Patrick is my oc (me) and i keep using him sometimes he used to be the star of (Rwby : the darkness) but i decide to make it in a male reader so more people could enjoy it but now i come in this.
(Y/o) = your outfit
You sat with your team at your own table in a cafetaria. Your team was named p(..)an the strangest but the most powerfull team of beacon never been beating and having the strongest members there were but you just loved hanging out with them.
Patrick was the leader choosen for his quick reaction time and skills in battle. He was the strongest and the best fighter and his semblance give him many power and skills that always came usefull. He had brown messy hair, red eyes scaring everybody and wore a black outfit (simeliar to assassins creed) with a belt for his weapons and a hood . He carried a skull great sword on his back and two handguns on his belt together with a few grenades.
You were kinda the second in command and you were a great fighter and support. Your semblance let you enchant yours or others weapons to give them boost in element damage. You wore (y/o) and used dual one-handed swords that you could enchant if you needed too and you could chance them in dual shotguns.
Neo was the safer who got people out of danger and protected them with her umbrella. Even if she was a mute she was nice company but never mess with her icecream. She left the white fang with Arashi akuma. And joined beacon to make up for her crimes in the past with her crush.
Arashi akuma a.k.a (storm devil) was more or less the guy who got them the stuff they needed with his semblance (imanginition becomes reality) he was a wolf faunus with long finger nails teeth and a tail.
He wore a black t-shirt with a symbol on the chest black and purple jacket jeans and black,white and purple shoes. He wore a lot of matching skull accessories that matched with his mask he always wore with voice modifier. He used two scythe's connected by a chain and a hidden blade infused with dust on his wrist.
Arashi : i just did what was right.
Neo using the scroll : (yeah but you got us all in trouble)
Arashi : i know they are bullying velvet and i won't let it happend okay.
Patrick : we understand but you did blow up a wall.
Arashi : yeah sorry about that
You weren't really listening to the conversation and kept too yourself like Patrick who wasn't much of a social person but you were just busy staring at Ruby rose leader of team Rwby and your crush.
You met her when you found her walking alone on the first day and introduced yourself and you two became very fast friends. You lover her personality and even sometimes maked her cookies just to see her smile.
Patrick : you better stop before she catch you staring.
You blushed and looked at your leader seeing him with his eyes closed but how did he know it ?
(Y/n) : how ?
Patrick : simple look above you
You looked up and saw a darkling (one of his powers is to summon demons like this who can only live in the dark and he could also look through there eyes and hear what they hear) it chuckled and kept watching around him.
Patrick : you don't have to be embarrassed she has been doing the same thing.
(Y/n) : really !?!
Arashi : yeah and not only here but she did the same in class.
You blushed and looked down not able to look at thirr faces wearing a smirk (while you thought Arashi wore a smirk under the mask.)
Neo : (you know that if you don't act soon you may never get the chance again)
(Y/n) : (sigh) yeah i know but it just im scared that she rejects me.
Patrick : i know how you feel, but staring at her everyday ain't gonna solve anything.
You sighned and nodded your head trying to get the attention away from yourself by asking Patrick how he and Yang were doing.
Patrick : me and Yang ? Im not sure she flirts with me, but if you ask me its just playfull flirting.
Neo : (im pretty sure what she does with you is different )
Patrick : maybe i think about asking her out soon but for now i better wait for a while.
Arashi : you better do it soon or....
Velvet yelled 'ow' when Cardin pulled her ear laughing with his friends. He may stopped bullying jaune but Velvet he didn't leave alone. Arashi eyes turned black and he stood up walked up to Cardin leaving the other shaking their heads.
Patrick : come on we gotta help him.
Cardin smirked and pulled harder almost making Velvet cry and others watch with pity until he was spun around and lifted by the neck up to look down at Arashi.
Cardin : again ? Why don't you freak stay away like you should ?
Arashi : im gonna make you eat those words.
Sky : oh yeah ?
He swinged his axe but got double kicked into a table by Patrick wielding his great sword.
Patrick : we are gonna get in so much trouble again.
(Y/n) : (takes swords out) you care ?
Patrick : no
The other two grabbed their own weapons and Cardin team did the same.
Weiss : GUYS STOP THIS !!
Nora : FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
everybody : FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
Yang : SHOW THEN NOT TO MESS WITH PA(..)N !!
Jaune : YEAH
You took Russel on by locking blades and pushing him away while Neo took dove and Patrick foughh Sky leaving Arashi with Cardin.
You kept attacking Russel but he kept blocking and then tossed both his daggera but you deflected them back and he caught them in midair and brought them down but you rolled out the way and slashed him in the back following with kicking his feet out of under him and kicking him in a wall while he was midair.
You enchanted your swords with ice and shot two beams at him but Russel jumped over them and came close but you ducked under his arm and hit his leg freezing him stuck.
Patrick kept walking back from Sky reach but then Patrick tossed sword at Sky and hit Sky with the sword hilt staggering him and Patrick caught the blade slashing Sky across the chest.
Sky started spinning but Patrick jumped over the axe and kicked Sky in the head sending him on the floor and then Patdick send a energy wave with his sword at Sky blasting him across the cafetaria.
Neo just played with dove dodging his sword and turning in glass to tap him on the shoulder from behind and then kept going on.
She got bored and smacked him across the face with her umbrella then smacked him on the head and took his sword from him tossing it in a wall. Dove jumped at her but she again just shattered and hit him in the back of the head.
Arashi : im gonna make you suffer for hurting Velvet
Cardin : ain't that sweet the love OF TWO FREAKS
Arashi : No but im sick of your bullying
He tossed one of his scythe but Cardin dodged and grabbed the chain knowing his tactic and pulled Arashi to him and smacked him in a wall but Arashi shook it off. He tossed his scythe at Cardin legs but Cardin stepped on it and smirked but Arashi had him extacly like he wanted too.
He pulled the scythe back making Cardin lose balance and then kept swinging his scythe's at him cutting him for each angle.
He then pulled Cardin closer and spinned cutting Cardin aura away and then spin kicked him in the head.
Goodwitch walked in looking at the damage and the students cheering on the fight.
Goodwitch : EVERYBODY TO THERE DORM EXPECT PA(..)N AND CDRL !!!
Everybody left and there friends gave them a 'good luck' look and Ruby gave you a thumbs up making you smile and left with her team.
Goodwitch : what was going on here ?!
Patrick : they were bullying Velvet so we took care of it.
Goodwitch : by fighting ?
Patrick : ain't that you teach us here. To fight for a good sake ?
Goodwitch : i-i
Neo : (oooo burn)
Goodwitch : enough !! You get a warning for protecting somebody but if this happend again you all get kicked out of beacon.
You guys smirked and walked to your dorm not really caring.
Patrick : that was fun but next time we wait for a training exercise and blame it on the grim.
(Y/n) : done
The other two chuckled and you reached your room but you got greeted by Rwby and Velvet.
Ruby : did you get in trouble ?
(Y/n) : no but next time we get kicked out.
Velvet : im so sorry that you guys had to stick up for me and got in trouble for it.
Arashi : don't be, we choose to fight and we don't care if we get in trouble for it.
Velvet : well thank you guys i appreciate it.
She kissed Arashi on the side of his mask and walked away feeling Neo jealous eyes burning in her back.
Yang : well it was pretty cool of all of you.
Blake : its good to know they are people who care about faunus.
Ruby : yeah you guys are like superheroes !
You blushed seeing her look at you if you were a hero and looked the other way.
Patrick : well thank guys but we just did what would have happend eventually.
Yang : no ! nobody dared because they would get judged, but you guys don't care about it and care about somebody else well being. That is pretty nice and cool.
She came pretty close to Patrick backing him against a wall with a flirty look. You had to try very hard not to laugh at the sight of your brave leader being pushed against a wall while his face turned a bit red. You decide to safe him and opended the door.
(Y/n) : well guys thanks for the support but we gotta make some homework.
Weiss : yeah so do we come on.
Ruby : okay bye (y/n) and Yang let Patrick go.
Yang : okay fine
She backed off and followed her team back to there dorm so you could walk inside with your team.
(Y/n) : never thought i would see our fearless leader back against a wall scared by a girl.
He growled and turned of the light so he could summon his serpents who looked at you with bright yellow eyes in the dark.
(Y/n) : (gulp) i-i-m sorry-y
He smirked and sent them away and jumped on the bed.
Neo : (you know (y/n) Ruby only said bye to you and kept her gaze on you)
(Y/n) : (blushed) that doesn't mean anything.
Arashi : keep telling yourself that
You rolled your eyes and just jumped on your own bed closing your eyes dreaming how dating with Ruby would be. You dreamt the two of you were fighting grim together while others cheered on the side line calling the two of you the power couple.
The next day
Your team was walking around the docks seeing the decorations the people and smelling the smell of fish.
Patrick : why are we here again ?
(Y/n) : we can't only go outside to kill grim or if its neccenary. You have to go outside sometimes Patrick.
Patrick : im just not much of a outside person if not needed.
(Y/n) : we get that, but come on i want too see the city with my complete team.
Arashi : he heard that Ruby went here and hoped to find her.
You blushed while others laughed friendly at you and walked on to look at the boat carrying other students to join the festival.
Patrick : i really hope they know how to fight or else this is gonna be boring.
Neo : (yeah but im sure there would be somebody who can take care of himself)
Arashi : there better be or else...
Neo : (calm down and get me some icecream)
Before he could protest she already dragged him by the arm to a icecream shop.
(Y/n) : how does he effort her ?
Patrick : he sometimes borrows some money from me.
The two of you walked on knowing that Neo would't be out for a hour so went on with your tour over the docks. You two ended just watching the boats coming in and the people going on with there day or working on with the festival.
(Y/n) : i love this day of the year.
Patrick : yeah me too 'good food' 'nice weather' and people coming in to fight with it..... This reminds me of christmas.
(Y/n) : yeah christmas with your family is amazing.
You walked past a cookie shop and decide to buy some cookie's for Ruby.
Patrick : how you afford Ruby ?
(Y/n) : shut up
He chuckled and waited outside while you got some cookies looking at the ocean.
Patrick : hmm why do i have this feeling things are about to go down ? (Shrugs)
He smirked and got a idea so he texted Yang to ask where they were.

Patrick : hey Yang you guys are by the docks right ? Well so are we.
Yang : cool where are you guys ?
Patrick : just tell Ruby (y/n) is buying cookies for her and she tracks us down like a blood dog.

He smirked and putted the scroll away just when you walked out.
(Y/n) : got them.
Ruby : cookies !
(Y/n) : Ruby ? Agh !!!
She used her superspeed and tackled you to the ground and in a second she sat on your chest eating the cookies getting weird glances from the people around you.
Patrick : thats a new record Ruby 5 seconds.
Weiss : how ? How did she manage to track you down just by hearing (y/n) has cookies ?
Yang : its Ruby ! if she wants it she gets it.
They got Ruby off you and Together the six of you walked around the docks heading to the ship carrying more students and Weiss wanted to see what they could do to get the upperhand.
Weiss : i've heard that the students from vacuo will be arriving by ship today. And as a representative from beacon i....
Patrick : you just wanna see what you have to face.
Weiss : you can't proof that.
He shook his head and walked on with the rest following but Ruby spotted a robbed and destroyed dust shop.
Ruby : whoa
(Y/n) : and again a robbery.
Patrick : that is the second one this week.
Blake : lets check it out.
Patrick : whats there to check out ? they were robbed and most likely by the white fang.
Weiss : hmmpf the white fang... What a awful group of degenerates
Blake : whats your problem ?
Weiss : my problem ? I simply just don't card about the crimaly insane.
Blake : the white fang is hardly a bunch of pshygopathes. They're are a collection of misguided faunus.
Weiss : misguided ? They want to wipe humanity of the face of the planet !
Blake : so then they are 'very' misguided. Either way it doesn't explain why they would rob a dust shop in the middle of downtown vale.
Ruby : hhmm blake got a point. Besides the police never caught that torchwick guy i ran to a few months ago.
(Y/n) : thats not strange he is clever.
Ruby : maybe it was him.
Weiss : that still doesn't chance the fact that the white-fang are nothing else then a bunch of scum. Those faunus only know how to 'lie' 'cheat' and steal.
Yang : thats not neccenary true.
Patrick thought : really Yang ? Thats your answer ?

Patrick thought : that must be fate.
A monkey faunus jumped down from the boat got the cops after him and runned past your group while winking at Blake. Patrick smirked and reached for his gun but Yang grabbed his arm before he made contact.
Yang : you can't just shoot him.
Patrick : you're no fun.
Weiss : quick follow him so we can observe him !!
The girls runned after the guy while you two guys just looked at each other 'shrugged' and followed them.
But the girls stopped when Weiss runned in a strange girl with Orange hair.
Weiss : no he got away !
Yang : uuhhhh Weiss
Patrick : you could atleast buy dinner for her first.
Yang and Ruby burst in laughter while you just laughed behind your hand so you would't be rude.
Penny : salutations.
Ruby : um... Hello
Yang : are you... Okay ?
Penny : im wonderfull thank you for asking.
The girls just shared a look and looked back at her.
Yang : do you wanna... get up ?
Penny :.... Yes
She jumped up and the girls took a step back while you and Patrick kept standing where you stood.
Penny : my name is Penny its a pleasure to meet you !!
Ruby : hi Penny i'm Ruby

The girls left carrying you two with them away from Penny.

They walked into Penny

You slowy lay your hands on the hilt of your swords

Ruby looked past Penny seeing everybody shake there head or hands cleary saying no.

Everybody eyes turned white and they fell on the floor.

Ruby took place by her side and they high fived without looking.

She followed Blake and started a argument with her about the white-fang and faunus while the other just watched looking shocked confused and uncomvertable. (Expect Patrick who lay on his knee thanks to the pressure Yang was doing on his hand)
Yang : i think we should probably go.
Patrick :(in pain) yeah those two can probable fight for hours. It ain't a smart thing to say what Weiss say'd to a faunus.
Ruby : no it ain't but i wonder why Blake cares so much.
Patrick : (still in pain) because she is a faunus.
Yang : wait what !?!
(Y/n) : wait... You guys did't know that ?
Penny : even i could see that ?

Patrick : sure but before we go, could we go to a hospital ?
Yang : i did't pinch that hard.
Patrick : you have the streng to punch a wall to pieces in a single punch !!

The four of you walked to the burgerking without penny who randomly disepeared and took a seat outside lucky that it was by the docks so all of you could look over the sea.
Ruby : this a beautiful view.
Yang : yeah reminds me of home.
Patrick : it remind me of the time my father took me with his hoat to sea..... It was awfull he got in a fight with a shark after cathing a fish.
The others laughed and then Yang and Patrick got the food to leave you and Ruby alone for some privacy. You two sat alone for a few minutes until Ruby broke it feeling nervous.
Ruby : ssssoooooo thanks for the cookies from a hour ago.
(Y/n) : oh its fine... really
Ruby : say (y/n) why do you always buy me cookies and stare at me ?
(Y/n) : oh umm well you see i-i-i
Yang : were back !
She dropped the foot on the table with Patrick and took place by the table not noticing the glares.
Yang : it was pretty empty.
Patrick : how i like it ! lets dig in.
You gave them a 'really' look but eated your food anyway with the others trying to just forgot and start a conversation.
(Y/n) : so what do you guys think of Penny ?
Yang : well she looks nice but is kinda..... Weird.
Patrick : i don't really have a opinion now. She looks weird but also nice so im still figuring it out really.
Ruby : i thinks she just need some friends.
You nodded and took a bite out of your hamburger watching how Patrick already devoured the second and still had two more.
Yang : how can you eat so much ?
Patrick : i don't know i always eat a lot.
Ruby : then how do you not gain weight ?
Patrick : a lot of fighting.
You chuckled and watched Ruby how she enjoyed her hamburger looking if she was thinking. It was better then seeing Patrick devour the third poor hamburger.
Yang : your know we can see it right ?
You looked down with a blush while Yang smirked Patrick almost choked in his hamburger from laughing and Ruby just looked confused.
Ruby : see what ?
Yang : nothing sis.
Time skip
You guys went back to beacon and walked the girls to there room hearing Blake and Weiss yelling from across the hall still in the same argument.
Ruby : they are still talking about it ?
Patrick : seems like it.
You walked to the door say'd your goodbye's and walked of but Ruby grabbed your arm.
Ruby : wait ! What did you wanna say to me back at burgerking ?
(Y/n) : o-o-ohh-h i-i-i (sigh) nothing good night Ruby
You walked away with your head low catching Patrick 'you blew it' look and did't talk for the rest of the night just simply went to bed and fell asleep dreaming again about Ruby.
