You stifled a yawn as you mindlessly followed Sebastian, Bonde, and Fred through the town.
As you continued walking, you accidentally tripped on your leg and started to stumble forward.
"Hey!" Sebastian called out as he quickly wrapped an arm around your waist, catching you before you kissed the sidewalk.
"Idiot, at least watch where you're going," Sebastian grumbled, helping you up.
"Haha... Thanks, Seb," you tiredly laughed as you pinched your cheeks to wake yourself up.
"Are you alright, (N/N)? You've been working for the whole week, right?" Bonde asked, checking the temperature of your forehead.
"Yeah, I'm fine...!" you waved your hand reassuringly, "Just a little tired, is all," you yawned, walking past the three.
"Are you sure you're gonna be okay?" Fred asked, holding onto your arm to keep you steady while Sebastian kept a sturdy hand on your shoulder.
"Yeah! I've dealt with worse," you smiled, remembering the back-to-back missions and training you had before.
As you four walked through town, you smelled something sweet in the air, instantly catching your attention.
You looked around the stores and saw a bakery nearby, a sign saying APPLE HAZELNUT CRISP ON SALE.
You felt your stomach grumble as you looked at a couple eating the crisp, enjoying each bite.
"Stay focused," Sebastian chopped the top of your head, cutting your fantasy short.
"Just a small snack...?"
"After the mission," you sighed at his reply as you looked away, trying to forget your craving.
"See? Told you," you smiled, carrying out your part of the mission without a hitch.
"I don't think being sleep-deprived is an accomplishment..." Bonde muttered in worry as he followed you out of the manor.
"But being sleep-deprived yet could still function properly is still a feat to me!" you pointed out as you stumbled slightly, making him chuckle.
"Yes, yes... Let's go home and get you some sleep," Bonde put his hands on your back, pushing you lightly as you kept walking.
"Good work,"
"Good work!" Bonde greeted Sebastian and Fred as the two walked to the carriage.
"What took you guys so long?"
"Just took a little detour," Sebastian muttered as he looked around the carriage.
"Where's (Y/N)?"
Bonde smiled as he looked back inside the carriage where you were napping soundly.
"They said they were just gonna wait inside, but they slowly fell asleep," Bonde chuckled as you lightly snored.
Sebastian breathed out a smile as he walked inside, shaking you lightly.
"Hey... are you asleep already?" you quickly sat up, trying to open your eyes.
"I'm up...! I'm up!" you muttered, rubbing your eyes and trying to open them up.
"Here," Sebastian took out a basket with a sweet scent coming out from under the blanket, "For working so hard,"
You widened your eyes at the familiar smell, opening up the blanket and seeing the apple crisps from earlier.
"Don't we get rewards?" Bonde teased as he poked Sebastian's arm, making the colonel roll his eyes.
"You're not the ones who worked for five days straight,"
"Stingy!"
You chuckled as you put a hand on his shoulder, kissing his cheek.
"Thanks, Seb," you smiled as you took a bite of the crisp, sighing in delight.
Bonde covered his wide grin as he kept looking at Sebastian.
The colonel scoffed as he looked away, his ears completely red.
"Shut it..."
"I didn't say anything,"
"You didn't have to,"
The two kept messing around while Fred went inside the carriage, enjoying the crisps with you.
