My birthday is on Saturday (Jan 7th) and I got inspired to write again! Enjoy! Happy Birthday January babies!!
You woke up to a beautiful morning. Snow on the ground sparking as the sun shined down.
You take a deep breath.
You get ready for the day and go into the kitchen. You see roses and a cup of your favorite coffee. "Morning sweetie. Enjoy!"
"Thanks Mom!" You say happily.
"The roses were delivered this morning." Your Mom said as she sat on the couch. "Happy Birthday sweetie."
You smile and see a note with the flowers. "Meet me downtown tonight for dinner. 6pm."
It wasn't signed by anyone. "Mom? Can I go out tonight?" You ask.
"Sure." She replies.
You smile and drink your coffee and check Facebook and Twitter.
Later you put on a little black dress and got all fancy.
You go and find a car waiting for you.
You smile. Robbie Kay leans on the car waiting for you. "Ready?"
"For what?!" You say excited.
"For your birthday dinner!"
Robbie smiles his charming smile at you.
You nod. "I'm ready."
"Wow.. you're Robbie Kay!" You laugh as you watch him drive.
"I am." He smiled.
You relax as you drive to Downtown.
You walk around and find a place to eat.
It was cute and cozy inside. The sun was setting.
You smile as the smell of grilled sandwiches fill the air around you.
You sit by a window with Robbie in front of you.
"I can't believe I'm having dinner with Robbie Kay on my birthday!" You say.
"Life's funny that way." Robbie laughed. His laugh was so great.
"Order whatever you want." Robbie said as you both looked at a menu.
"I really want a grilled cheese with tomato and the white cheddar mac and cheese." You say.
Robbie smiled. "That sounds amazing!"
"With Coke." You both say at the same time.
Robbie blushed. "Anything for the Birthday girl."
You both ordered and enjoyed the food.
"Robbie, you're so real, it's hard to remember you're famous." You say.
Robbie nodded. "Thank you. I don't ever feel famous, I try to keep my life as normal as possible."
"You get to be whoever you want. It's amazing. I don't even know who I wanna be yet. I'm working on it but, I'm lost." You say.
"You're a lost girl." Robbie says smiling.
"Yeah, know when you're taking me to Neverland cause you're really late." You chuckle.
"Come with me." Robbie said. His eyes sparkled.
You give him a look.
"Trust me.." he reached out his hand.
You take it.
Robbie took you to a park near by. It was beautiful and green. It began to rain.
You were surrounded by tall trees.
Robbie faces you. "Tonight was amazing. I felt, something with you."
You look into his eyes.
"I feel comfortable with you..I really like you."
He smirked.
He leans in and kisses you.
A soft, sweet, genuine kiss.
Your stomach had butterflies. You hug him as you kiss.
As you slowly pull away he touches your cheek.
"Happy Birthday."
"Happy indeed." You say.
