In a dark underground base sitting on his thrown was All for one, or also known as the quirk stealer or the king of the underworld. He's been rewatching Izuku's fights at the sports festival along with the Hosu incident to try and analyze his powers, while he was doing that he heard growling and looked over seeing a torn in half Nomu getting dragged away before a pool of blood appeared.
"Don't worry my pet, soon you will be able to feast on humans and not my fodder Nomu" he said before looking back to the TV and grinned slightly seeing Izuku use water. "So not only has the power increased over the years but it can be passed on... So this means Shimura will have everyone else's quirks and they will be so much stronger".
He clasped his hands together and let another grin form, his gaze then went to a second TV monitor where it showed Shigaraki talking to Overhaul and trying to set up an alliance.
Overhaul said he'd work with the League as long as they help him get Eri so he can continue his research and once he gets her back he'll sell his bullets to them for a much cheaper price and help them in future endeavors.
"The cogs are slowly turning and it won't be long until we meet again All Might and maybe I can meet you as well Shimura" he said.
As he continued to think this over he never noticed something enter his base and land behind him before it spoke.
"Why hello All For One" said a deep but feminine voice that held power and would make most people bow in respect just from the power in its tone.
All for one felt the hairs on his body stand up and a shiver go down his spine hearing that voice, whoever this woman was; was powerful it she could make him feel like this.
"I've come to make a small one time deal with you" she said "also if you turn and look at me". Beads of sweat started to roll down All for ones face as he felt the presence get stronger "I will kill you before your many healing quirks can even attempt to save you".
"...... I see... So tell me, what do you want?" He said with his mind racing trying to figure who she is, giving that she can make him be afraid meant she is powerful, but this lead to many questions, like how has he never heard of this woman.
"That's quite simple, I just want you to continue what you are doing but contact me during your next raid so I can deal with Shimura" she said.
"And why should I do that?".
"Because... I am the only one who can deal with him, until then All For One".
All for one turned around and saw nothing but a small black fire with a single black and purple feather in the center of the flame.
"...things are changing faster than even I could have expected" he said with a dark chuckle and a psychotic grin forming on his face.

Izuku fixed his tie for the dance tonight, he checked his suit over one last time to make sure it wasn't dirty but after a moment he was quite happy and he left his hotel room heading for the tower where the dance will be along with scientists showing off lots of different inventions.
He continued to walk for a while and he soon arrived and rode up the elevator before he found himself at the floor he was asked to wait for everyone. He walked over to a wall and leaned against it and closed his eyes as he wondered what types of inventions the scientist will be showing.
"This will be a interesting evening and hopefully I can talk to uncle David" he said to himself.
Just then the elevator doors opened and Katsuki and Kirishima walked out with Shoka also walking out of the elevator doors.
She was wearing the same type of dress as she wore when he first met her but he noticed that this time she had some red lipstick and some black eyeliner. Not only that but her more feminine features seemed to stand out more giving she's grown since last time she wore this dress, which made it tighter in certain areas.
She looked around and saw Izuku, it made her even happier seeing that he was alone, this meant she can talk to him about some things that made herself slightly embarrassed.
"Oh hello Shoka, you look very beautiful" said Izuku looking her over with a blush.
Shoka blushed and played with her red hair "thank you Izuku, you look very handsome yourself" she said before looking up into his red and golden eyes. "Hey Izuku can I talk to you for a bit?".
"Yeah, what's up?" He said giving her his full attention.
"I was wondering.. what are your feelings about me?... I know that we haven't really had a lot of time to spend together and we were originally just supposed to have an arranged marriage... But I ended up growing feelings for you, I know that you have multiple lovers and will most likely gain more but I hope maybe you'll return my feelings for you" said Shoka.
Izuku was silent for a little bit as he chewed on that question and thought of a answer, it took him a bit but he did eventually find a good one. "I appreciate you being honest with me and I can't give you a true answer to your question since like you said, we haven't spent enough time together, but I'd be ok with us spending more time together if that's what you".
She looked down and smiled happily with a small red tint adorning her cheeks "I'd be ok with that... Would it be ok if I have a dance with you tonight?".
"Yeah that's like it'd be fun, though Ochako, Himiko and Mei claimed the first dances with me so after them I'll give you a dance?" Said Izuku.
"I can't wait for it then Izuku" she said looking at him giving a warm smile before moving in and lightly pecking his cheek.
When she did that he noted that her lips were both hot and cold at the same time which was thanks to her quirk.
Just then a different elevator opened and the girls walked out of it and each one were wearing beautiful dresses that complimented them each.
Himiko walked out wearing a blood red dress that went half way down her thighs, with bits of black thrown in, mainly on the chest and stomach and as the accents and trimming of the dress. It was strapless and showed a bit of her cleavage, on her neck was a black choker and for her hair, she pulled it into a single bun on the back of her head with a braid wrapped around it.
Mei wore a dark blue strapless dress that slowly faded to light blue down to here her feet are, along with the skirt was a slit that exposed one of her legs showing her thigh high boots. She also had her hair up in a small messy ponytail while she had some framing her face.
"Wow..." He said making all the girls puff their chest out in pride, especially his girlfriends since they were for his eyes only.
"Hey sorry I'm late everyone!!" Said Melissa entering the room in her own dress.
"Leave it to the blonde to be late" muttered Katsuki.
"That's like the pot calling the kettle black Katsuki..." Said Himiko with a deadpan expression.
Kyoka looked around and sighed feeling even more embarrassed and self conscious giving her style in dress and how she wasn't well developed. But before her self consciousness could eat her alive she remembered what Izuku told her "You are one of the most attractive woman I have ever met and everything about you is perfect the way it is. Your funny, cute and make good jokes and helped keep Iida in check sometimes, your talented in music and I know for a fact that one day you'll be one of the greatest heroes ever".. A blush formed on her cheeks and she looked up to him seeing as he was trying and failing desperately to stop a hungry Himiko from biting his neck. She couldn't help but feel a little jealous of the girls since she wished she could do stuff like that with him.
"Himiko don't get carried away we still have a dance and stuff to do" said Ochako trying to stop her.
"Hehehe I know but I want a snack, though I'd prefer his protein~" said Himiko with absolutely zero shame.
All the girls that liked him or were dating him went neon, Melissa blushed at what Himiko was implying that she did to her cousin. Katsuki was just laughing at Izuku's suffering while using a laughing Kirishima as a support so he didn't fall to the ground.
"H-himiko you already had blood earlier I don't think you need anymore" said Izuku trying to calm her down.
"Hehe nope, I want more" she said with a fanged smile.
He simply let out a sigh and loosened his tie before undoing a couple buttons to expose his neck, once it was exposed she immediately bite down on it and began to drink some of his blood and her eyes rolled back a bit since she was getting blood straight from the artery which meant it was the freshest and tasted the best.
After about 15 seconds of drinking she let go and licked up any stray blood on his neck before peppering it with a couple kisses before she gave him a kiss on the lips.
"Thanks Izu~" she said.
Ochako and Mei then grabbed him and both gave him a heated kiss which all but knocked the wind out of him.
Kyoka, Momo and Shoka all pouted seeing this.
"Ok before you 4 end up making out let's all go to the party first ok" said Melissa not really wanting to see her cousin do that kind of stuff.
They all blushed lightly but said nothing else as they walked into the room and saw well over a hundred people in the room with most being investors or scientists trying to get funding from said investors. A couple of heroes were also in the room, with the most famous being All Might who was talking to David about something.
"Holy shit your dad sure knows how to get lots of ass kissers" said Katsuki bluntly.
"Well he is the head scientist and he's build a large amount of the gear here on I Island" said Melissa.
"Meh you don't need stu-" he froze when a purple aura appeared near him and Katsuki slowly turned around seeing Mei with a closed eye smile and the aura of death around her.
"What was that Katsuki?" She said with a closed eye smile that grew a bit more.
"N-n-nothing Mei..." He said using Kirishima as a human shield.
"Oh come on Katsuki" she said as the aura grew more intense and it started to scare everyone near them "tell me." Death then appeared behind her holding it's scythe.
Izuku moved in and picked up Mei carrying her away to go talk to some scientist so she doesn't end up killing Katsuki, he only had so many bones and so much blood. He really doesn't want a repeat of last time when Katsuki insulted Mei's babies.
"Izu let me go I need to teach him a lesson!!" She yelled trying to break free of his grip while also pulling a wrench out of nowhere and hucked it right at Katsuki who barely dodged it and it got imbedded in the wall behind him.
"Katsuki you know better than to insult Mei's babies" said Himiko.
"Don't remind me... I can still feel it even after all the years.." said Katsuki shivering.
"Hey bro what did she do to you?" Said Kirishima curiously.
"......your better off not knowing.." he said getting a shade paler "...limbs weren't meant to bend that way...".
Kirishima made a mental note to never insult her inventions.
"Ok everyone let's go enjoy this party and talk to some people" said Momo as she walked off hoping to go find Izuku and talk to him.
Kyoka followed her while Shoka was dragged into a conversation since she was the daughter of the number 2 hero in Japan.
Kirishima and Katsuki wandered off to the food table and lastly Ochako and Himiko went to try and talk to Midnight since they had a question for her.
For Izuku he finally managed to calm down Mei so she wouldn't almost cripple Katsuki again, she was munching on some shrimp with a happy expression. He couldn't help but chuckle seeing her be this happy with food.
"Is the shrimp good?" He said.
"Mhm, they even have bacon wrapped shrimp and it's so good" she mewled as she grabbed another one.
He then looked up and saw some lady wearing a uniform he didn't even know how to describe, she was also holding her phone up to both of them.
"Wow you two are really a good couple" she said looking at her phone.
"Huh?" Said Izuku confused.
"Oh I have a special app on here that lets me see how well couples would work together and both of you are S which means you both really love each other" she said. Her eyes then widened as Himiko walked up to Izuku asking him a bunch of questions "wow and she's obsessive with him".
Izuku got a quick look and saw that it showed Izuku with an S and Himiko had several S's for Izuku, while also breaking out of the container trying to grab Izuku.
Before she could say anything someone with spikey blue hair appeared"GURI WE ARE NOT MEANT TO BE IN THIS ANIME!!!!" He yelled grabbing her and dragging her away.
"What no I want to see more couples!!!" She yelled getting dragged away.
Izuku sweat dropped at that, but then heard someone else speak.
"Hey Izuku it's so good to see you after so long, how are you?" said David walking up to him.
"Oh hello Uncle David, I'm doing good" he said "I've been training a lot and have been getting stronger, plus been in lots of stupid fights".
"That's good to hear, also... I heard something interesting from Nezu.. is it true that you destroyed 3 training cities?" Said David.
"Uuuh... Yes?" Said Izuku not actually knowing the best way to respond to that question.
"I see... Well thank Kami your on our side or else we'd all be doomed" he said with an awkward chuckle.
"I get that a lot... Oh how have your new inventions been going? I heard you are revealing something brand new tonight" said Izuku.
"Well they have been going good and I would tell you, but that'd ruin the surprise now wouldn't it?" Said David.
"Haha I can't deny that, though if your being this secretive than it must be something big" said Izuku.
"Oh why yes, yes it is and I can't wait for everyone to see it" said David.
Izuku was about to continue talking when he noticed that Kyoka was walking over to him, once she was Infront of him she grabbed his hand and dragged him away with her.
"Um Kyoka?" He said confused.
"Shh just follow me" she said pulling him over to a large group of guys that were surrounding Momo, they were either scientists themselves or sons of investors and they were all hitting on her.
"Come on lady Yaoyorozu join me for the night, I'm sure we can work on a great deal for both of our companies" said one man with a smile that said he wasn't going to take no for an answer.
Normally Momo was used to things like this but they were normally at her home and her security guards would step in to kick them out, but right now she was on her own and the guys were surrounding her so no one could see her.
"Hey.. is it getting hot over here?" Said someone pulling on the collar of his suit.
The others noticed it too and Momo let out a small sigh of relief, Izuku was here.
"I'm sorry guys but.. what are you doing to her?" Izuku said walking forward with a glare and flames licking at his hands.
"None of your business dude, we were just talking to this girl" said one of them.
Izuku was getting flashbacks to the party Momo invited him too a while ago and he decided intimidate them, his eyes hardened and he glared down on them for a moment before he walked forward and took Momo's hand. "Sorry for being late babe, Kyoka here really wanted a kiss from me so I didn't notice" he said before lightly kissing her hand then cheek.
Momo's face went neon and for Kyoka her face was just as red and her jacks started to wave Infront of her face.
He then took Kyoka's hand as well and lead them both away leaving a very pissed off group of young men who were all cock blocked. But sadly for the whole group one of them spoke up "dude why are you wearing a dress?" He said gesturing to Kyoka.
For Kyoka her eyes narrowed in anger "I'm a girl!" She hissed out.
"But your boobs are small, everyone knows girls have big boobs, not small ones" he said in a uncaring tone.
Before he could continue speaking a jack stabbed him in the eye making him yelp in pain and hold it as the others left.
Izuku and Momo were following Kyoka seeing her stomping off while trying to push down her sadness and embarrassment.
"Shimura you should talk to her and I think do something to take her mind off of that, don't worry about me, I'll go talk to Ochako and Himiko along with Mei" said Momo.
"Alright and sorry about earlier with that whole thing" he said.
"It's alright, sadly I'm used to guys or girls around my age hitting on me during parties" she said before heading towards Ochako who was talking to Melissa.
For Izuku he walked a ways and found Kyoka sitting on a chair off at the end of the room by herself, he walked up to her and sat down.
"Don't listen to those idiots, you are beautiful" he said trying to cheer her up.
Kyoka let out a small chuckle and nodded her head "thanks Shimura... I don't know why but when he said that.. it just hurt".
He looked at her and put a arm around her back, pulling her into a hug "just remember, don't listen to them ok, your one of the most beautiful woman I know, besides I bet they are just jealous that they could never be with you" he said.
A small snort was heard as she looked at him with a smile "thank you again Izuku, I really appreciate it".
Izuku nodded his head and then looked up seeing that the dance started, so he stood up and extended his hand to her "Kyoka would you like to have the first dance with me?".
She shyly nodded her head and took his hand standing up before they both went to the dance floor. He stood Infront of her and placed one hand on her slim waist while holding the other and Kyoka had had a hand against his chest as they began dancing. It started off as slow rocking before it grew a bit more and they did slight spins and Izuku picked her up and spun her around before putting her back down continuing dancing.
After a little bit the song came to an end and Kyoka was smiling happily before she moved in and gave a small kiss on his lips "thank you again Izuku~" she said before walking away and Izuku saw that she had a very slight sway to her hips.
Before he could think on it he felt a tap on the shoulder and saw Himiko with a fanged smile "my turn!" She chirped out happily.
They took began to dance and as they did Izuku saw Ochako and Mei dancing while in the far side of the room he saw Katsuki dancing with Kirishima.
"Fawkes remind me to tease them".
"Got it".
The dances continued for a while and Izuku's last dance was with Shoka and she was surprisingly the best dancer out of them all and she said it was thanks to her sister teaching her how to dance.
Once the final song ended Shoka herself gave Izuku a small kiss on the cheek before leaving.
"Izu~" said Mei sneaking up on him and grabbing his arm with a flushed red face as she looked up at him "I promised you a special reward tonight~".
He looked at her and the smile on her face scared him greatly.
She leaned up to his ear and whispered in it "girls have 3 holes and you've only explored 2 of mine~".
Sputtering was heard but then he felt a shiver go up his spine as Himiko and Ochako appeared with the same smiles as Mei.
"I won't be getting any sleep tonight...".
