miju stood outside the movie theatre, eyes glued to her phone screen as she watched the million messages she'd sent to yuki about her whereabouts got left carelessly on read.
"hey miju!" jay's voice startled her, as she jolted back into the brick wall behind her.
"ow.." she said, rubbing the back her head.
"shit, sorry. are you okay?"
she nodded, a soft chuckle brushing past her lips as she put her phone in her pocket.
"watching a movie with your members i take it?" she asked.
"uh, no. i'm waiting for yuki."

he nodded.
"huh. that's strange, i'm waiting for her too."

and then it clicked for miju.

and so the movie went, and miju engrossed herself in the world of peppa pig whilst jay sat off to the side, mind numbing as he just wished for the never-ending pig snorting and jolty music to end.
as the credits finally rolled, the two left hand-in-hand through the crowd of little children.
"hey. thanks for taking the set-up so well. i had a lot of fun." miju said softly, as jay tossed the empty popcorn box in the trash can outside of the cinema room.
"it's no problem. yuki can be... really, really crazy sometimes. i had fun too."
miju giggled, nodding affirmitavley. she smiled and put her arms around him, as jay froze in place, arms suspended in the air in a panic before he awkwardly put one on her back.
"i'll see you later. thanks. for the movie. and the hug."
miju laughed at his nervous stuttering, reaching up on her tippy-toes to give him a peck on the cheek, before running outside to the lobby.
