2nd Person's POV
"Good morning," William greeted you as he peppered your shoulder with kisses, hugging you tightly from behind.
"Good morning..." you grumbled, blinking your eyes open as you stretched your body, turning to him and hugging him back.
"Happy Valentine's Day..." he sighed, snuggling his face onto the crook of your neck.
"Valentine's... That means..."
"Happy birthday, my love..." William added, leaving kisses on your collarbone up to your jaw.
You jerked at the gesture and shied away, laughing as William followed you.
"William, please..." you chuckled, using your hand to shield your neck and pushing yourself off of William, "It's too early in the morning..."
You pried yourself off his hold as you got up from the bed, making William sigh and lay back down.
You breathed out a smile as you opened your bedside drawer, pulling out the gift and chocolate you had prepared for him.
"Happy Valentine's," you kissed the top of his head as you gave him the gifts.
As you pulled back, you let out a yelp as William grabbed your arm, pulling you back to bed as he trapped you in his arms.
"Will-!" you scolded as you tried to escape, only to be cut off by a knock from the door.
"Morning, lovebirds!" James' cheeky voice greeted from the other side, "Breakfast is ready,"
"Be right there!" you replied, getting up once again.
You reached out your hands to William, making him sigh as he grabbed your hands, letting you pull him up to his feet.
"Come on," you smiled as William rested his forehead on yours, making you step back and laugh.
"We can't let the food grow cold,"
"Happy birthday!" everyone greeted as you and William walked down to the dining room.
Bonde and Herder threw streamers and confetti into the air as Louis held a birthday cake in the middle.
"Thank you," you lovingly smiled as you walked up to the cake, thinking of a wish as you blew out the candle, making everyone cheer.
"Though it does get more embarrassing as you grow older, huh?" you blushed and chuckled, making William smile as he kissed the back of your hand.
"I think you look adorable as always," he reassured, removing the streamers in your hair as Sebastian whistled.
"Should we leave the manor and give you guys some privacy or...?" he pointed at the doors with his thumb as Moneypenny swatted his arm.
You felt your face flush as you rushed to him, punching him in the stomach in embarrassment as he held back your fists.
As Sebastian kept teasing you and slowly making you leave the room, Albert and Louis slowly walked up to William.
"I assume everything is all set for tonight?" Albert asked, making William grin.
"Of course," William reassured, pulling the ring box out of his coat pocket.
"Congratulations, nii-san," Louis earnestly smiled, making William nervously chuckle.
"(Y/N) hasn't said yes, though,"
"I don't think you need to worry about that," Albert reassured, remembering the drunken rambles you had about how much you loved William whenever you had one too many.
"I'm certain they will be overjoyed,"
