The Next Day:

Everyone was just arriving at school. On the entrance of the school, there was a big banner that said, "Riley Matthews"
"I guess that's for me" Riley laughed. "But what is it?"
"I don't know" Maya lied. She knew exactly what it was. She helped make it and put it up.
"Hmm" Riley said suspiciously.
They walked in and saw another banner that said, "will"
"Will?" Riley asked, confused.
"This Is weird" Lucas lied. He helped with it, too. So did Farkle.
They kept walking and saw another banner that said, "you"
"What's going on?" Riley asked.
"No Idea" Farkle replied.
"Zay do you know?" Riley asked.
"Nope" Zay lied. He also helped make it all.
There was another banner when they walked in the school further. It said, "go"
There was also another one that said, "to" when they walked further.
Then further there was one the said, "the".
Them further there was one that said, "dance"
"Maya am I finally getting asked to the dance?" Riiley asked excitedly.
"Possibly..." Maya replied.
They walked further and there was one that said, "with".
Then further there was the last one. It said, guess. "Me?"
"I am, Maya! I'm getting asked to the dance! Yayyyy!" Riley yelled. "But who's asking me?"
"I am"
"Zay? Your asking me to the dance?" Riley asked, shocked.
"Uh-oh. That doesn't seem like you're happy" Zay replied.
"No! I'm completely flattered" Riley replied. "I'm just confused. I didn't know you like me"
"Yeah, well" Zay said. "I've liked you for a while"
"Really?" Riley asked.
"Yeah." Zay smiled. "So what do you say?"
"I'd love to go to the dance with you, Zay" Riley smiled.
"Great!" Zay smiled.
Now Riley finally had a date to the dance. And she was thrilled.
