Everyone was done getting ready. They put on their shoes and headed outside. Dustin sat next to Will, Max sat next to Mike, Lucas sat next to El, Nancy sat next to Steve, and Robin sat next to Eddie.
They we're driving in silence until Eddie began complaining about wanting to listen to music. Everyone sighed and let him pick out a song. He picked out Metallica's "Master of Puppets." He turned it all the way up and started rocking his head back and forth which Steve found insanely adorable.
They arrived at the carnival and Eddie immediately jumped out of the car and ran. The others ran after him, not wanting to lose him. "Wait Eddie!" "Eddie wait up!" "Get your ass back here, Eddie!" They finally caught up to him and hugged him in relief.
"Damn you run fast, Munson." Steve said while trying to take a breath. Eddie smiled at him and ran straight for the bumper carts, Steve, Dustin, and Lucas following after him. Mike, Will, Eleven, and Max ran to the Merry-go-round. Nancy and Robin went to the rollercoaster.
Eddie hopped into a bumper cart and called Lucas over to sit with him. Lucas ran towards him and sat next to him. Dustin and Steve sat down in their bumper cart. The timer went down and then all of the carts started bumping and driving around.
Steve and Dustin drove over to Eddie and Lucas and bumped their cart. "OH YOU WANNA PLAY DIRTY, HARRINGTON!" Eddie said, trying to yell over the loud music. Steve just smirked at him.
Lucas and Eddie stomped on the petal and rammed into Steve's and Dustin's cart. They we're going back and forth until the game ended and the carts stopped. Eddie helped Lucas out and they ran to the next ride, Dustin and Steve following behind.
Their eyes landed on the rollercoaster ride and Eddie immediately ran that way. Before he could get far, his arm was pulled. He looked up to see Steve smiling at him. "Maybe you should wait for us. We wouldn't want to lose you Munson. Especially because you run really fast."
Eddie felt his cheeks heat up and Steve just let go of his arm, acting like nothing happened. Dustin and Lucas caught up to them, panting. "You might run really fast, but we're tired as hell so could you just.. just slow down." Dustin said. Eddie nodded and they all walked but Eddie was still full of excitement.
After a while of walking, they finally made it to the rollercoaster. Eddie was about to run again when he felt that same hand on his arm. He sighed and kept walking up the stairs. Steve sat next to Eddie and Lucas sat with Dustin, right behind them. Eddie looked up to see Nancy and Robin on the ride too.
After a second of putting on their seat belts, the rollercoaster slowly made it's way to the top. Once they we're at the top, Steve looked down and closed his eyes. Dustin was scared. "Man, I don't know if I can do this!" Dustin shouted.
"It's alright Man, it won't be that ba-"
Eddie was interrupted once the rollercoaster went down, fastly rolling.
Many screams and laughs could be heard from the people on the rollercoaster. Eddie was frightened. Steve looked over at Eddie and sensed his fear. He placed a comforting hand on Eddie's hand and Eddie calmed down just a little. He was still scared and screaming nonetheless.
The rollercoaster slowed down and so did the screams. It came to a stop and people started unbuckling their seatbelts. Eddie unbuckled his and his legs felt jelly. He almost fell to the ground until arms caught him. He looked up AGAIN and sat that it was Steve. Steve must of LOVED giving physical touch to Eddie. It's like the dude just knew what Eddie was and was not going to do.
Eddie stood up straight and walked away, Steve, Dustin, and Lucas following behind. Eddie saw Nancy and Robin walking and ran up to them. He hugged them and they turned around to see who it was. Once they saw that it was Eddie and the others we're following him, they gave him a hug and gave the others one, too.
"Hey guys, have y'all seen the others? I can't see them around." Robin asked, concerned. Right on cue, Max, El, Mike, and a pissed off Will joined them. Lucas gave Max a long, warm hug. "Oh God, I was worried for you." Lucas said. "Well, I'm fine Love. Do you guys know where the drinks are at?" Max asked. "They should be over at the Round up." Nancy replied, shrugging.
Max and Eddie left to get drinks for the others while they waited for them. ⚠️While they we're in line waiting, someone came behind Eddie and grabbed his ass. He jumped from the contact to see a man behind him. The man grabbed Eddie by his arm and tried to drag him somewhere else.
"Come on pretty boy, I know you want it. You can come back to my house and we can do some things in bed that I'm really sure that you would love." The man said while trying to pull a fighting Eddie away. Max tried to grab Eddie's other arm but the man pushed her away and she fell to the ground, hard. She got up and grab a branch from the ground.
She walked up to the man that was dragging Eddie and hit him with the branch. The man fell to the ground.
El and Lucas we're wondering what we're taking the two, too long and asked the other's about it. "Don't you guys think that Max and Eddie have been gone for quite a while? Do you guys think we should go check on them?" Asked a worried Lucas. Everyone nodded and walked to where the drinks are at.
Once they arrived, they saw a man push Max to the ground and try to pull Eddie away. They all immediately ran over to them and went to address the man. Lucas, El, Mike, Dustin, and Will went to check on Max while Steve, Robin and Nancy went to confront the man that was trying to take Eddie away.
"Could you stop trying to pull away! I just want to have fun with you at my house!" Said the man, once again gripping Eddie's ass. Steve felt anger rush through his whole body as he walked over to Eddie and pulled him behind him.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing!" Yelled the Man, pissed off with Steve. He wanted Eddie for himself. Steve punched him across the face and the man fell to the floor. Robin and Nancy helped with beating the man up until he had blood all over his face. Steve wiped his hands before yelling.
"Stay the fuck away from him and don't you EVER think about touching him again! Do it again and the consequences will be worse, you asshole!"⚠️ Steve grabbed Eddie's hand and walked to the car, the others following behind. They we're scared of him and didn't even think about trying to talk to him nor Eddie because Steve might just lash on them.
Once in the car, Steve sat beside Eddie and held his head to his chest while Eddie began crying. "I'm sorry that happened to you, Eddie. I should of gotten there faster then you wouldn't have been like this." Nancy began driving to her house, looking at Robin worriedly. During the car ride, Steve was whisper sweet nothing's into Eddie's ear until Eddie eventually went to sleep.
Once they arrived back at the Wheeler's house, Steve tried to wake Eddie up but he didn't wake up and cuddled closer to Steve. Stevie picked Eddie up, bridal style, and carried him back into the house. He placed Ed's onto the couch and snuggled next to him, not before kissing his forehead.
"I just can't wait till they get together. I'm getting tired of them not just getting together already." Mike said. "I agree. They are definitely going to be possessive so let's not bother the two, too much." Responded El. "What about school on Monday? What if someone from the school saw them?" Asked Will. They all just shrugged and went to sleep.
~Next Morning~ ^_^
Steve woke up to being cuddled with Eddie. He really loved waking up next to the boy he loved. Thoughts of yesterday flashed to his mind and he felt like killing the man for touching his Eddie. He kissed Ed's head before getting up to make breakfast again. He made eggos, sausage, toast, eggs, and ham and cheese sandwiches.
He woke everyone up but it took a while to wake up Eddie since he was a heavy sleeper. He gave Max her orange juice, Lucas his orange juice, El her apple juice, Will his milk, Mike his milk, Nancy her grape juice, Robin her apple juice, Eddie his orange juice, and got himself some orange juice. He sat beside Eddie and began eating.
He noticed that Eddie wasn't eating so he tried to convince him. "Eddie, you need to eat." Steve whispered. "I'm not hungry, Stevie." Responded Eddie, looking Steve in the eyes. "Please. Please eat. For me." Steve was begging and he never begged but he wouldn't see the one he loved, starve himself. Eddie blushed and ate a sandwich. Steve smiled at him. "Good job, Munson. You do so well." He went back to eating, smiling because Eddie was eating for him.
"We could go to the movies today. Who's up for that?" Asked Will. "Yea, and how about Steve watches over Eddie so no one has to touch him again. I'm sorry, Eddie." Responded Mike. Eddie smiled sadly at him and excused himself from the table. He went straight to the bathroom and began sobbing. He was sexually harassed yesterday and it made him so uncomfortable.
"Someone go check on him. I think he's in the bathroom, crying. I mean, the poor man got sexual assaulted yesterday." Before anyone could get up, Steve ran towards the bathroom. The other's smirked at him and began snickering.
Once Steve arrived at the door, he heard sniffles. He immediately rushed through the door, causing Eddie to jump. He thought he locked the door. Steve closed the door behind him and rushed over to Eddie, pulling his head towards his chest. Eddie cuddled up to Steve, sobbing. Steve kissed the top of Eddie's head and cuddled him, hearing his sobs.
Eddie looked up at Steve with puffy eyes
and sighed. "Why do you keep doing this? Always caring for me?" Steve looked down at him and smiled. "I care for you because you're my friend, Eddie. You probably still don't trust me or believe me but I love being you're friend. You're the best friend that I needed, besides Robin, of course. She would always come first but I still accept you and I will always look out for you."
Eddie just smiled again and cuddled back to Steve, falling asleep. Stevie laid back on the ground, Eddie on his chest, on top of him, and fell asleep his own self.
"What's taking them so long? Don't tell me they are having s3x!" Yelled Dustin. "Does it sound like moans to you, you idiot?! Let's go check on them." Responded Robin. "Let me get my camera just in case they are sleeping." Exclaimed El. They walked towards the bathroom.
They opened the door slowly and saw Steve and Eddie sleeping on the ground, Eddie curled up to Steve. El took multiple photos while the other's looked in awe. They knew they couldn't have them sleeping on the bathroom floor for long so they decided to wake them up.
They shook Eddie slightly but Eddie didn't move. They shook Steve slightly and he didn't wake up either. Dustin and Will just wanted to stomp on them but El, Max, and Lucas had a different idea. They found a bucket and filled it with water. They placed towels on the ground so it wouldn't get everyone and poured all of the water on them.
