This always seems to happen when he's around.
Thomas is walking towards me. I'm not sure if he's coming to me or to someone behind me.

"Watsup dude? Wendy. Are you drunk? " Thomas asks after calming down.
"Not at all. " I say with a huge smile on my face.
"Are you sure? Cause you're acting a bit weird" he says with laughter in his voice.
Looking down, I start blushing like crazy.
Thank the good Lord its dark so he can't see me blushing.
"You're here with Tiffany? " Thomas asks
I nod. "Yeah. But she disappeared on me an hour ago. I don't know where she is."
"I didn't want to come anyway. I don't know anyone here or who's party this is." I add

An awkward silence falls between us.
"Max" he says
I shoot him a confused look
"The party. Max is hosting it. He's Tiffanys ex which explains why she's missing. " He explains
"Oh " I say with understanding "So that's my cue to leave. "
I turn to leave when Thomas calls my name.
"Uh. Need a ride? "
