"Yes, I'm sure, and everything's fine."
"Then what did you want to talk to me about?"
"How did you feel when you went into the kitchen today?"
"Tired. Why?"
"And when you saw Viktor?"
Lily paused, blinking. "Umm... I felt... Like my life had been changed."
A huge smile played on Jay's lips. "Oh. My. God. Lily?"
"Yeah?"
"I think you found your mate!"
"Me too!"
"YAY!" They screamed in unison, jumping up and down happily. Jay hugged Lily, tears in her eyes. "I'm so happy for you!"
"Thanks, Jay. I promise, we'll find your mate. I promise."
"I know we will, Lil, we will, but it's just a matter of waiting."
"I don't want you to wait too long, Jay."
"It's fine, Lily, just focus on Viktor right now."
"Okay, I will," Lily said. "But we will find your mate."
"I know we will. But right now this is about you, not me."
"Okay, fine."
