At the DEO, Supergirl was standing at the circular table when she heard a loud high-pitched screeching in the distance, a sound only she could hear. She slightly turned back, an expression on her that The Flash took note of, "What is it?"

"Kryptonian Sunstone," Supergirl muttered, turning to him, "Mon-El found a frequency I can hear. Let's go," and the two immediately zoomed off.

James began to walk towards the exit when Winn caught his attention, "Uh, James," he said and James looked at him just for Winn to toss him his helmet, "Safety first."

James laughed before turning back to Iris, finding a smile on her.

Unknown Location

Olivia, now hovering over the cauldron, she continued, "With the power of Yuda Kal, I will be the fourth."

She reached her hand into the cauldron, holding the rock, when suddenly Mon-El zoomed over to her, just for her to grab him by the throat. He stared down at her surprise, seeing red veins cover her face, growing up to her eyes, that then glowed red as well.

Tanya gasped in freight right before Supergirl landed in front of her, and The Flash zoomed up next to her. Olivia looked over at her, her voice deeper and enhanced, as she lifted Mon-El off the ground, "The false god. Right on cue," she then pushed Mon-El with all her might, causing him be thrown up onto the balcony seating, crashing into all the chairs.

Supergirl and The Flash tensed up as they saw red veins cover Olivia's entire body, her eye glowing brighter, holding the rock in her hand. Supergirl ran at her, just for Olivia to punch her up in the jaw. The heroine got thrown up into the air before punched into the torso, sending her crashing back.

The Flash went to go help her when he heard multiple grunts from up on the balcony. He speed up there just to find the other cultists attacking Mon-El, so he quickly got to action in helping his friend.

Meanwhile, Supergirl immediately got up and stormed for Olivia, who swung a punch at her, but the heroine dodged it before punching her in the torso. She then swung the girl around, kicking her back.

Olivia got herself together, swinging a punch again but Supergirl caught it, gripping her fist to make a point, "This is not you, Olivia. The girl I saved was a good person," she said.

"The girl you saved was weak," Olivia said, pushing Supergirl down onto her knees, "Now I finish Reign's work."

She ungripped herself from Supergirl's hold before pushing her back. Olivia punched her across the face but Supergirl quickly punched across the face as well.

As the two continued fighting, Olivia's men grabbed Tanya, and pulled her out of the room, pushing her towards a man who waved a dagger in her face. But right then, Guardian jumped down, knocking down some of the men with him.

Guardian quickly got up as the man with the dagger ran at him. The vigilante easily took out him and anyone else that came for him.

At that same time, Supergirl punched Olivia before kneeing her in the stomach. Olivia collected herself before punching Supergirl who blocked it. And everytime Olivia tried to punch her again and again. But at one point, Supergirl caught the attack with her fist, and flipped the girl over onto her back.

She pinned the girl down, forcing her hand open, and tried to force the rock off of her hand, but it was stuck. And when she also tried, a surge of pain overwhelmed the heroine, as her eyes glowed red.

She stumbled up, covering her eyes as her laser heat vision blasted out of control, almost hitting people, and destroying property. She screamed out in pain as Olivia just watched with a smirk on her.

The laser heat vision stopped, but Supergirl gripped onto her head, collapsing to her feet as she screamed in pain. The Flash immediately spun around hearing his wife in distress, the screaming of pain the worst he's ever heard from her.

"Go!" The Flash turned back at Mon-El staring at him intently, holding up a metal arc from falling down on the people, "I got this, go!"

And The Flash immediately zoomed up to her on the second floor. She was shaking as her eyes continued to glow red. She whimpered, less so when she knew her husband was there now, but still so.

"Are you okay? What happened?"

But though her eyes were covered in red, she could still see. And she saw Olivia storming up to them, "Wait, Olivia, let me just say this," she said as The Flash protectively placed an arm over her from Olivia, looking up at the illusioned girl with a stern look, "You once believed in me. You thought I saved you for a reason, and I did. I saved you so that you could have a life."

"This is a life," Olivia said as the red in Supergirl's eyes faded away back to her pleading blue ones.

"No, this is someone else's life. This is Coville's life," Supergirl said, "I know what it's like to not know which role you have to play. But you have so much to offer this world. So much. And this is not it."

Olivia stared down at the two hesitantly before her red eyes faded away, her blue eyes now filled with tears, "But...who am I without it?"

Supergirl stared up at her for a moment before The Flash helped her up to her feet, and Olivia's eyes stayed on the heroine, the illusion breaking as her tears did too, "Let go of that rock, and you'll have a lifetime to figure it out," Supergirl said.

A sob choked up in Olivia's throat, but when she looked down at her hand, the rock began sizzling hot against her palm. Supergirl and The Flash now stared at her confused and concerned, "What's wrong?" Supergirl asked.

"I can't get it off...I can't get it—" Olivia sobbed.

"I-I—" Supergirl stuttered.

"Help me."

"I can't touch it."

The Flash quickly walked up to her, trying to calm her down before he tried to take it off himself, but from one touch, he winced back, the sensation burning his part human fingers.

"Please help me," Olivia cried.

"Mon-El!" Flash yelled as Olivia dropped to her feet in agony. She cried out in pain right as Mon-El zoomed up to them, clutching open Olivia's hand. He gripped his hand against the rock, trying to pull it off, but to no avail.

"Please, please, please. Get it off, please."

"It won't budge," Mon told Supergirl and the heroine knew what she had to do. "Olivia, this is gonna hurt," she said before she used her laser heat vision on the rock stuck to Olivia's hand.

Olivia screamed out in agony as Mon-El kept her hand still, and The Flash rubbed the girl's back in comfort. When the rock was loosened up enough, the laser heat vision stopped and Mon-El was about to pile the rock off.

Olivia dropped to her knees, holding her trembling hand, crying in pain as a large circled burn mark stained her palm. Immediately, Supergirl dropped down next to her, quickly taking her hand as The Flash and Mon-El watched the two, "Let me see, let me see," she said before she cooled the burning down with her freeze breath.

Once she was done, she held Olivia tightly as the girl screamed, her body trembling from the pain, "You're okay."

"I'm sorry," Olivia sobbed.

"It's okay," Supergirl said, rubbing her arms in comfort.

Later on, the DEO had arrived, arresting the cultists and Olivia, looking around the place, getting the evidence when James Olsen out of his Guardian suit walked up to Supergirl, "Hey, there," he said and she looked at him, "I just wanted to apologize for putting you in a touch position with Lena earlier."

"Oh, it's fine...I did it. I asked you to do something I shouldn't have. I knew there were consequences," Supergirl told him.

"I do understand the complex issues about your identity. But I gotta tell you...there was a moment when I decided to unmask today where I felt powerful," James explained and Supergirl looked at him surprised, "Don't get me wrong, I was definitely afraid of what changes may come or how people may perceive me, or the fallout. But I wanted to fight that good fight, because I think people like Tanya need to see heroes who look like me so they know what they're capable of."

"Yeah..."

"So when the time is right, on my own terms, I'm gonna take that mask off," James continued.

"I'm proud of you," Supergirl smiled. "That's my story. Yours is different," James said, "You can't take yours off because you're doing it to protect us, the people you care about, the people you work with. I know it takes its toll."

"Well..." Supergirl softly chuckled.

"But I'm here to tell you that I respect it. I understand it. I appreciate it," James finished.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome."

That night, Supergirl, The Flash, Mon-El, Iris, and J'onn walked into Lena's lab to find her and Winn sitting behind counters, seemingly to be working, "Have you started?" Supergirl asked as the two faced the five.

"No. The rock you brought us was drained of all its power," Lena said.

"Yeah, it all went to Olivia's transformation," Winn added as J'onn walked up next to him.

"Then how come the two of you don't seem too devastated by that news?" He asked as Winn and Lena smiled at each other from across the room.

"Because Ms. Luthor and I very intellectually recorded the radiation signature of the sacred stone during the cult's ritual, and..." Winn said before he turned around, facing the computer behind him, "With a little scan of the heavens, the heavens obliged," he typed away at his keyboard before the computer screen before him showed everyone behind him a planet very very far away from Earth, "Now, it is very rare, but the exact same rock is hurdling through space on a meteorite about five light-years away."

"J'onn, can your ship make it that far?" Supergirl asked.

"Tuned up the FTL drive a couple of weeks ago," J'onn said as everyone looked at him, "I could go with you."

"No, no, you have to stay with your father," Supergirl said, "Flash and I will go."

"I'll go too," Mon said.
"I'll go too," Iris said.

The two looked at each other before quickly looking away again, before Mon-El said, "The Yuda Kal rock seems to have some kind of effect on Supergirl and burns The Flash's skin, but I can handle it fine."

Supergirl and The Flash nodded and Iris began to look at Mon-El again when they heard a loud crash, and objects clattering from inside Reign's containment. They all looked at it as Lena ran to a computer, un-shielding the containment just to find Reign roaming free. She looked at the group with a cold dark look in her eyes.

"She's out of bed. She broke the chains," Winn stammered as Iris stared at Reign tensed.

"How'd she do that?" Supergirl asked.

"The Kryptonite is supposed to keep her weakened," Flash added.

"Her body's adapting, like Pestilence to the anti-virus. She's becoming immune," Lena quickly realized.

"How long until you can't keep her contained?" Iris asked.

"I don't know. A couple of days," Lena answered.

"Then we better get a move on," Mon said, looking back at Iris.

Iris's Apartment

Alex and Ruby stood in the bathroom, standing before the mirror, with a towel wrapped around Ruby's lower hair, "And now for the big reveal," Alex said before she yanked the towel off, revealing the girl's lower hair was blue, "Ta-da!"

"It looks so good!" Ruby exclaimed happily as she fiddled with the hair, "I love it so much."

"Yeah?"

"You did such a good job," Ruby said.

"Well, thank you," Alex said before she held the towel and grabbed the bowl of hair dye before walking out of the bathroom, and into the kitchen/dining area, "At least I know now that if this whole FBI thing doesn't work out, I have a calling as a hairdresser."

Ruby stood in the living room area, watching Alex place the bowl into the kitchen sink and fold the towel onto the island when she said, "I'm sorry I was so rude to you before, Alex."

Alex looked over at her before saying, "No, I, um...I'm sorry that I kept pushing you to feel better before you were ready. But I'm really happy that you taught Myr'nn how to play foosball."

Ruby slightly frowned before sitting down on the couch, "How long has he been sick?" She asked.

"Not very long. A few months," Alex answered, "But he's very old, like hundreds of years old."

"Do you think J'onn ever worries about what happened to his father will happen to him?" Ruby asked and Alex eyed her.

"I don't know," she said before walking over and sitting down with her, "Are you worried that what happened to your mom might happen to you?" And Ruby slightly nodded, "I wish, more than anything, that I could take this burden from you. I really wish that I could tell you that you never have to worry about that. But the truth is...I don't know. But I'll tell you what I do know. Some of the smartest people on the planet love your mom. And they're working day and night to find a cure. And those very same people, they love you. And I give you my word, Ruby, I will fight to protect you as long as I live."

Almost seconds later, Iris walked through the doors of the loft, purse and keys in hand, and her suit jacket laced over her purse. Ruby quickly got up from the couch and headed over to Iris, "Aunt Iris!"

"Hey kiddo," Iris smiled before hugging her. But when the two parted, Iris noticed the blue hair and a surprise expression come to her, "Oh, did Alex dye your hair? I love it!"

Ruby giggled as Alex got up as well, heading over to Iris to greet her. Ruby had taken the purse and jacket and hung it up on the coat rack nearby, "Are we gonna order in dinner again or is Mike gonna come over again?"

"Uh," Iris stammered as Alex shot the girl an amused smirk, "Order in if you'd like."

Ruby happily ran off to Iris's room to get the home phone, to order their take out, and once she was gone, Iris quickly looked at Alex, "I have to go again," she said and Alex looked at her confused, "I only came to change."

"What— Where are you going?" Alex asked.

"We found something that could cure Sam," Iris said and Alex stared at her surprised, "But in order to do that, we need to go to a meteorite to receive this Kryptonian rock. I volunteered myself to go with Kara, Barry, and Mon-El."

Alex nodded, understanding she had to watch over Ruby a bit longer, which she didn't oppose of. She just hoped this new adventure would be safe.

Car Garage

Mon-El ducked under J'onn garage, finding himself with the alien's ship that looked like a 50s blue convertible. The Flash, now with his shawl off, ducked under as well, J'onn following behind. The two men stared at the car before J'onn said, "Thank you for going with Supergirl and allowing me to stay with my father."

"Of course."

"Oh, yeah."

"Although I sense some of our decisions is more than just the mission to stop Reign," J'onn said and Barry looked at him confused before looking at Mon-El, finding a conflicted expression.

Oh......OH!

"Yeah, well...I spoke to Imra, and it turns out despite all of my attempts to bury my feelings, it was pretty transparent for her, so..." Mon explained to the two, "She told me to come back here and sort it out. And all I wanna do is just tell Iris exactly how I feel. Cause I don't wanna keep secrets. Especially from her."

"Telling her might make you feel better, but I think it would be selfish," J'onn said.

"Yeah, I know," Mon softly said.

"You grew older in the future, but you also grew wiser," J'onn said before the two chuckled.

J'onn then placed his keys in Barry's hands as Barry smiled at Mon-El, "You're doing the right thing, and this is me, the brother of the girl you love. But that doesn't mean I don't think you still shouldn't get the girl," he said and Mon-El nodded.

"I appreciate you saying that. Thank you," he said.

Then Supergirl and Iris ducked under the garage door, Iris out of her work clothes and into more comfortable but 'ready for anything' clothes. The boys looked over at them as Supergirl asked, "Are you ready?"

"Yeah, uh, let's go get us a rock," Mon said.

"Bangarang," Iris smiled.

Mon-El then looked at Barry, who looked slightly annoyed, "See, I told you," he said.

"Okay, you know what," he said annoyed as Mon-El chuckled.

Barry opened the drivers seat, hopping in, with Supergirl in the passenger seat, then Mon-El and Iris in the back. J'onn opened up the garage door fully before looking back at the four, "Home by midnight, Dad," Barry said and J'onn chuckled.

Barry turned the key, turning on the engine. He began to roll it out out of the garage when it transformed into a spaceship, zooming out and into the night sky.
