Furthermore, the inscriptions and formations of the Projection Stone used were from the one that Pirro gave to him. Although it won't affect the projected image but the consumption of the spiritual energy tripled.
[Creation Magic] is great and all but it was literally 'what you see is what you get'. It could perfectly replicate and re-create what he saw but it won't be able to improved at all.
Therefore, despite having a more better Mother Center Stone and Projection Stone, it's energy consumption also increase to scary level. The consumption would scare Pirro should he learn its cost.

Since they were near the area, Cole visit his the said Green Wolf tribe. He inform them that the nearest city and human villages were now under his care and it'll be best if Green Wolves under its rule won't try to attack the humans.
The Alpha of the Green Wolves nodded in understanding. In any case, his pack usually don't enter the barren edge of the forest. They don't have the intention, and don't ever, attack human settlements. Humans they attack were cultivators that enter their territory either by mistake or intentionally. It was purely protecting their territory and their resources.
After sending his warning, Cole didn't linger the Green Wolves territory any longer.
But after leaving the area, an idea struck Cole.

He can control a beast pack inside, claim its own territory and guard it. The territory will become its hunting ground and it'll reduce and control the number of wild beast inside. This will ensure that the number of wild beasts won't multiply into terrifying number that resources of the Dark Forest won't be able to support them and try to attack human territory.
Towering Tree City were just beside the Dark Forest and it'll definitely face the brunt first should it happen.
First, he'll control a beast pack at the edge of the forest and form a natural barricade for his own territory.
And then, from there, he'll slowly infiltrate the Dark Forest and learn its hidden secrets.
The longer he think about it, the more he think that the plan is perfect and feasible.
But for the meantime, he won't be able to realize this plan.
Cole focus on looking for suitable area and it wasn't before long and he arrived at unusual small mountain that is bare of any vegetation. It was like a bald spot of a human's head.
Instantly, he choose the said bald mountain as the area specially for breakingthrough.
Since the area look unusual, Cole first check the area but according to his senses, there is no trace of life. Only the earth of the mountain that is a little special the it actually hinder the growth of any plant. It was as though the soil itself repulse any vegetation.
Sensing that there's literally nothing on the mountain, he finally marked the place. He'll bring his henchmen in this place and make a breakthrough as soon as possible.
He want to see what is the changes that'll happen in the dungeon monolith if they challenge it with Void Sensing stage cultivator. Perhaps they'll loot something that is related to [Concept] like Concept Crystal.
After he found the suitable place he's been looking for, he open a spatial passage and return into his own room in city lord mansion.
Coincidentally, it was exactly the same time when he announced the month long gap for those who leave the city.
Immediately, he command all the officers, specially the city guard that no one can lead the city.
The city lord announced that he'll now fully control the city.

On the other hand, the Five Divine Beasts Mountain Pillar Array, were an artifact in the form of massive mountain. Five pillars with lifelike image of well known divine beasts—the green releasing a peaceful aura Azure Dragon Pillar, the black with heavy aura Black Tortoise Pillar, the fiery red full of elegant air Vermillion Bird Pillar and the metallic white pillar full of ferocious air White Tiger Pillar. It was an all rounder artifact with strong defensive, sealing and offensive capability.
Unlike the Chaotic Thunder Pool Ruins, this Five Divine Beasts Mountain Pillar Array have top notch concealment as long as it touch the earth. It could appear like a normal mountain and it could even submerged thousand of feet underground.
And the last was the Divine Dragon Sealing Spirit Lock Prison were an unforgiving artifact. Its name were overbearing but it was only an testament that it could even seal and imprison a divine dragon.
The reason why Cole said the said artifact unforgiving is because instead of being a correctional facility, the prison were more of torture chamber that will drain everything on its prisoner. It will slowly refine the prisoner, absorbing their spiritual energy, their cultivation, their flesh and blood literally everything to create a rich cultivation grounds. It was like a recycling facility that use powerful individuals as a resource.
And being tortured and killed, it wasn't the end. Using the strong resentment it gathers, it could even refine the skeletal remains of prisoners to create a puppet servant. It literally use everything the imprisoned individual to the fullest.

This means that the four artifacts were like a spring of never ending resources.
In their presence, the Purifying Evil Radiance Orb sounds inferior and trash. But the truth is, Baldy is not inferior. As a matter of fact, it was a perfect for artifact for sourcing human resource through its [Edifying Light]. Only, it was currently weakened and damaged since it was isolated for a long time after sealing the limbs of unkillable Devourer Devil.
But after it was subjected with Miracle Fruit essence when he consume one and absorb almost half of it, it was now on the process of recovering itself. It won't be long before he'll have another top-notch divine artifact.
The System also reward him with many defensive structures for city. Elemental Cannons for powerful long range attack. Its area of effect damage is perfect for dealing huge numbers of enemies but weak on overall strength. This weapon is perfect for defending beast tide.
