I head to next period when I hear Noah's voice. "What's up." I turn around to see him.
"Are you going to Williams party tonight?" He asks.
I turn around the corner. "Yep, you?"
"Yep." We both go separate ways.
"Mads." I hear him call out.
I turn around.
"Isaac is gonna there so be careful alright."
I nod. "Thanks."
That is so sweet of him.
I walk into English smiling but my face drops when Harvey is waiting for me. "Hey Harv." I tease.
He gives me a look. "Hey Mads." He says sarcastically.
I give him a small nudge in the arm. "Don't call me that."
"Oh, you know you love it." He smirks.
"Oh, you know I don't." I smile back and unroll our poster.
I write our names on the bottom of the page and I could feel him watching. "What." I turn to face him.
"Nothing, I just think I did a good job with the handwriting." He says proudly.
I can't help but laugh and his proud smile turns into a glare.
"Fuck you." He rolls his eyes.
Our teacher comes over and I hand up our work. "Wow I'm surprised."
"You didn't think we could do it?" Harvey's jaw flexes and he leans back into his chair.
"Honestly no. I was wondering what you two would do." She chuckles.
"Well, we did it didn't we?" He scoffs. "Yeah, well done." She nods and takes our work.
"Hate her." He scowls.
"Harvey it's fine I would be surprised too." "Yeah right." He takes out his phone and scrolls through it.
What's up with that?
I turn to Liv who gives me a look. I shrug and go back to open my history homework because I freaking forgot to do it again.
At the end of class I walk over to Nate and Liv. "Hey Nate, do you know what was up with Harvey?"
He turns is head around to look for people. "He's alright. Just his dads tough on him you know, says he can't do anything. He doesn't talk about it much."
I feel my heart sink for Harvey Beckett.
"That's terrible." I say.
"I know right." Nate wraps his hand around Olivia's waist.
I see her cheeks heat up.
"Oh Mads!" Liv speaks up. "Are you going to the party tonight?" She asks.
"Yeah, I needa find something to wear." I think. "No same." She giggles as she leans her head on Nates shoulder.
"Who are you getting a ride with?" She asks concerned.
"Oh well maybe Bells if she is going, otherwise I'll catch a lift with Noah."
She nods. "You can join us if you need." I smile. "Thanks."

I dab on some blush and pick up the pace as it is already 7pm. "Mads now or I am leaving." I hear Noah say from the door.
I open it. "I'll ask Levi or Jackson."
"Jacksons back at campus and Levi's out."
I groan. "Okay fine one sec." I rush to my desk and apply some lipgloss and pull my hair out of the bun.
I take a quick look at my outfit. I have a black long sleeve scoop neck top and a black mini skirt. I pull the skirt down a tad bit and brush out my light blonde waves.
"Hurry up." Noah swings the keys around his finger. "Okay, okay, let's go." I pick up my bag and phone.
I arrive at the party, one corner people are doing beer pong and another people are doing karaoke.
Noah goes off in the crowd and I go look for my friends.
"Hey gorgeous." Bella gives me a hug. "Madssssss." Avery wraps her arms around me.
I look over and Bell mouths out "Wasted." I giggle. "How are you Aves?"
She flicks her hand. "Pretty great."
Her eyes widen when she sees people stripping and getting into the pool. She tries to rip her shirt off.
"Avery you're gonna regret it." I pull it back down.
She sighs. "Okay." She plops onto the couch.
I go up and get a drink when I bang into a tall body. "Watch where you are going sir." I look up to Harvey.
"Sorry darling." He gives me a tap on the shoulder and wobbles away.
He is drunk.
I walk over to find Olivia and she is sitting with Nate cuddled into him on the fire.
"Hi guys." I smile and sit next to them.
"Mads! I've been looking for you." She grins.
A wobbly body comes towering over me. "Move." Harvey says. "I got here first."
"Well, I wanna talk to my friend." Harvey points to Nate. "Well, I wanna talk to my friend." I point to Olivia.
"Fine." He walks off.
I sit back in my chair.
I hear a scrapping noise and Harvey comes in with a chair and sits it right in between us.
"Are you serious." I scowl at him.
"Very." He says turning to Nate.
"When's our next game." He asks Nate. I turn to Olivia. "When's our next volleyball match."
"I don't know." They both say in sync looking a bit scared.
"Have you payed for the trip yet?" I ask Olivia. "Yep, have you?" She asks.
"Not yet I am waiting for my next pay chec-"
My mouth is covered by Harvey's hand.
"Have you payed for the trip yet?" Harvey asks Nate.
Nate shakes his head.
"Neither." Harvey says and takes his hand off my mouth. "You little shit." I say to him.
He chuckles and gets on his phone.
"Oh my god Maddie 2 weeks till the trip." She squeals.
"I am so fucking excited."
"I looked at the emails and they said that they have us in seats for the plane, but we will be with at least one friend."
"Oh, that's good." I take a sip of my drink.
I see Isaac come toward me, so I immediately get up to move away but someone's hand pulls me back down onto their lap.
"Harvey what are you doing?"
"Shut up." He says.
I see Isaac coming closer but as soon as he notices me with Harvey he backs away.
Harvey lets out a small laugh and I get back up.
"Thank you." I giggle at Isaacs reaction.
"If you ever mention it again." He snaps.
"I won't."
"You better not." He gets up and walks away.
I sit down in his seat. "Liv are we gonna book a room together?"
"Of course." She gets up her phone to look at accommodation.
"You guys are booking so late. Harvey and I booked like a week ago."
"Oh, where did you go?" Liv asks.
He gets it up on his phone. "This one, want me to send you the link?"
"yes please" Liv asks.
We end up booking the same place as Nate. I get ready to head out the door when I see Harvey laying on the floor with a beer in his hand.
"Harvey." I say and he turns to me. "What." "Get up." "No."
"I sleep here." He closes his eyes. "Get up Harvey you're drunk."
"I don't wanna go home." He groans. "Why? Come on." I pull him up.
Levi is waiting out the front for me as Noah is still partying.
"My brother is waiting come on, we will drop you on the way home."
"I don't want to go home." He repeats.
He wraps his arm around my shoulder so he can walk.
"You can go to sleep Harvey."
"Why are you being nice to me." He turns to face me.
"Because you are drunk."
"Okay thanks I guess." He says as I open the door and put him in the back.
Levi turns his head to the back.
"Maddie what is Harvey doing here."
"Where giving him a lift." I buckle his seatbelt and shut the door.
I get into my seat and Levi looks at me confused.
"He needs to go home just drive."
I text Nate for his address and tell Levi the directions.
We arrive at his house, and I open his door and he is asleep.
"Harvey get up." He opens his eyes and sighs. "Okay."
"Harvey are you okay?" I wrap my arm around him so he can walk straight.
"I great."
He fumbles around for his keys and once he eventually gets them, he can hardly open the door.
I snatch them of him and open it.
"Do you need help?"
"No, I good." He holds onto the handle. "Peace out." He waves and shuts the door.
I wait a second. I then hear a thud.
"Harvey you okay?"
"Perfectly fine." I hear him go up the stairs and I head back to the car.
