Choyeong was having her lunch at Toto's restaurant after she finished her work. Suddenly she saw a glimpse of someone's shadow from the window and it was Vincenzo who's walking pass the restaurant but he got stopped when he saw her eating her lunch.
"Hey Vincenzo, come here" She waved at him.
He walks through at her and sat in front of her.
"Hey, already done your work for today?" He asked.
"Yeah, I just have a short work at the office so I finished in early" She spoke.
"Hey, can you join me to the prayers room so we can't discuss about this with all the tenants there?" He asked.
She blinked her eyes in second before she nodded her head.
"Sure but before that let me finish my lunch first because I'm hungry~" She dramatically whines.He laughed of her dramatic actions.
"Alright then" he chuckled.
After they finished their lunch, they went to the prayers room and they saw all the tenants are gathering together inside of the room.
They silence staring at Vincenzo, who was standing in front of them.He looks kinda nervous and he doesn't know how to start to speak with them.Choyeong laughed in silence at his cuteness shy of this cute mafia like him.She knew who he was now when back at the office she secretly to find information about Vincenzo Cassano.
"So....we won a small victory, but the truth is, we can't hold off the demolition much longer" Vincenzo said.
Everyone agreed of him but suddenly Mr.Lee pat it on the floor with his hands and stood up beside him.
"That's right, That means we bring on the muscle. There will be blood. I'll take—There will be no blood" Mr.Lee spoke.
"What I would like is to offer you an alternative" Mr.Lee proudly point at Vincenzo and he sit back beside his wife.
"I have plans to purchase a similar building nearby, which means, we could relocate all of you there" Vincenzo said.
"Wait, Mr.Cassano. So it's that mean all of us should move in into another building?" Choyeong asked in confusion.
"Yes, it's a new beginning but as a bonus, your rent is free" Vincenzo replied.
Everyone shocked of his answer.
"Huh? You're seriously?!" Yeonjin asked.
"Yes"
"I don't believe you.What would you do that for us? " Mrs.Kwak protests.
"I think it's best for everybody—"
"Maybe too good" Choyeong mumbled.
"Do you agree of my opinion, Ms.Hong?" Vincenzo asked her.
"Maybe yes not neither no but it depends on me, which means your opinion are good for us about new building.In the words of my teacher from high school, she said " The only free cheese is in the mouse trap" Do you guys agree with me?" Choyeong requests.
"Yes! I super agree of your opinion, Ms.Hong" Mr.Tak spoke and everyone agree of her.
"Choyeong has a good point, you get what you pay for" Mrs.Kwak said.
"I'm serious. There's no smoke and mirrors. The advantage with the new building is you can move in immediately" Vincenzo said.
"Ohh, so basically, we pack up and go. Sounds brilliant!" Mr.Ahn spoke of the sudden and that's make everyone look at him curiously.
"Do I know you?" Miri asked in curiously.
"Who are you?" Choyeong also asked him too.
"I don't know you" Yeonjin spoke.
"This is my new apprentice. He wanted to learn from a highly successful master chef, you see" Mr.Toto proudly spoke for him.
"Oh—Goodness" Everyone understood.
"Hello, nice to meet you but I need to know what yours name, Mr...."
"Ahn Gi Seok, Ms.Hong" he smiled at her.
"Ahh, nice to meet you, Mr.Ahn Gi Seok" she nodded her head to bow at him as the respect.
"Nice to meet you too, Ms.Hong" he bowed back at her.
"Welcome"
"Welcome, Mr.Ahn"
"I think he's pretty as at all. We can trust him" Miri couldn't her blushes in her cheeks. As Choyeong know that girl beside her, has a crush on him. She giggled in herself.
"You can't trust him just because you think he's cute" Larry warned her.
"Shush! Larry! Let her be then, he's good person you know"

Vincenzo looked at Choyeong but when she looks up at him, he looks away from her.
"Why would he con us? He's already been conned with those cheap knockoff suits" Mr.Tak said.
"And we have nothing—"
"Right"
"Just because we don't have much, doesn't mean he wouldn't try—" suddenly he got interrupted by Miri.
"You see, Larry. If you weren't such a poor judge of character, you wouldn't get dumb so often" Miri grinned at him. He laughed of her answer in satisfaction.
"I never been dumped because there's never been anyone, right Choyeong" Larry asked. Choyeong just shrugged her shoulder.
"Everyone, the foundation of good deeds are faith and trust. Good deeds lead to enlightenment. By putting trust in him, spiritual opportunity presents itself to us" Monk Chaeshin said. Everyone nodded.
"Thank you, nicely put" Vincenzo thanked him.
Monk Chaeshin bowed at him and went back to everyone's side.
"Everyone, I believe the decision to move is unanimous" Vincenzo spoke.
Everyone are now agree and clap for him as his support. Choyeong mouths " good job " as Vincenzo looked at her and give thumbs up for her.
