~Evelyn's POV~
We were doing the last rehearsal before dress/tech rehearsal for the live show since it was just a few days away. While I participated in the show, my mind was elsewhere. I constantly kept looking out at the crew to see if Tyson was there. We invited the members to come to the rehearsals and the live show as our backstage audience but even with four rehearsals prior to this, Tyson still never showed up. I understood why though, he's been busy preparing for the next comeback after our's. Still, it made me sad to not see him show up to something for me.
We were 20 minutes into the rehearsal. We had already done the opening performance and the introduction greetings. Now it was time for the solo rehearsals and I was sitting in the crew as A.D performed first. At this point, I was preparing myself for my performance trying to forget about Tyson. That's when the members of the comeback group walked through the doors. I smiled when I saw Tyson but then my nerves suddenly took over. Before I could hide from him, Tyson saw me and made his way over.
"Hey, have you performed yet?" He asked me.
"No." I shook my head. "I'm next though."
"Perfect." He smiled. "I made it just in time then."
I couldn't help but smile knowing he came just for me, exactly what I wanted. This was my chance, my chance to be brave.
"You haven't heard the song yet, right?" I asked him.
"No." He replied. "Which is why I'm really excited."
"Well, I wrote the song." I told him.
His jaw dropped with amazement as he looked at me instead of at A.D whom we both had been watching the performance of.
"You're kidding!" He said.
I shook my head, blushing from shy pride.
"Evelyn, that's amazing!" Tyson said, hugging me.
As my shy arms were holding together in front of me, I wasn't able to hug him back as they were locked between our bodies. Still I managed to push him away.
"Oppa." I used a serious tone to get his attention. "I want you to listen to the lyrics very carefully because I'm singing to you."
His gaze got lost in my eyes for a minute and I could tell he seemed a bit confused or worrisome or something because his smile faded a little, not to a frown but to a concerned state.
"Okay." He nodded. "I'll listen thoroughly."
"Thank you." I told him, turning back to watch A.D as he finished.
As the crew and audience clapped for the effect, I grabbed my microphone and took a deep breath. Then the lights faded on our studio stage and I traded places with A.D. As the music started, the lights stayed dim until I started singing and then they came on me. I sang the love song I wrote to Tyson confessing my feelings to him, even having the bravery to look at Tyson while I sang it. He looked immersed in the song, not reacting, and that's how I knew he was really listening to every word.
When the song was over, my heart beat fast as I made my way off stage. This was our first live break which was five minutes. I went straight to the microphone stand where I put down my microphone and shook my hands to dry the sweat that grew from nerves. While I did that, Tyson walked over.
"Hey," He said. "That song-"
"Wait." I stopped him. "Just like the song said, you don't have to say anything. I told you what I had to and that's all that matters."
"But I want to." He said then took a deep breath before spilling his next sentence. "I wish I had the bravery to do what you just did because those are words I've wanted to tell you for a really long time."
My eyes widened as I processed what he had just said. "Are you saying you...?"
"Yes, Evelyn." He smiled. "I feel the same way about you. I have since before we were even in RC together."
"R-Really?" A smile formed on my lips.
He grabbed my hands. "Really."
I couldn't help but giddy as we fell into each other's eyes.
"So, now what then?" I asked him, wanting to know what was next for our relationship.
"Now, we go on a date." He said. "If you're okay with that."
My smile grew the biggest it could. "I would want nothing more."
Tyson smiled too and that's when I was called for a quick dress fix.
"Gotta go." I told him, slipping my hands away.
"Of course." He nodded. "Go do your thing. I'll be watching from back here."
I nodded with a smile as I walked away. I couldn't help but look back at him multiple times and every time he was looking back. My feelings for Tyson were reciprocated and he said they had been for a long time. It made me wish I had confessed sooner as maybe we would already be on our second or third year as a couple. But I didn't let that get to me. All I wanted to do now was look forward to a future with him.

~Zeke's POV~
It was our turn to perform and Gohn and I took our seats on the medal stools as the lights were dimmed. I pecked him on the cheek before starting.
"Good luck." I told him.
"You too." He said.
Once we were seated, the lights came on and our music started playing. Gohn was the first to sing and I couldn't help but stare at him as I melted in his voice.
Once it was my turn to sing, he was staring back at me and I reached for his hand and he reached back. I saw his smile as I squeezed his fingers. It made me smile too and our song felt stronger to me because of it. Our song ended with me staring into his eyes. I mouthed 'I love you' to him in a playful way and he just snickered and shook his head. As the crew and member audience applauded, we stepped off stage.
"You can't do that stuff in the actual show." He said.
"Woah, wait a second." I stopped in my tracks to show him how serious I was taking his words. "What do you mean? Why can't I?"
"Because, we haven't gotten much attention for our relationship yet." He shrugged. "I don't want what happened last time to happen again."
I scoffed as I was getting a little upset with his words. "Gohn, you realize Pinky knew about our relationship when she put us in RC, right? And she still put us together as apart of Black promotions. If she cared about our relationship affecting anything, she wouldn't have done all that."
Gohn looked down. I knew he believed my words but the trauma of our past was blinding him.
"Gohn." I grabbed his hands and pushed his chin up so he could look at me. "It breaks me to see how worried you are so if you really are worried, I won't do those things tomorrow. But I want you to know that even if it meant we couldn't be idols anymore, I would still date you. You're the love of my life and I wouldn't trade that for the world."
Gohn tried to hold it back but I saw him smile. "I hate when you do things like that."
"No you don't." I said. "You love it."
"I really do." He said, hugging me tightly.
I snickered as I swayed his body in my arms. "I love you, Gohn."
"I love you too, Zeke." He said.
After our hug broke, he dragged me to a better place in the audience so we could watch the next performance, a rap performance by two the female rappers of the Icy Blue group. While we watched, Gohn hugged my arm and watched with his head on my shoulder. Although it broke me to hold back from loving him in public, he didn't hold back from loving me outside of the public and that's what kept me going, knowing he wanted to show affection just as much as I did.

~JC's POV~
Vixen and I finished our rap performance and it got an energetic response from everyone. Vixen and I high fived, hugged, and jumped around as we made our way off stage, having another 5 minutes of break before we had to go on again.
"We were amazing!" I told Vixen.
"I'm so happy I got to do it with you." Vixen said, hugging me tightly.
We both squealed before she decided to take advantage of the five minute break and use the restroom. Meanwhile, D.NK came over to me and as the adrenaline was still coursing through my veins, I squealed and hugged him.
"Was that as amazing to watch as it felt to perform?" I asked him as I broke from our hug.
"It was." He nodded.
I squealed again from adrenaline and he snickered.
"What's so funny?" I asked him.
"Nothing." He looked down. He was one of my best friends in RC and I've known him long enough now to tell when he was lying.
"Tell me oppa!" I demanded, stomping my foot and crossing my arms.
He snickered again. "That. I just love your reactions to things."
I uncrossed my arms and unpouted my face. In fact, I found myself smiling at his words and felt a weird tingle in my stomach.
"You do?" I asked him.
He nodded and just looked at me with his awkward shy smile. It made me smile even more and the tingle to grow in my stomach. I didn't really understand why my stomach was churning, I figured I was starting to feel sick but once I was back on the set and thinking about the show instead of D.NK, the feeling went away. I noticed it come back later when I was talking to D.NK again. I didn't understand what was going on but I knew it had to do with D.NK. Was this what Diamond was saying months ago when we were promoting? Is this what feelings for someone feels like? I really didn't know.

~Ray's POV~
We finished performing our song and we happened to be the last of the units to perform. Now we were going into our last break so we had five minutes to prepare for the end of the show.
Meanwhile, the four of us, Diamond, Crystal, Jay, and I, headed off stage to bask in our performance.
"We killed that!" Jay exclaimed.
"They definitely saved the best peeformance for last." Diamond said, grinning from ear to ear.
"Except we're not the last." Crystal pointed out, a negative infliction in her voice. "We still have the title tracks."
"Okay, you know I meant the title tracks, though." Diamond said. I could hear the sibling rivalry tone in her voice. "Why do you always have to be so negative?"
"I wasn't." Crystal shrugged. "I was just correcting you."
"Negative." Diamond said.
I just looked at Jay, thankful our relationship wasn't that bad. I wanted to fix the mood though so they weren't both going back out there moody, and I knew Jay thought the same as me.
"Crystal, you and Jay sounded amazing together." I told her. "You're voices go well together."
Crystal smiled and looked at Jay. "We do sound good together, don't we?"
Jay nodded then looked at Diamond. I looked at her too to see her ears turning red.
"Well Ray and I sounded better, didn't we, Ray?" Diamond looked at me while grabbing my arm. While I liked her touch and I found her attractive, I hated how she insisted on fighting with her sister.
I looked at Crystal to see her rolling her eyes. Luckily she didn't bite back so I just smiled at Diamond. "We sounded good together, I agree."
"All I know is that we sound amazing live and I can't wait for the real deal tomorrow." Jay said. "I think the fans will love it."
"Definitely." I agreed.
"Let's just hope Crystal can keep up." Diamond said, looking at her sister.
Crystal rolled her eyes and walked away. Being her best friend, Jay followed after her. Meanwhile, I stayed with Diamond.
"Why do you always have to cause a fight?" I asked her.
"What?" She said. "I don't!"
"Yes you do. I was just complimenting them and you had to make it into a competition like you and I sounded better. That wasn't the point."
Diamond was stubborn so I knew she wouldn't admit to it right away. "I don't agree with you."
"Okay, fine." I told her. "But tomorrow, can you at least try to not fight with Crystal. Whatever negative feelings you two have for each other just put them to the side so we can all have a good time together tomorrow."
Diamond looked at me. "Do you not enjoy being around me?"
"I enjoy being around you." I told her. "And I enjoy being around your sister. But I don't enjoy being around you both at the same time. It's like your always asking for a fight and I don't understand why."
"Well maybe if she'd give me some attention once in a while I wouldn't ask for it." Diamond said, avoiding my gaze. She was being personal which isn't like her so I knew I was getting somewhere with her.
"That sounds like something you need to talk to her about." I told her.
"Never." Diamond shook her head. "She wouldn't listen to me. She never does."
"Well then maybe you need to do it in a different way." I told her.
Diamond was quiet for a moment. She was really considering what I had to say.
"I care about you Diamond." I told her, touching her arm to show my affection. "I don't want to see you and your sister lose out on what should be wonderful sibling memories."
Silence again. But I was okay with that. She was listening and that's what mattered. I did care about Diamond and I knew she cared about me. Hell, everyone always teased us for flirting during the album preparations and as a twin myself, that's why I cared so much about fixing their sibling relationship. Twin relationships are so special and I wanted her to have that.
