expecting any answers from me anyway" i said and they go back to studying.
A few minutes later the teacher arrives while flipping her hair.
"Good morning. I believe you have something with you today since I already give you the topic yesterday and it's about Song Elements. Could someone give me those elements" she said while flipping her hair a few times.
"Yes Suzy" she called my sister.
I forgot to tell you we are on the same class.
"Melody, Chords and Lyrics. Well melody is the notes we are singing. Chords are the notes for instruments playing and lyrics are words we are singing"
"Very good Suzy." She said not forgetting to flip her hair.
I find the lesson very boring so I decided to sleep.
Before I completely go to dream land I feel someone kicks my feet under the table.
I then look who is it and its IU.
I can see that all eyes are on me and Areumie is motioning me to look at the front.
Uh-oh I'm dead.
"Ms. Park do you find my class boring?" She asks while flipping her hair.
What to do?
I need my brain cells to work this time.
"No, of course not it's just that seonsaengnim's voice is like a melody and the words you say are the lyrics and the sounds created by the surroundings complement with each other and it's like a music to the ears that could even take me to sleep" i explained
"Is that so? Well, I can't blame you if you find my voice really pleasing. But please don't sleep in my class. Arasso" she said it while of course you know it already.
Then finally our class ended we have a one hour vacant time before the next class.
We sit her on the bench.
"Wow Jiyeon I thought you didn't study?" Areum said
"You even use the elements definition as an excuse" IU
"Well I really don't study. Actually that's just my own definition for the word boring" I said while eating my favorite ice cream vanilla flavor.
" Jinja? but you actually get the definitions right anyway". Areum ask.
"Areumie Jiyeon might be lacking in talents but she's actually kinda smart if her brain is functioning properly" IU explained while strumming her.
"Girls don't make those things a big deal. I just said those to make her stay away from me. Her hair flipping is actually killing me" i said
IU then just shrugged and continues playing her guitar.
"IU-ah, something's wrong with your guitar." I said
"Huh?" She then checks her guitar.
"There's nothing wrong in here Jiyeonnie" she said.
"I don't know. The sixth string sounds strange. "i just said
"Huh you're the one who's strange. How are you supposed to know the sound of the sixth string when I was strumming all of the six strings?"
I just shrug and continue with my ice cream.
She continues playing it and Areum is singing with her.
IU plays guitar very well and I always find it amazing but not this time her music is kinda different right now it sounds like-
"Oh it's time for the next class let's go now. Palli" they both said.
We headed now to our next class music class.
Here we played I'm not really interested into any of them.
"Jiyeon-ah what instrument will you play right now?" My friends ask.
IU of course uses her guitar while Areum choose to play piano.
"I don't know maybe I could play this" i told them while showing them the triangle.
"It's easy to play and I don't really have to exert too much effort" i said while hitting the triangle while they both look at me with an unbelievable look.
"Why the hell on earth of all these instruments would you choose that?" IU asks.
"Oh it's because I'm beautiful" Then they gave me a sigh
What's actually their problem with this poor triangle?
AREUM'S POV
We are here now in the music room well of course for the music class.
I really find it hard to believe that Jiyeon would choose to play a triangle.
You wouldn't even need a teacher for that even if a one year old kid could play that.
Sometimes I think that she just do all this class for fun and she's not taking anything seriously.
She then looks at her phone.
"I'm going out for a while" she excuses herself.
Before we could ask where is she going she's already gone.
"Where would she go? Its 5 minutes before the class starts. "I ask.
"I don't know. Maybe the comfort room" IU replied without even looking at me.
"I'll follow her" i said and go to follow Jiyeon
I just worry that she forgets the time and got scolded afterwards.
Now where is she?
Maybe she really headed to the comfort room.
On my way to the comfort room I saw her talking to someone on the hallway.
There is no students in here at this time just me Jiyeon and that someone she's talking to.
I decided to come closer.
"Thats it?"
"Yeah"
I heard them say
It's Suzy.
Seriously we share the same class why do they have to talk in here.
"Areum-ah since when are you there?" Suzy ask when she notices me.
"Areumie what are you doing here?" Jiyeon ask me this time.
"I just arrive. I was following you actually since you always forget about time" i explained.
"Oh is that so? Let's go back then before were really late." Jiyeon said then drag me to the classroom.
"Jiyeon-ah I thought you don't like your sister? Then why are you talking to her?" I curiously ask when we get back to the room
"It was nothing important really. It's just home stuffs." She explained.
*ting*
Sound of IU's guitar string which got broke.
"Hey what's wrong?"
"My sixth string got broke IU" she said.
"I'll just go to my locker and get the new string. If the teacher arrives you girls cover for me Ok?" She said then leaves
IU's sixth string got broke.
I suddenly remembered something.
Hmm.
Then Jiyeon tap my shoulder.
"Don't day dream you look stupid. You heard what IU said if she didn't make it somebody has to cover for her. You do it since I don't plan to talk to the teacher." she said
"Jiyeonnie do you know how to play any musical" i ask
"What kind of question is that Areumie? Of course I do coz I'm so beautiful. I play this triangle now see?" She said while hitting the triangle.
Oh seriously.
HYOMIN'S POV
I'm here now in our own practice room. Yes, our own because the seniors with high ranks could have their own practice room and luckily we are one of those high ranks
"Hyomin-ah I heard that you will be dancing with juniors later in their dance class" Eunjung said
"Yeah I was actually kind of preparing now"
"Good luck to you Minnie fighting" the members said.
I then go to the junior's dance classroom.
JIYEON'S POV
We are now changing our for the dance class.
"I heard T-ara Park Hyomin will be joining us in our dance class today"
"Really that was exciting"
I heard my classmates talking about it.
"Oh I hate dance class as I'm really not that good in dancing but since Park Hyomin is attending I was actually excited for the first time" IU happily said
If it's my Jungie who will come maybe I'll be hyperventilating right now.
"Jiyeonnie aren't you excited?" Areum then ask me.
"I don't like to dance" I just say
"But come to think of it if you meet Park Hyomin there's also a huge chance that you will meet Ham Eunjung since they are best friends." IU explains.
"Well I guess I just let everything go with the flow"
I said then we go now to the dance room.
"OK class today we are going to have Park Hyomin with us" our teacher Park Kahi announce.
"Annyeong haseyo" Hyomin happily greeted everyone.
"Annyeong haseyo Hyomin sunbae" we greeted back.
"So before we start I want to individually show us your moves so that I will know how can I help you" she said.
