You: "Alright Levi children it's time for bed."
Wesley: "But Mommmm."

Zach: "No buts, Wes. Mom said it's bedtime, you obey."
Wesley replies in a sad voice, "Yes, Sir."
Zach gives him a hug. The other three run to Zach to give him a hug before heading inside. He gives each one a kiss on the head and a big bear hug.

You: "I'll be right back, Mr. Levi."
Zach: "I'll be here. Night kids."
You help brush Priscilla's teeth and tuck all of your babies into bed.
The first day of vacation at the family vacation home had been a big success. The kids were almost asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillow. Between kayaking, fishing, and running around with some of the neighborhood kids catching bugs and fireflies, they were exhausted.
You head back to the backyard. Zach was still out there watching the lake.
You: "May I?"
He opens his arms as you situate yourself to be cradled in his lap.
Zach: "Did they all get settled?" He kisses your temple.
You: "Mmmhmmm. I think they were asleep before their heads hit their pillows."
Zach wraps his arms around you.
You enjoy sitting in the twilight listening to nature for a few minutes.
Zach: "Momma's getting tired too, I see."
You hadn't noticed that you had closed your eyes after snuggling your head under Zach's chin and into his chest.
You: "It's just so peaceful here."
Zach: "I know, isn't it wonderful?"
You: "You know what makes it more wonderful?"
Zach: "That you're here with me." He kisses the top of your head.
You: "Hey, you stole my line."
You feel him laugh.
You: "When we get inside would you join me in the tub?"
Zach shifts to look at you.
You: "I know. I know." You blush.
Zach: "Need I remind you what happens when I join you in the tub." He chuckles.
You laugh. The last time you had joined each other in the tub was when you conceived Priscilla.
You: "I mean I'm on the pill now, I think we would be fine."
Zach kisses you. "I would be a fool to decline."
He wraps you up in his arms and carries you to the house.
