Third person P.O.V.:
The doctors took Shreya in for treatment. Everyone reached the hospital after a while.
The doctors came out and asked
" Who is Nandu here ?" Everyone looked at each other in shock. Sachin replies "He's her Fiancée. Sorry, I mean ex- fiancée."
The doctor then informs "She has been under tremendous mental and physical pressure. She has undergone a very painful turmoil. The stress is the reason for her condition today. That's not the only thing. She's most likely to be hiding her emotions which increased the stress. I would like to advise you to bring back her Fiancée to her. That's the only option I see. No medication and treatment can help her to recover. This is something similar to depression. She might recover physically but it is equally important for her to recover mentally too otherwise her physical strength might get worse too and bring danger to get life." Jayant (Shreya's dad ) thanks the doctor.
Taniya (Shreya's mom) says "Jayant, we need to make a decision. Shall we call Daya ?" Jayant replies "I think we should Taniya. Shreya's life lies in his. We shouldn't let them stay apart anymore. Letting them stay together or making them stay apart, either way, Shreya's life lies in his." Sachin says "Dad, Mom I'm sure Daya will not let anything happen to Shreya. Let's call Daya."
Dad says "Fine. I'll call Pradyuman (Daya's dad.) and tell him the situation and then talk with Daya." He calls Pradyuman.
On the other side, Pradyuman is shocked to see Jayant calling him. He lifts the call and Jayant tells him everything. Pradyuman gets shocked Pradyuman informs him "Daya went to New York for some office work."
Jayant asks "Can you please contact him and ask him to come back as soon as possible ?" Pradyuman answers "Sure. I'll ask Rajat to do so."
He calls Rajat and informs the same who contacts Daya while Pradyuman informs the Shetty family who decide to take the next flight to Indore.
Back at home, Tasha, along with Sid is in Shreya's room looking for a file related to office work which was to be submitted the next day.
Sid says "I've found some files here. Check them out." Tasha takes the files and as she does, a paper falls out from one of the file.
She places the files aside and picks up the letter. She opens it and reads it and so does Sid. After they complete reading the letter, Tasha breaks down and sits on the bed with a thud.
Sid sits infront of her and asks while caressing her cheek "Tasha , what happened ?" She says "I'm so selfish Sid. That day, when we got to know that Daya was a threat to Shreya's life, I only thought about her safety and not about her happiness. If I did , today this wouldn't have happened." He consoled her.
Tasha takes the letter to the hospital where she hands it over to Sachin. Sachin reads it and stands in shock. Ishu says "Bhai, what's written in the letter ?" He says nothing. He gives the letter to her. She reads it and starts to cry incoherently. Everyone in the Malhotra family read it.
Kajal says " We made a mistake Mom. We took a wrong decision that day." Niyati says "No decision was right that day Kajal. We only thought about it from one side while the other side was ignored."
Ishu was still crying. She was inconsolable. After all, the bond she shared with Shreya was so deep that even one scratch on Shreya would bring a tear in her eyes.
Soon the Shetty family had arrived who too read the letter and realized a lot of things.
Daya P.O.V.:
A day after I landed in New York, I received a call from Rajat. I lifted the call.
He says "Umm. Daya, uh. Shreya is.." The word Shreya made my body go stiff. I ask "Shreya is ?" He completes "Shreya is admitted in a hospital."
What ? She was admitted a hospital ? For a moment, I didn't understand what happened but when realization hit me, I exclaim "What ? Why ? Is she fine ?" He tells me what exactly happened in detail. He says " Shreya is in a serious condition and she's unconscious and doctors informed that only you can bring her back."
I say "I'm taking the next flight to Indore as soon as possible." Saying so, I pack my luggage and immediatly rush to the airport.
Everything related to Pari is because of me. The accidents and today too. All I want is her to be back to life and happy.
As I go in to the airport, I ask the flight booking staff "When's the next flight to Mumbai ?" They say " Sir, we're closed down for the next 12 hours due to the weather conditions."
I bang my fist to the table in anger. Realizing what I did I apologized. I asked them "When's the first flight to Mumbai after 12 hours ?" One of them answers "There's one within 2 hours." I say "Please book it." I given the details and go to wait in the waiting area.
I lean my head over the chair and reminisce all the moments that we spent together. I slip my hand into my blazer pocket and get her engagement ring out and look at it. I then look at our pictures in my phone after putting the ring back into the pocket.
Hours passed, I am sitting in the flight to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai, I take a flight to Indore where Dushu was waiting to receive me. He received me and drove me to the hospital.
I entered the hospital. He led me towards the I.C.U. My heart beats got fast in fear. As I entered the lobby, Ishu noticed me and ran into my arms. She hugged me tightly. I hugged her back.
She was crying. Between her sobs she managed to say "Jiju, di. She's..." I say "Shh.." I take her to the chair and make her sit. I sit on my knees infront of her and hold her hands in mine. I say "Ishu , I'm so sorry. It's all because of me that Shreya's life is in danger." She says "No jeeju." She gives me a paper.
I look at her puzzled. She says "Di wrote this for you. Tasha di found it." I stand up, open the letter and read it. It said -
' Dear Nandu,
I once lived something called life, something called a dream and something called love. A life full of happiness, a dream filled with us and a love o powerful that it can shake the very foundations of the earth.
Now, that life is no more. I'm living through something, that I don't know what to call. I feel like a part of me has died - My heart. After meeting you, if I've ever dreamt of living a life, then, it starts with you, revolves around you and ends with you. Today it feels like it really ended... everything between us.... forever.
Before I met you, my life was great but after I met you, it became perfect, but now, it's not even good. My heart would run a marathon when you were around me, but now, that you're not, it has ceased to move.
My cheeks used to turn warm and red at the very thought of you, but now while having the same thought, my cheeks turn cold and pale. I have become a living zombie.
You were my heartbeat, you were my breath. Now, neither is my heart beating and nor am I breathing.
I miss the way I was when I was around you, I miss laughing, I miss the little weight on my ring finger, I miss our late night calls, I miss the warmth of my heart , I miss our hugs, I miss the little chats we had everyday, I miss the kisses you place on my forehead, I miss 'us' because us cannot be spelled without 'u', I miss being called baby, I miss being called Anshi, I miss being called princess, I miss being called Pari, I miss calling you Nandu, I miss calling you Prince, I miss our pecks and lip locks. I'm dying everyday.
That day, when we first kissed each other for the first time in our first engagement anniversary, my knees were weak and I was wholely supported by you, my heart was thundering in my chest - it was thundering so loud that I was surprised that you couldn't hear, my stomach twisted itself into knots and I could barely breathe. I know I'll never have those feelings again at least with no one but you sincerely I shared those kisses with you. Guess you're not Shreyaholic anymore.
I will that we're stilla together and not apart. I love you.'
The letter concluded with the last to words being blurred with a drop of water.
My grip on the paper loosened. The paper flew away from my hands. I knew I would collapse any moment. I took steps back until I hit the wall. Every word in the letter were hurtful. I was about to fall to the ground. Abhijeet bhaiyya and Dushu supported me.
Tears were rolling down my cheeks. I looked at Abhijeet bhaiyya and pointed at the ICU and said "Bhaiyya, meri Shreya.(My Shreya)" He says "Daya, control your emotions. She'll be fine."
I went to papa and maa. I say " I'm sorry Maa and papa. It's all because of me." while folding my hands. They hold my hands and maa say "No beta, it was none's fault. Don't apologize. It's better if you and Shreya are together." They sign me to go into the I.C.U.
I head in. My baby lay there on the bed with numerous wires attached to her body. I go and take my seat beside her.
I cup her face and say "Pari, open your eyes. Look who's here. I love you baby." I choked. I control my tears and say "I'm so sorry baby. I promise that I'm never leaving you again. We'll fight together. I promise to stay by your side. Just wake up. Please." I plead her.
I pick out the ring from my pocket and take her hand into mine. I notice the crown ring that I gave her was on her finger. I let it be the way it was and slipped in the ring and kissed her forehead.
She slowly opened her eyes. I was overwhelmed. The nurse checked on get and informed me that everything is fine. As soon as she saw me, she tried to get up. I helped her to sit. She hugged me tightly and even I did. I could feel her tears on my shirt. I say "Please Pari, don't cry. You know I hate your tears." She controlled her sobs.
I seperated her from the hug and said "Bas ek mahine nahi reh paye mere bina ? (Couldn't stay just for a month without me ?)" She holds my collar and says "Bas ek mahine huh ? (Just for a month huh ?) It wasn't like a month to me. It was a lifetime for me." I say "For me too darling. I love you." She puts her head on my chest while her arms go around my waist and says "I love you too."
I separate and lean in to kiss her. She doesn't resist. We kiss each other. After separating I say "You're going to have all those feelings all again my baby." I kiss her forehead.
She says "You read it ?" I say "Yes. Tasha found it. I'm so sorry for hurting you." She says "It's okay but look at you. You're hair looks like it hadn't been cut in ages, you've grown a beard which pokes when you kiss me" She pouted. She was so cute. We laughed. I say "I'll shave it. I don't want my jaan to be pocked while she's being kissed." I wink at her. She blushes. I say "I missed your blush." She says "I missed you." I kissed her once again.
Everything was back to normal once again. Me and Anshi are back together. I'm not going to leave her hand no matter what.

I wanted to ask you the emotional quotient in this chapter. Did it bring tears to your eyes ? Was it without any emotional scene or was it kinda emotional. And please suggest me new cover page designs.
I'm not sure about the next update but I'd try to give it as soon as possible.
