"really cole?" the disappointment in her voice shows clear.
"i'm sorry." i say sincerely.
"i'm not the one you should be apologizing to, apologize to your lungs and kidney." freya rolls her eyes but lets me sling my arm around her neck and shoulders anyway.
we walk slowly to her room, her parents at work or something. it was currently 8 in the morning and before i walked to freya's house, i was knocked out in an alleyway that i don't even remember going to.
freya lays me on the bed then sits down beside me.
"where did your shirt go?" she ask confused.
"i have no idea.. i was pretty gone." referring to me being drunk last night.
freya sighs but gaze at my chest with intriguing eyes. her fingers hesitantly touched my stomach, tracing the tattoo that was a giant indian woman face sticking her tongue out with fangs and other extra details attached.
"did this hurt?" she ask with a little less annoyance.
"like hell, and it took a while too but it was worth it. pretty cool, huh?" i smirk darting my eyes at hers.
"yeah, it is." she says but was more focused on tracing it.
"i'm surprised you didn't get robbed." she laughs.
"me too." i join in with her.
