Take a deep breath, taking a deep breath comes from deep inside.
Release some problems relax, prepare for a ride, it lets off pressure, & eases tension.
Let go of a little stress, bitterness causes illness I thought I should mention.
Calm down, & breathe let your body go ignore chaos around you, remember breathe slow.
Soothe your nerves it does help, by taking deep breaths you're only helping yourself
* stops writing, takes deep breath, & writes down* RELEASE! *closes book*
