Daya P.O.V.:
After a love filled night, I woke up to the sound of the chirping birds. Pari was sleeping on my bare chest while I had my arm around her. I took my phone from the side table and checked my mail. I heard Pari wish me "Good morning Mr.Husband."
I wished her back "Good morning Mrs.Wife. Looking at your face early in the morning makes my day wonderful." She blushed.
I pull her closer and say "Aaj to mujhe uthne ka man hi nahi kar raha.(Today, I don't even feel like getting up.)"
Pari asks "Acha. Aur wo kyun ? (Why so ?)"
I answer "Now that I have such a beautiful wife beside me, why would I want to get up ?"
She says "I'm sorry Mr.Vadhera but I hope you remember that we need to leave tomorrow that means we need pack today and I need to unpack too. So, we cannot stay like this the whole day."
I say "Ugh. I hate this. We've been travelling so much. I want some rest."
She says " Nandu, shall I tell you something."
I say "Please do darling."
She says "You know, I kind of love sleeping with my head on your chest."
I tease her "Chest or bare chest ?"
She blushes and says "Umm..the latter.."
I say "You know, I love this bold side of you."
She teases "Now that I have Mr.Bold here beside me, then I'm Mrs.Bold."
I pull her closer and say "No matter how confident or bold you are, when you come near me, you're shy, you blush, your heart beats fast, there are butterflies in your stomach and your knees fall weak. Don't they ?"
She blushes and says "Umm.."
I say "Don't deny it."
She says "Fine. Yeah. All that does happen." I peck her lips.
She says "Now let's get up. There's so much we need to do."
I let go off her and she asks "Can you please ask someone to bring my luggage up ?. I need to unpack."
I reply "Yeah. I'll get that done by the time you come out after taking your bath."
She goes to take bath. I call the staff and ask them to bring the luggage from my car's boot. The luggage arrived by the time Anshi came out from her bath. She says "Here comes my luggage. Nandu, you take your bath and I'll get the breakfast ready."
I interrupt her "Uhuh. You aren't doing anything. Manu kaka will get the breakfast ready. You start unpacking and no arguments."
She rolled her eyes and said "Fine." I went in to shower.
I came back into the room with my towel tied around my waist. I called out for Anshi and she turned back to look at me and instantly turned her back to me. She exclaims "Chee Nandu. You know you should come out wearing some bottoms."
Time to tease her. I say "Why are you acting like you didn't see anything. You saw everything right. You know, yesterday and day before yesterday night."
She screams "Chee Daya. You're so shameless. Can you actually shut up."
I say "No. I can't shut up and I told you I like being shameless around you."
She slaps her forehead and says "Nandu, just go and wear something."
I say "Why don't you give me something to."
She sighs and says "Fine. Wait here."
She goes to the wardrobe to pick my clothes and I go and hug her from the back. She says "Nandu, not now please. We've got so much to do. Maa asked us to come to Vadhera Mansion for dinner and we're going to stay there tonight and all of us are going to start our journey from there."
I say "Okay fine." I peck her lips and let go off her.
She turns back, pecks my lips, gives me my clothes and says "I love you."
I say "I love you too." Pari started dragging all the luggage into the closet while I wore my clothes. We had our breakfast after that.
I tell her "Anshi, why don't you start packing. I'll join you in a while. I've got some office work to do."
She says "Yeah go. I'll do that."
I inform her "By the way, intercoms can also be used to call room to room. The numbers of each room are mentioned in the phone."
She says "Okay. I'll call you when I need your help"
I say "And, I'll call Radha kaki up to help you."
She nods.
I say "And-"
She cuts me off saying "Enough Nandu. You're not going miles away. You're just a floor away."
I smile and say "Okay bye."
She bids a bye too. I go and start working in the office room. There's so much to do. I missed a week for wedding. Now, I'm missing another week. Then I've got a month planned for our honeymoon. While thinking about the work, I got a call from Rajat. I picked it up.
Rajat spoke "Hey Daya ! What's with you doing work ? I've got some work regarding mail from you."
I say "Yup. I'm completing the pending works. There's so much to do."
He says "Dude, I almost completed all your work. Stop stressing out."
I ask "Why did you do it ? I would have done it. That was my work. You'll be stressed. You're doing both mine and yours. Over that, you're going to the office as well."
He says "Daya, you've done the same when I was busy in my wedding and honeymoon. You've handled my work. Moreover, when did all these formalities come up ? We are best friends aren't we. Chill. You concentrate on your honeymoon now. I'll take of the work. Bye." I too bid a bye and put the call down.
I started looking out for honeymoon locations. I've got 2-3 decided. I was looking if there are better locations and checking all the progress of the decided places. Almost after an hour, I got a on the intercom. I picked it up and heard Pari say "Nandu, I need to show you something. Come fast." She put the call down even before I said anything.
I went down to the closet and Pari was hiding something behind her. I ask her "What are you hiding ?"
She orders me "Close your eyes Nandu."
I say "That isn't the answer to my question."
She says "Close your eyes no." I close my eyes."
She says "Now open." I opened my eyes to see what it was and she showed me a blazer.
I say "A blazer ? Wait, I've seen thus blazer. Oh damn. My favorite blazer. I've been looking for this since more than a year. How do you have it ?"
She answers "Remember, the first day we met, I felt cold and you gave it to me. That night, I came to your room to give it but you slept, so I went back with the blazer. While I was packing my clothes in Indore, I noticed this in the wardrobe. And here it is."
I side hugged her and said "So, my favourite was with my wife." I pecked her cheek and thanked her. She smiled.
I sat on the platform there beside the bag filled with clothes and said "Let me see what you've packed so far."
I started exploring through the outfits. "Saree, saree, saree, saree and saree ? Pari, are you out of your mind ? All sarees ? Where are the other outfits ? Dresses, jeans etc."
She says "I'm not carrying them. I'm carrying sarees and night suits. And you told me Saree suits me the best."
I say " Yeah. That doesn't mean that you wear sarees most of the time. I want you to stay the same like before. I want you to go with your modern outfits. I don't want you to change."
She puts her arms around my neck and says "You were right Nandu. Priorities do change after marriage. My priorities are your favorites now."
I say "No Anshi. Sarees might be my favorite but I don't want to see you in them always. It'll become habitual. I want to see the different shades of Mrs.Vadhera."
She gives up "Fine, I'll pack other outfits too. What shall I pack for you. ?"
I got a call from Rajat and I tell Pari "Anything you like. I need to take this call."
I picked up the call and Rajat says "Daya, you and Shreya are on the newspaper."
I exclaim "What ? For what ?"
He says "Check for yourself. Today's newspaper." He puts the call down. I call one of the staff and ask them to bring the newspaper.
Pari asks "What is it ?"
I reply "We're on the newspaper. I don't know for what."
They bring the newspaper and I stream through pages for the article. Pari read out the headlines "Hooked up Eligible bachelor and Bachelorette."
We looked at each other and laughed. Pari read out the article "There's a bad news for all those who tried to woo the Eligible bachelor Mr. Dayanand Vadhera and Eligible Bachelorette Ms. Shreya Malhotra who now is Mrs. Shreya Vadhera. The two of them tied a knot on 18th January. They had a royal wedding. I'm sure a lot of girls and boys are jealous of Mrs. Shreya Vadhera and Mr. Dayanand Vadhera respectively. We wish the both a happy married life." We both laughed at the article.
Pari says "I made the women jealous. Yay."
I say "I always make the other men jealous."
Pari says "Yeah. Back to packing now. Acha, tell me something about where we're going right."
I tell her "Umm. We're going to Khateghar. Khateghar is a beautiful small village. Dada ji is one of the elders there. He is respected a lot. One message that there's a problem in the village and he rushes there. While travelling to Khateghar, the scenery is very beautiful. I haven't gone there since 2 years. Every year in January, a huge Mela is held. A lot of things happen during the Mela. It's a total festival for 5 days. The first day is day after tomorrow. We went to the Mela every year from our childhood except for the last three years 'cause everyone got busy and yeah Dada ji has an enemy there."
Pari asks "Enemy ? Why ? I mean he's so sweet. Who would be his enemy."
I reply "That's the problem. There is one Anshi. He wants to build some factories there. If those factories are built, the life of the village will be ruined. It will effect air, water , soil and everything. Dada ji is opposing this. So, that's about Dada Jo's enmity."
She says "There we go. A person who wants adverse effects." While talking, we complete her packing.
I say "Chalo, atleast your packing is over. We'll have lunch and then do mine. I've never done my packing. It's always Bhabhi, Purvi or Maa. The same with Dushu. God knows how he's surviving there. No one's there to help him. Purvi will be busy in her's and Rajat's. Bhabhi will also be busy. She'll be there by the night. Mom is busy getting everything arranged for the Pooja there."
"Nandu, let's go there as soon as your packing is done. I'll do his packing. Now that I'm his Bhabhi too, it's my responsibility." She suggests. I agree and we go down to have our lunch.
After having our lunch, we get back to our packing. We talked as we did our packing and then left to the Vadhera Mansion.
Mom welcomed us in saying "You guys here so early ? I thought you'd come here for dinner."
Pari says "Yeah Maa. We changed our plan. Nandu told me Dushu would have trouble packing his luggage so I thought I'd do it for him."
Mom says "Thank God Shreya. He's been pestering me since morning. Purvi is very busy with her's and Rajat's packing. It's the first time she's doing Rajat's packing and both if them are getting fussy. Adi is being very cranky and Tarika couldn't do any packing because of that and she's sending Adi here now so that she can do her packing as Abhijeet is stuck in his office with some new investigation. I thought I'd do the packing now but I need to take care of Adi. I thought I'll call you but you guys just shifted so, you guys will take time."
I say "Mom, you rest. I'll take care of Adi and Shreya will do Dushu's packing."
Mom says "Thank you sweethearts."
We heard Adi shouting "Dadi I'm here." He goes and hugs Mom. He then notices me and Anshi.
He jumps into Pari's arms, kisses her cheek and says "Hi chachi."
I say "Now that your chachi has come, you forgot me ?"
He hops into my arms and kisses my cheek and says "No, I'm still chachu's champ."
Dushu came in from the back and says "Thank God bhabhi. You're here. Can you please do my packing. I can't do anything related to packing. Pretty please."
Anshi says "That's the reason I came early. Come, let's go." She walks ahead turns back and bids a bye and mouths a 'I love you'. I mouth back one.
By 9:30, everyone were home and everyone was done with their packing too. We all sat down for our dinner. Bhaiyya asks "So, when shall we leave tomorrow morning. It's a 6 hour journey."
Bhabhi says "I don't want to travel after sunset. So, let's start here such that we reach there by the evening. We can show everyone around too. Priyanka, Divya and the others have never been there. And from day after tomorrow, we'll all be busy with the Mela and Pooja."
I say "Then, we'll start by 7 We'll approximately be there by 3. We need to take into consideration the number of times the girls will stop the bus for clicking pictures."
Priyanka says "Haawww.. Daya, you mean we delay things."
Divya says "This isn't good Daya."
Rakesh says "To be frank, you girls do delay a lot of things." Yeah. Rakesh and Muskaan are there and they are coming with us tomorrow.
Dushu says "Yeah. You girls take so much time for your makeup and girly girly stuff." We laugh.
Purvi opposes "What do you mean huh ? You take like an hour to bath."
Dushu counters "You take like more than 2 hours. Rajat Jiju, how do you manage ?"
Rajat puts a sad face and says "There's nothing I can do about that." He receives a punch from Purvi.
Pari says "We girls don't take a lot of time. Considering how fussy you boys are, we take very less time. We girls need to do your packing, give you clothes after you come put from bath and the list goes on."
I protest "So, you mean to say I'm fussy."
She says "Yes. You are fussy."
Bhaiyya says "Welcome to our world Daya. Just been married for 4 days and you're already termed as fussy."
I say "Thanks for the welcoming but no thanks. I'm not in your world yet Bhaiyya. I'm not termed as fussy, I am fussy. After all, around who else can I be fussy except my wife."
Dad says "See, I told you, this fellow is over Abhijeet. Again, flirting with Shreya."
I exclaim "Dad !!" Everyone laugh. Once we were done with our dinner, we all went up to our rooms and hit the beds. Me and Pari slept soon after we laid on the bed as we were tired.

2500+ words. Here's the update, though I told you I won't update. Next is the journey and their trip is going to be super super fun. I've got so much planned for them. I doubt if I'll update tomorrow. Will be busy this weekend. Wish me luck guys. I have my science exam tomorrow.
