Jhanvi was in room giving tips for Ram's love as they were chatting. She messaged him some romantic lines and Ram too shared some cheesy lines to confirm if they were good. Isha knocked on Jhanvi's room and pulled her along to the terrace. Jhanvi left her mobile in the room since it would be a disturbance if Ram keeps messaging continuously.
Isha, Jhanvi and Kamala were in the terrace enjoying the sunset with coffee and snacks. Akhil returned home early after his meeting with a client. He saw the living empty and moved to their room but she was not there. He called her mobile to check and saw her mobile ringing on the bed. He took the mobile and was about to leave the room in search of her but stopped when Jhanvi's mobile pinged with notification. Akhil saw it was a message from Ram.
" Ram: You want to know who I am in love with ?. Read the first word again."
He felt a pang in his heart and halted in his steps. There was a notification again and it was also a message from Ram.
" Ram: I love you because, I see the true of myself when being with you "
A lone tear escaped his eyes and he left her mobile back in and rushed to the washroom. He stood under the shower thinking about the time they had spent all these days.
Akh: What will I do if you don't love me or leave me ? I can't Jaan....
Akh Mv: what if she is not interested and he is forcing her ? Should I ask her directly , Will she open up to me.
He felt all weak and scared with the thought of losing Jhanvi. He got changed and moved to the study to focus on work to keep distracted. At night Jhanvi took dinner to their room and saw him lying on the bed and eyes closed. She was surprised to see him sleeping without waiting for her. She touched his forehead to check if he was fine. She gently shook him to wake him. He slowly opened his eyes and saw her standing next to him.
Jha: Akhil, are you fine ? You are sleeping without having dinner. Please get up Akhil. I got your dinner.
Akh: I m feeling a little tired Angel. You have and sleep.
Jha: Shall I get some warm milk atleast ?
Akh: No, I will be fine after sleeping.
Jhanvi nodded her head and was about to leave when his voice stopped her.
Akh: Do you want to tell me anything Jaan ?
Jhanvi nodded her head as no and stood watching him. Akhil closed his eyes and Jhanvi left the room. He opened his eyes on hearing the sound of door being closed.
Akh: Why don't you share anything with me angel ? Don't you trust me ? It pains a lot when you are not comfortable or opening up with me ? What should I do angel ?
Jhanvi too did not have dinner and returned to their room. She laid on the bed next to him lost in Akhil's thoughts. The usual smile and naughtiness was missing on his face. She knew that something was bothering him and did not know what it was. She stared at his back and slept after sometime.
Early morning Akhil woke up and saw her sleeping. He got ready in his gym suite and moved close to her. Again he saw her mobile pinging with notification. This time it was from a new number.
"Unknown: I am not naughty as you think. I m way worse"
He left the room and went straight to gym. He took all the frustrations in his workout. Jhanvi woke up and saw Akhil has left to gym. She went to the washroom to get ready for the day. Jhanvi wore a blue saree and tied her hair in a bun and wore medium size jhumkas.
She prepared breakfast and served to all and Akhil came down dressed in his three piece business suit.
Kam: Akhil, you are leaving so early, come have breakfast before you leave.
Akh: No granny, I have some urgent work. I will have at office.
Akhil left without further talk and Jhanvi felt disappointed. Kamala watched their face and knew something was wrong.
Kam: Jaanu, your husband is leaving to office and what are you doing here ? Go and give him a send off.
Jhanvi ran to the porch and saw Akhil getting in his car. She quicKly moved to him and stood next to the car and smiled at him.
Jha: How are you feeling now ?
Akh: hmmm, somewhat better..
Jha: Have breakfast after you reach office. you did not have dinner too. Please don't skip food.
Akh: you have anything to say ?
Jha: If you are ok, shall I send lunch through driver ?
Akh: No, I can manage..
With that he sighed the driver to start and left to office. Jhanvi stood clueless on whats happening. Kamala came out and saw Jhanvi's dull face.
Kam: What happened Jaanu, is he fighting with you ?
Jha: No, granny but looks like he is upset and I don't know the reason. He did not have dinner too yesterday.
Kam: Don't worry he will fine. Now you have breakfast and I will tell you what to do in the evening when he returns.
Akhil reached office and sat in his seat. He tried his best to focus on work but he could not forget the messages. He felt hurt when she did not share anything with him even after asking her. A few minutes later he left office and drove to his penthouse and locked himself in loneliness in the room where he had a huge portrait of Jhanvi's veiled face showing just her eyes.The entire day he laid on the bed watching her portrait.
Akh: I love you Jaan, I will do anything for you..
By evening Kamala went to Jhanvi's room and saw her sitting with a worried face. She cried on Kamala's lap saying Akhil's mobile is switched off from the morning. Kamala convinced her that he must be busy in some meeting.
Kam: Jaanu, men are always like this. If you loose your grip they will do all the plays with us. Now do as I say and he will come to you automatically. Women should know to seduce their husband. That will do all tricks in life. Did you understand, now get bath and change into something special for him. Stay in room and don't come down. I will send dinner to your room.
After Kamala left from their room Jhanvi quickly went to the washroom to bath and she searched through her wardrobe for something special. She took the black embroidery saree which Akhil bought himself for her.
She wore the saree with sleeveless black blouse with a stylish knot at the lower back. She wore his favourite jhumkas and left her hair to fall free. Kamala came back to room and took evil eyes for Jhanvi.
Kam: Finally you are learning a little.
Kamala adorned Jhanvi's hairs with flowers and gave her anklets to wear. After she left Jhanvi wore the anklets and the sound from the jingles was pleasant and she loved a lot. She grew anxious waiting for Akhil and was nervous on what would he react looking at her.
Jha: god, he should be fine and normal. Please I can't imagine the old grumpy and cold Akhil anymore.
She sat on the couch leaning on the head rest. Her waiting time was running and maid gave the dinner in her room. It was late and everyone had dinner and retired to their room to sleep. Jhanvi had tears in her eyes. Akhil woke up from his sleep and saw it was already late. He left the penthouse and drove home. The lights were off in the living except for the night lamp. He went to his room and saw Jhanvi sleeping on the couch and her dressing caught his eyes.
Akh: If only you had trusted me then we would have been so happy at this moment.
He saw the food on the table untouched. He quickly got refreshed and woke her. Jhanvi woke with a jerk and rubbed her eyes.
Jha: Sorry, I didn't know when I slept. Come lets have dinner.
Akhil sat on the couch leaving some space next to her. She felt the situation is still the same but did not start that topic and served him dinner. Akhil ate a little and did not look at her. She watched him not eating properly. She placed the plates outside their room and locked the door. Akhil moved to the balcony to smoke and she sat on the bed waiting for him. After puffing three cigarettes he walked inside and saw Jhanvi still awake. He moved to his side and laid silently closing his eyes with one hand.
Jha: Are you forgetting something ?
Akh: Do you want to say something ?
Jha: goo..good ...Good night Akhil...
She pulled the duvet over covering till her neck and turned to other side and her back was facing him. He saw her hair with flowers adorned beautifully and gave a weak smile.
Akh Mv: I m not forgetting anything Jaan but I could not take the pain of you not trusting me. I want you to come to me for everything, I want to be a backbone for you but you are pushing me away by not trusting me and not telling me anything about you. I could find every detail of you on my own in matter of time but I want to know from you and not others.

Many of you might think like Akhil is over reacting but think from his POV. Readers you know the reality of Ram but he doesn't know. Expecting the partner to share about them is something even a common person will expect and there is nothing wrong in Akhil expecting Jhanvi to open up about her. In future chapters you will know how madly he is in love with her.
