James and Sammy goes to sleep and J.J falls asleep while watching tv and Oliver takes a shower and get ready for the party even through his dad said he couldn't go, he gets dressed and grabs his keys and takes his father car to the party
At Nate's house*

Nate: I thought you was grounded
Oliver: I'm snuck out but I have leave before 2am or my dad will kill me

James wakes up and walks downstairs

James goes back upstairs to check on Oliver but when James goes in Oliver's room he wasn't in his room so he called him but he didn't answer

At the police station*
Officer reeves: you two get one phone call
Oliver: um sir my grandfather is the police commissioner

Oliver call his dad and get prepared to be yelled at
On the phone
James: hello this is district attorney Scott what can I do for you
Oliver: dad it's me
James: Oliver what the fuck
Oliver: I'm sorry
James: okay I can yell at you later are you hurt

Oliver: 69th precinct
James: your in jail
Oliver: I'm sorry but it wasn't my fault

James: your not me and you you ever in your life think just because I did something way before you was born will ever make it okay for you too disobey me and do what you want after I told you no you just don't listen and I told you weeks ago Nate is not your friend after he put drugs in your brothers bag

James starts the car
Oliver: are you gonna tell grandpas
James: no you are

James: you are super grounded
Oliver: I'm what
James: that means no phone no video games and no tv and definitely no sports until I say otherwise
Oliver: but J.J snuck out to a party
James: and he was grounded now put on your seatbelt and close your mouth

Twenty minutes later
Oliver stops crying
James: go in the house don't talk to anyone go straight to your room and go to sleep we will talk about this in the morning
Oliver: okay
James: wait give me my keys
Oliver: here
James: now get your ass in that house and go to your room and don't come out until I come in do you understand
Oliver: yes dad
James and Oliver gets out of the car and Oliver goes inside the house and see J.J on his phone and his dad walked to Nate's house
At James house*
Sammy: where have you been
Oliver: dad said
Sammy: your dad was worried sick where were you
Oliver: I went to a party maybe you can talk to him
Sammy: J.J go to bed please
J.J: okay goodnight
Sammy: here's you milk
J.J: thank you is daddy gonna tuck me in
Sammy: yes when he gets back
J.J: okay
Sammy: Oliver I think it's best if you just go to bed
Oliver: he's made a me for no reason I didn't really do anything
Sammy: don't say that to him he's gonna slap the shit outta of you

Oliver starts crying and runs upstairs

Sammy: if you want I can watch J.J and Jayden tomorrow while you handle Ollie
James: you don't mind
Sammy: no your my boyfriend and I love your kids and you
James: love you too I'll just be right back
Sammy: I'm going in the bed room and Jayden is in his nursery
James: okay
Sammy: I'll see you in a bit okay
James and Sammy goes upstairs and Sammy goes in him and James room and James takes a deep breath and goes in Oliver's room and see J.J
