Y/N's Pov:
"Y/N Y/M/N Y/L/N!" my mother shouts out.
Oh shit.
I run downstairs ready to listen to what my mother is gonna yell at me about...this time.
"Yes mom?" I ask her.
"Did you leave the lights on in my car?" she ask me.
"No." I tell her.
"Cause you know that drains the battery right? You know how much money that cost?" she ask me.
"Yes mom, I know how much money it cost but I didn't leave your car lights on. Go ask Ethan I bet he was the one who left them on." I tell her.
"When did Ethan take my car?" she ask.
"Last night. To go to a party." I tell her. Okay look I know I'm a snitch for saying that but he deserves it honestly because he's always blaming me for his mistakes and he did take her car last night and sneak out so that's his problem now.
"I'm gonna kill him. Ethan! Get your ass down here right now!" she says at the end of the stairs.
Ethan comes downstairs with his gaming headset around his neck and controller in his hand.
"What?" he ask.
"Good luck." I tell him as a pat his shoulder before walking upstairs.
I lay on my bed and turn on netflix as I here my brother getting fussed at by our mom.
"No games! No phone! No driving! No party's! You will go to and from school! You will do your homework, shower, eat and then sleep everyday for the rest of the month." she tells him.
"But mom-" he says.
"No buts! Now get upstairs and clean that messy room of yours." she says.
"Ugh!" he grunts and I hear his loud footsteps angrily stopping as he walks up the stairs.
"I hate you!" he says as he walks past my room.
"Love you too bro." I say.
My phone starts ringing and I look to see who's calling. It's Rafe Cameron my boyfriend.
"Hey." I say.
"Hey babe! Are you busy tonight?" he ask me.
"Well if your count laying in bed and reading busy then I'm fully booked." I tell him.
"Okay then your totally free. Im having a party tonight cause my parents are out of town and your coming." he says.
"Of course I'll be their! Let me just ask my mom. She just got super pissed at my brother for sneaking out and going to a party last night so she still might have her mom anger in her." I say.
"Your mom loves me but say Sarah called you to come over. Don't say it's a party and your more than welcomed to spend the night." he says.
"Okay thanks! I go tell her right now...pray for me." I say.
"I will. Call me back once you have an answer." he says.
"I will. Love you. Bye." I say.
"Love you too." he says.
I walk downstairs and see my mom sitting on the couch drinking a glass of wine.
"Hey mom." I say.
"What do you want?" she ask me.
"I was wondering if I could go to Sarah's tonight? She invited me over for a sleepover." I ask her.
"Of course you can. I know you guys haven't hung out in awhile." my mom says.
Go mom!
"Really? Thank you. I'm gonna go upstairs and pack." I tell her.
"Okay sweetie." she says.
I go upstairs and first call Rafe to tell him. Then I grab my bag and pack some pj shorts, my makeup bag, skincare, and an outfit for tomorrow. I don't need a t-shirt to sleep in because I'll be taking on of Rafe's.
My phone rings again. This time it's Sarah.
"Hey Sarah!" I say.
"Hey so don't worry about picking out an outfit for the party you can just pick out anything in my closet. It's starts at 9pm so we have plenty of time and I'll need your help setting up the party decorations." she says.
"Okay. I'll see you soon. I'm about to leave." I tell her.
"Okay bye!" she says and hangs up.
I go downstairs and put on my shoes and grab my bike and start peddling to Sarah's house.
I would take my car but it's currently in the shop getting fixed.
I peddle for a few minutes and park my bike to the side of the house.
I knock on the door and Rafe opens it.
"Hi!" I say with a smile on my face.
"Hey beautiful." Rafe says.
We embrace each other with a hug. We stand like that for a little. My head against his chest and his hands rubbing up and down my back.
"Y/N!" Sarah says interrupting the hug.
"Sarah!" I say.
"Come on." she says grabbing my hand and pulling me up the stairs taking me away from Rafe.
I hear Rafe laughing in the background.
"Okay let's pick out you an outfit!" she says as I go and sit on her bed.
She goes and starts pulling some options.
I finally decide on an outfit. We then go to do our hair and touch up our makeup.
THE FINAL LOOK:
After Sarah gets her outfit on we go downstairs to set up the party stuff.
"Damnnnnn." Rafe says getting up off the couch and walking over to me. He takes my hand and twirls me around.
I let out a laugh and smile at him. "You look hot." he says.
"Well handsome why don't you head upstairs and get ready." I say.
"Yes ma'am." he says and kisses my cheek before he walks to his room.
Me and Sarah open up the 4 packs of red solo cups.
"So tell me, how did you get my brother to go from rude and reserved to all soft and sweet?" Sarah ask me.
"I honestly don't know. I guess I just have that affect on him." I say as I stack up the cups.
"Well whatever you got it's a gift. He's usually so uptight. You've loosened him up." she says.
"Well that's all him. He's amazing. He's the best." I tell her.
"You know ever sense you guys started dating he cut drugs out of his life." Sarah says.
"Yeah I know. I'm really proud of him." I say.
Just then Rafe comes downstairs in a black polo shirt and denim jeans.
"Aw you matched me!" I say and walk over to him.
We share a sweet kiss.
"Blah!" Sarah says fake gagging.
"Oh shut up. Aren't you talking to John B?" I ask her.
"No." she say's obviously lying.
"Mhm sure." I say.
We set up the rest of the party stuff and a few moments later people start showing up.
Within and hour we have the whole house full and the backyard.
Me and Rafe are just standing off to the side talking and drinking our drinks.
"Hey I'll be back." he says kissing my forehead before he leaves.
"Okay." I say.
I'm standing alone looking at everyone dancing or doing shots. I must have zoned out because I guys comes up beside me and starts talking to me.
"Hello?" he says.
"Oh i'm hi." I say awkwardly.
"What's your name?" he says bitting the rim of his cup looking me up and down.
"Y/N. Yours?" I ask him.
"David." he says.
I give him a slight smile.
"So you got a boyfriend?" he ask me.
"Yeah I do." I say.
"You wanna a side piece?" he ask me.
"Ew no." I say.
"Oh c'mon baby. Let's go upstairs." he says grabbing my arm.
"I SAID NO!" I say out loud and some people around us start to stair.
"Will you stop being so difficult and go up stairs!" he says grabbing my arm again pulling me in the direction to the stairs.
"GET OFF OF ME!" I command.
"No-" he says but he's interrupted by Rafe.
"Hey! She said no!" Rafe says coming closer to us. I step to the side as I see Rafe's fist make contact with David.
Sarah comes over and hugs me while everyone else circles around Rafe beating up David.
"Rafe stop!" I say.
Rafe is making his knuckles bleed a little and Davids face is bleeding and already bruising.
"Rafe he's had enough!" Sarah says.
"Don't you ever! Touch her again!" Rafe shouts at him as he punches him.
I've never seen Rafe get so angry in my life.
David gets up off the ground.
"So your the little boyfriend huh?" he says.
David looks at me and walks over to me.
"You and your boyfriend have fun tonight." he says in a creepy voice.
"Get out David." Rafe says.
"Bye princess." David says.
Rafe still has his anger face on and I run over to him and give him a hug.
"Y/N. Everything is spinning." Rafe says.
"Sarah go get me some water!" I say to her.
She nods and goes to grab Rafe a bottle of water out of the fridge.
I sit Rafe down on the bar stool and people have gone back to doing whatever.
Sarah comes back with the water and hands it to me to give to Rafe.
"Thanks." he says.
"No thank you for saving me. I love you." I tell him.
"Always and I love you too." he says taking another sip of his water.
I take a look at his hands and there a bleeding a little bit and swollen.
"Hey let's go get you cleaned up." I tell him.
"Yes ma'am." he says in a southern accent.
I let out a small giggle.
"Hey Sarah?" I ask her.
"Yeah?" she ask.
"Where's your first aid kit?" I ask her.
"Upstairs. There's one in everyone bathroom." she says.
"Okay thanks." I say.
I walk in front of Rafe holding his hand and we go to Rafe's bedroom.
There's two people making out on the bed when I open the door.
"Get out!" I tell them.
They rush out of the bedroom and I close the door.
We go in the bathroom and Rafe sits on the toilet and I go under the sink and grab the first aid kit.
I grab the peroxide and clean his cuts.
"Ahhh." he says in pain.
"Don't think about it." I say.
I notice Rafe's eyes sparkling as I clean his cuts, admiring me.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing...thank you." he says.
"Of course." I tell him.
"When I'm losing my control the city spins around. You're the only one who knows to slow it down." he says.
I smile and blush. "Rafe that's so sweet. I'm glad I can help you." I say.
"And I'm glad I'm here to save you. You know I'll always look after you." he says.
"I know and so will I. For the rest of our life's." I say and kiss him.
