Taehyung was pretty flustered by what Changho said. He couldn't believe that the boy actually got that attached to him.. That was incomprehensible.
So when he said " I'm not giving up on you" , He was speechless. He didn't know what to respond to that..
So he just chuckled and punched his chest playfully.
Tae: what was that? Hahahaha.
Changho looked at him with fond eyes and got closer.. Taehyung was frozen. He looked at him right in the eyes and down at his lips.. Then, a smile formed on his face. There was a weird silence in the room which Yeri noticed so she got out to see what was happening.
Her eyebrows furrowed when she saw the scene.
Tae: Changho...
CH: What? Does that affect you?
Tae: Ah?
CH: If what I do now make your heart beat fast and give you butterflies.. I still can hope. He said calmly almost whispering.
Tae: ........
Yeri looked around her and went back to the room. Then, she took the vase on the table and threw in on the floor cautiously not to get hurt but to get her mom's attention.
Taehyung was brought back to reality harshly. He pushed Changho lightly and stood up. He rushed to the room.
Tae: Yeri?? Is everything okay??
Yeri looked at him with doe eyes and pointed at the piece of glass on the floor.
Tae: Ya. What did you do?? Seriously Yeri.
Yeri pouted sadly.
YR: " I am sorry.. That was not on purpose. " she signed then looked at the door to find Changho.
CH: Are you okay? Did you get hurt?
She shooked her head to say no.
YR: " I'm gonna find the broom. "
Tae: Okay. And hurry. Hah. Tae said sighing. He got on his knees and began to pick one by one the piece of vase. He was a bit sad because that was his mom's gift but.. That was okay.
Changho hurried to help him.
Tae: Thank you.
CH: It's alright. Don't get hurt with the.. This is sharp.
Taehyung smiled and stood up.
CH: Where should I throw it?
Tae: Over here. Follow me.
They cleaned up quickly.
Tae: Yeri, are you hungry?
Yeri shooked her head and yawned cutely.
Tae: Tired? Me too.
CH: Mmm. I should leave you two alone to rest then. Sorry got disturbing you.
Tae: No no. You didn't. I liked the chicken. Tae said kindly.
Ch: you litteraly just drank the juice. Hahaha.
Tae: hah. Hahahaha. Sorry. I was not very hungry. He said lowering his head.
CH: Anyway. I 'm off then.
Taehyung nodded and took him to the door telling Yeri to wait for him in the room.
Tae: Thank you for the food.
CH: Thank for our little talk.
Tae: you call that a talk?
CH: Yup. Hahaha. Hah! Alright. I'll leave now. Good night Taehyung.
Taehyung 's face soften as he said it back.
Tae: Bye.
CH: Bye bye. Changho bidded him burrying his hands in his pockets. He walked to the elevator and got in. His smile faded slowly as soon as he got inside. He lowered his head and sighed. His heart was just a bit hurt.
Taehyung locked the door and sighed as well. He went to Yeri.
Tae: Honey. You should eat something anyway. Here. It's chicken.
Yeri nodded and sat on the chair to eat.
Taehyung observed her eating and smiled.
Tae: what was that yeri? He asked amused.
Yeri: " what? "
Tae: Why were you so rude with uncle Changho?
Yeri : " I didn't do anything "
Tae: Liar.
Yeri: " I just can't stand him mom. How can he act this way when you told him clearly that you have a boyfriend?? "
Taehyung giggled and caressed her hair.
Tae: You know whatever he says or does, I am in love with Jungkook and nothing will change my feelings.
Yeri: " Okay but he must have limits. "
Tae smiled and pulled her closer. He hugged her and kissed her forehead.
Tae: If you are finished, let's get ready for bed.
They got up and walked to the bathroom to brush their teeth.
Tae: Now, you couldn't have done your homework.
Yeri faked to yawn and immediately got on the bed.
Tae: shhh. Hahahaha. What a naughty child.
Tae washed his face and felt a but weird for a moment. He tapped his both cheeks and took a deep breath..
Tae: I think I caught something. Hah.
He changed and joined his daughter. She was already sleeping soundly. He lifted the blanket on her and stared at her cute sleeping face. He couldn't believe how time flies.. Yeri had grown up in such a pace.
He then, remembered how he struggled in the past just to spend an hour with her.. He felt his eyes watering.
Tae: Don't grow up too fast...mhm?
Yeri who he thought was asleep opened her eyes and smiled.
Yeri:" I love you mom. "
Taehyung smiled back and hugged her.
Tae: I love you more and more and more.
Then, they fell asleep there in each other's arms. That was a beautiful mother and daughter moment.

After dropping Yeri at school, Tae went right away to work. He got in and greeted everyone before walking to his office. He didn't think of checking on Jungkook before his little break.
He went to his office. That was empty.
Tae: ah? Where is he?
Jimin showed behind him.
JM: They were drunk dead yesterday. You should have seen Yoongi 's state. Those dorks.
Tae: Really? I guess he is very tired.
JM: yup. I think they were too excited to be reunited again.
Taehyung chuckled and took a sip of his green tea.
Tae: Okay. Well, i'm gonna finish working before.
JM: Alright. Hahaha.
Tae patted Jimin's shoulder and went back to his computer.
After some hours, that was finally lunch time so Taehyung bought cupcakes and went to Jungkook's flat.
He knew the password so he entered it and got in easily.
Tae: Jungkook! He called out removing his shoes.
He put down the box on the table and walked to his room.
Tae: Aish. So dark.
He opened all the curtains and a window. That was stinking alcohol.
Jungkook groaned and turned around. He was topless looking like a beached whale. He just held his laugh and turned him around.
Tae: Jungkookiiiie. This is the morning buddy. Hahahah.
JK: Mom... Let me sleep a little more.
Taehyung chuckled lighly and got on him in a smooth way. Then, he began to tap his both cheeks.
Tae: Babe.. Wake up..
Jungkook just crunched his nose.
Taehyung sighed. He cleared his throat.
Tae: Oppa... God, I can't believe i'm actually doing that. Oppa~ wake up. Your lunch is here. He said cutely.
For some reasons, Jungkook smiled.
Tae: Oppa~ open your eyes. Mhm? I got you a delicious lunch. Haha.
Jungkook finally opened his eyes halfway.
Jk: If you are the breakfast, I eat it gladly.
Taehyung chuckled and hit his forehead hardly.
JK: Ouch! Yaa!
Tae: WHO TOLD YOU TO DRINK SO MUCH!?
JK: Did you wake up today and chose violence??
Taehyung bursted in laugh.
Jk: *giggles*
Taehyung was about to get off of him but he held him and sat down.
JK: Kiss me..
Tae: Are you crazy? No! You stink! Go take a shower first! He said removing his hands and walking to the kitchen.
Jungkook groaned and sniffed. He rubbed his eyes and and yawned.
JK: Babe...
Tae: Go shower first.
Jungkook pouted sadly and walked lazily to the bathroom while Tae began to clean up a bit.
After 15 minutes, Jungkook got out with a towel around the waist and another one wipping his hair.
Tae: Won't you get dressed?
JK: later..I have an awful headache...
Tae: Here. Drink it.
Jungkook drank the medicine and sighed.
Tae put the plate of cupcakes in front of him and signaled him to eat.
Jk: Thank you sir.
Tae: Where is Tae hee?
JK: She went to her friend. She said she will move with her. A good new.
Tae: Mmmm.
JK: That is delicious. *chew*
Tae: Yeah. I am glad you like it.
JK: Don't you want a bite?
Taehyung looked at it and shooked his head.
Tae: No.
JK: Have you already eaten?
Tae: No. I came here right away.
JK: So eat with me. What do you mean you won't? You have to.
Tae: No.. I.. I don't feel like eating something sweet now. Is there.. I don't know. Ramyeon?
JK: You'll eat ramyeon for lunch?
Tae: Yeah.
Jungkook sighed and stood up.
Jk: Sit down. I'll cook it quickly.
Tae: Alright. Taehyung agreed with a smile.
Jungkook prepared the ramyeon and glanced at Taehyung. The boy had his eye closed.
JK: Tae. Are you okay?
Tae: Ah? Yeah.. I just got a hot flash..
Jungkook walked over and checked his temperature.
JK: Are you sick?
Tae: I don't know. But it's nothing. I'm just tired. We have so much work lately.
Jungkook smiled and caressed his hair. Then, he leaned to give him a sweet kiss.
A smile curved on Taehyung 's lips as he buried his face in Jungkook 's bare chest. That felt good..
Jungkook smiled. He found the older adorable.
The ramyeon, cooked, they began to eat in a good mood.
JK: okay! I'm gonna change now and we will go to work.
Tae nodded with his head and went to the room. He lied on the bed and scrolled on his social media.
Jungkook changed quickly and fixed his hair. He was now ready.
JK: Taehyung? Babe. Let's go.
He entered the bedroom and found Taehyung sleeping peacefully on the bed holding his pillow. He chuckled and approached him.
JK: Taehyung? Is it time for a nap? Hahaha.
But Tae wouldn't wake up. He felt good in there. Jungkook stared at him a moment and covered him with a blanket.
JK: Alright.
He kissed on his forehead and checked his temperature once again.
JK: He must be really tired. He said in a low voice smiling.
He let him sleep and left the appartment silently for work.
