“Just saying hello. I wanted to introduce myself, Damian Millard,” he grinned down at her as he extended his hand. Y/N looked down at his hand and then back up to his eyes, “I’m going to decline to shake your hand for now. Perhaps that will save both of us. I’m Professor Snape, Mr. Millard,” she replied.
“Ahh I see. I thought your name was Princess,” he leaned down and whispered. “Only my Daddy calls me that. You may call me Mrs. Snape,” she replied blankly. The man looked unaffected by her formal demeanor.
“If I may. Whatever you believed happened the other day between you and I, you have misconstrued. You were simply part of a game we play. Nothing more,” she informed him.
He moved down so he could whisper into her ear, “You’re not fooling me, lass. I felt how hungry your mouth was for me. Your husband knew it as well. That’s why he didn’t take his eyes off me while I used that beautiful mouth,” he told her.
“My husband is going to watch these memories to see what you said to me. Good luck, Mr. Millard,” she told him before she turned away to watch for Mina. A couple of minutes later a young dark complected 14 year old girl came walking up to Y/N. “Hello,” she smiled shyly.
Y/N smiled immediately when she saw her, “Hello, Ms. Van Doren. I’m Professor Snape, and these are the ladies,” she smiled at her.
“Nice to meet you. I have to be honest, I am not excited about this. Alastair is forcing the issue. I would much prefer to stay with my grandmother,” Mina admitted.
“I understand completely. We’ll discuss that on the train. I’ve got your trunk and school materials already in your dorm room waiting on you. We are going to walk over here and go through the portal. Run as hard as you can into that pillar, our platform is on the other side,” Y/N explained to her.
Mina looked hesitant but she did so and disappeared. Y/N followed her with the pram and they were transported to platform 9 ¾. “Hogwarts Express,” Y/N announced as she led Mina to the train.
Y/N used her wand to levitate the pram onto the train as they boarded. “Ms. Van Doren, You are welcome to sit in the same car as myself but I warn you. I will be nursing the girls at some point. If you find that bothersome, I understand completely,” Y/N told her.
“I’m not bothered at all. My grandmother watched children in our home for most of my life. I’m very familiar with babies. At least until a couple of years ago when she got too old to work anymore,” Mina replied.
The two made it into a train car, sitting opposite each other so they could both look out the window. “It’s a beautiful train ride. Have you been to Scotland before?” Y/N asked her.
“No Miss, I haven’t. I hadn’t even been to London until today when Alastair brought me,” she replied.
“I had to put you in a dorm room without a roommate but I feel as if you will appreciate that. I have also assigned one of my favorite house prefects to help you find your way around the school. His name is Theodore Hargreaves. You will like him, he’s a nice young man,” Y/N informed her.
“What does he look like?” Mina asked with a cheeky grin. Y/N smiled back, “You will like him I’m sure. Tousled brown hair, blue eyes, taller than both of us,” she replied. Mina smirked, “I love tall boys,” she replied.
“A girl after my own heart. I adore tall men,” Y/N admitted. “You know, if I may. You don’t seem like a Professor,” Mina replied.
Y/N let out a little chuckle, “You’re right. I lack the broody stoic nature that one requires when becoming a Professor of Potions. Alas, here we are,” she replied.
The two ended up talking about books and music for the rest of the train ride. The two actually had a lot in common in those areas. It was early evening as the two offloaded from the train. Y/N again used her wand to levitate the pram onto the station platform. There was a very handsome tall dark man waiting for her as they deboarded the train.
“The Headmaster is waiting for us. Don’t be nervous. He isn’t as menacing as he looks,” Y/N announced with a smile. Severus walked over to Y/N half wrapping his arm around her and kissing her head.
Mina had a little bit of a surprised look on her face. “We are married,” Y/N giggled. “Oh, I didn’t realize. Alastair didn’t tell me much,” she replied.
Y/N introduced the two, “Headmaster Snape, may I present Ms. Mina Van Doren. She agrees with me that The Smiths are an underrated band and only deep souls can truly appreciate them,” she chuckled. Her comments caught Severus off guard, letting out a deep chuckle. “Ms. Van Doren, nice to meet you. I see you two had a long talk,” he replied. “Thank you, Headmaster. You as well,” she replied softly.
Suddenly, a young man walked up to them, the two teens locking eyes. “Ms. Van Doren, meet Mr. Hargreaves. He’s going to show you up to the castle and give you a little tour. He is going to be on his best behavior as well,” Y/N said as she tilted her head to the side.
She could tell the two were instantly smitten. “Thank you, Professor,” Mina said softly. Severus and Y/N excused themselves so they could return to their chambers with the girls.
“I’m regretting that already,” Y/N announced as she arrived. Severus chuckled as he unloaded the girls into their bassinets. “I thought he was one of your favorites,” he teased her.
“He was. I feel somewhat responsible for her now. I just.. Worry. These students are up to utter nonsense when we aren’t looking,” she replied. “I’m sure she can take care of herself, Princess,” Severus offered.
“I assume you didn’t find Alastair,” she questioned as she changed into her favorite bear pajamas. “Indeed we did not. He never showed,” Severus replied as he watched her change.
“I know you are dying to look into my memories, go ahead,” she smiled at him. Severus held his wand up to her temple, replaying the scene at the trainstation with Millard.
A little smile spread across his lips as he replied, “You were a good girl. You handled that appropriately,” he beamed. “I did my best to shut it down as I knew you would want. So you aren’t upset?” she asked curiously.
“How could I be upset at the cutest little bear in the whole world? Millard is a different story. I’m furious that he would approach my Princess. I watched the whole thing to see how it would play out. I will be having a private conversation with him about what is and is not appropriate when speaking to my property,” he announced as he hovered over Y/N.
“Nothing makes my little Princess pussy wetter than Protective Daddy,” she smiled up at him.
