*Morning May 29*
Spending the rest of your morning, you visited Ryuji and Ann for your little experiment. After talking with them and strengthening your bonds with them, you used your new power to peer into their hearts and saw they were clean and pure. After leaving each residence, you walked around Shibuya to take in as much as you could.
*Afternoon*
Spending a few hours "sight" seeing, you create a list of people that could be potential targets in Mementos and logged it into the Phansite, which surprisingly, you are an Admin, you figured your friends told Mishima about your close envolvement with the Phantom Thieves that he found your profile and made you one. Made your job a lot easier to do in this case.
The next place you decided to visit was Makoto's. You were a little nervous but you decided to call her.
Makoto: Yes?
You: Hey! It's me!
Makoto: Y/N? What is it..?
You: Oh nothing, I was just wondering if it is alright if I stop by and say hi.
Makoto: O..Of course! I mean, it is a bit lonely and kinda boring home alone.
You: Great! I'll be there very soon.
You hang up the phone and head towards her place. Upon reaching it, you are let in by Makoto who is pretty happy to see you as it's been a little bit since you both had seen each other like this. You smile softly and head into the living room with her and sit down.
Makoto: This is a little unexpected.
You: Sorry, I just thought it was good that I come visit sometime and here I am.
Makoto: *Soft Giggle* It is not a worry, I am glad like I said earlier that you are here.
You: So is Sae-san at work?
Makoto: She is.
You: Man, working on a Sunday seems weird to me.
Makoto: Well she is very busy.
You: I understand that but in the States working on Sunday just sucks.
Makoto: How would you know?
You: Cause my father worked on Sundays a lot, never got to seem him home at all.
Makoto: I feel the same with Sis.
You: I bet. It must be rough.
Makoto: Y/N, we had this discussion before.. I..-
You: I know, but seriously you love your sister don't you?
Makoto: *Sigh* Very much so.
You: Hopefully she will come around more often.
Makoto: Yeah that would be something else wouldn't it.
You: Hmm? You sound like something is on your mind?
You look at Makoto and see her a little agitated by something. You place your hand on top of hers and she jumps a little and looks at you.
Makoto: Oh.. I just.. Well..
You: Hmm? What is it..?
Makoto: It's just that.. I have been doing some stuff in the background of my life and I don't know how it really works..
You: Hmm? What do you mean Makoto?
Makoto: W..Well just last week my phone kinda freaked out for no reason and had this weird app thingy that popped up on my screen and then disappeared.
You: W..What..?
Makoto: And after doing some digging.. I kinda stumbled upon myself with it. And... I think I might be going crazy.
You: Are you saying..?
Makoto: I know you are a Phantom Thief and I accepted that but I never really knew what you actually did and even if you told me I wouldn't have believed you before.
You: Wait.. Before..?
Makoto: Well.. I kinda.. had a strange few encounters...
You: Makoto.. Are you telling me you've been to the.. Meta Verse..?
Makoto: I..Is that what you call it..?
You: *Worried Sigh* Was it some distorted world..?
Makoto: Mhm.
You: Were there creepy shadow monsters there?
Makoto: Mhm.
You: Did something happened to your clothes and something within you burst to life?
Makoto:....Mhm....
You: *Heavy Sigh* I see....
You close your eyes and then open them to the same golden glow and scan Makoto. You see the presence of a Persona within her ever vibrant. You see the bright blue aura around her as he looks down and is kinda nervous and shy about the whole situation.
Makoto: I was running for my life, then I wanted to protect myself, and suddenly I called upon my Persona and bam! I was dead in the middle of an action movie kicking some major butt.
You: So you were able to use your Persona?
Makoto: Yes. She called out to me and I responded.
You: If you're powers have awoken, why haven't you approached me or the others..?
Makoto: That's the thing.. I wanted to but there was a strange presence following me whenever I wanted to approach you guys about it. Almost like it didn't want me to reach out. So I decided to keep it secret for now.
You: Well now that I know, I think you should join with the others, become a Phantom Thief.
Makoto: M..Me? A Phantom Thief?
You: Correct. I know deep down you have a sense of justice, isn't there a reason you wanted to become a Police Commissioner or something along those lines?
Makoto: That is true.. But how should I approach them?
You: Just meet them at their hide out and tell them.
Makoto: Won't you be there?
You: Unfortunately I had something strange happen to me so I can't work alongside them, just know that I am still continuing my work as a Phantom Thief in the shadows. That's all you need to know.
Makoto: But.. I thought I would help you and them together.
You: Makoto, trust me when I say this but, you should go to them, they lost me in the team for now and your appearance should aid them greatly. I trust that you will do your best.
Makoto: If you say so.. But what are you going to do?
You: I'll handle my own things when I do.
You stand up and turn to leave.
You: It was good to see you Makoto, just remember that I will help you guys my own way. Well see ya.
You leave Makoto's home and walk off towards the train station, thinking to yourself you start to scan around her home for any signs of that presence she was talking about before. You take a good moment to look around and see anything. However you come up with nothing and proceed to head to the station. Getting back to Yongen-Jaya. You open the Meta Verse app and enter Mementos.
You: It's been awhile but I think it is time for me to explore this my own.
You set off within Mementos in searching for a few answers to some questions that you had gained when you had your weird dream state last night. Hoping to find some answers in Mementos, you prepare for a tough trek...

So I tend to lead the direction around a bit that suits what I am trying to accomplish and save some dialogue and character interactions for later use. Been meaning to get a little more in depth with the underlying plot that has been established so you guys can get some neat new story bits and plot relevance.
