Max's P.O.V.
Okay it's been quite a while since that I have been dating Tul... Fifteen days are obviously a lot time... But there's something missing in our relationship. Like we are missing out on something... Which is a date... Like we meet everyday, talk everyday, eat together everyday, hold each other everyday but we don't go on dates. Like I am always busy with my work. Honestly the morning time is quite free and at that time we don't even need a singer. Like there is barely someone who drinks in the morning... So I guess I can manage out my time in the morning to take out Tul on a beautiful date.
Honestly I don't know where should I take him. In my busy life after my graduation I actually never got very much of time for all these stuff. I need to Google it I guess... Haha only if I could take him to my own bar for date! But yeah it's his workplace which he visits everyday. So I need to find some other place.
Okay now that I have planned everything I better go and surprise Tul. I went to his house and rang the doorbell. Honestly this will be my first time going inside his house... All these days I just dropped him from outside. It's nine already so he should be wide awake... Still it's taking him ages to open the door. After I rang the doorbell a few times a figure opened the door. Tul just woke for sure. His eyes were puffy and body looked tired. He was wearing a light blanket on himself without any shirt. Thank God that he is wearing shorts! He sleepily looked at me and then the moment he realized that it's me his boyfriend he just jumped in shock.
“Hi Tul!" I said.
“Hi Max? What are you doing here in this time?"
“Well I came to visit you."
“Oh... Yeah that should be the reason for you to be here... But you could have called before coming... Look it's all messy here right now..."
“Oh common it's okay! Plus I just wanted to surprise you. Can't I just surprise my boyfriend? Can't I?"
“Okay you can babe... But still it's embarrassing for me you know... By the way come inside."
“Um."
“Have you eaten breakfast yet?" Tul asked while putting on a t-shirt.
“Not yet. I wanted to have breakfast with you."
“Awe! Wait for me a bit I'll prepare something for us." Tul said and rushed to his kitchen. I just laughed at his actions, seeing him cooking from the sofa is such a comfy feeling. Like we are in a live in relationship and today it's his turn to cook for us. Tul cooked some fried rice and vegetables.
“Um that's all I could do. If you had told me earlier I could have brought something good."
“Oh common! Whatever you cook is the best for sure!"
“You haven't tasted it yet."
“Only the smell is driving me crazy the taste must be more great."
“I hope so." He said while scooping some rice in a spoon and holding it in front of my mouth. I took the bite and believe me his food reminded me of my home... I don't know why but my eyes felt tearing up. I remember that only my used to hide carrots in my fried rice because I didn't used to eat them normally.
“Hey Max? What happened? Is it that bad? Wait! Do you hate vegetables or what?!"
“No no.... It's nothing like that... It's just that your food reminded me of my home... My mom... Actually it's been a while since I last met her... After dad passed away and the business passed on me, I have been very busy you know..."
“Um... You'll get to meet her very soon..."
“Ah here I am having a sad conversation with you! Actually the reason I came to meet you is to take you on a date."
“Seriously!? Why didn't you said it earlier!? I didn't even took a bath or got ready. It's already ten!"
“Calm down Tul. Finish your breakfast first. Then we'll go, okay?"
“Fine..."
Off's P.O.V.
Okay thanks to Max who is out on a date which means I can easily skip my morning shift today. Like yes today we got evening classes so I was supposed to do the morning shift but as Max is absent none of us are doing the morning shift. Like who the fuck even comes at this time!? It's just him who is too much after more and more profit. As there's no morning shift at the bar and no students to teach I'm going on a date with Tay! The fuck it sounds so weird. A date with Tay? Haha hanging out with Tay sounds familiar but date! It's too unusual for me. Honestly it'll be our first date and a super unplanned date too cause I just thought of it. Gotta check how much money I have left. It's almost the end of month so I am not supposed to have a very high budget.
Okay... I got 2000 baht in my pockets and there are six more days to spend in this month. So I'll manage with 500 baht the rest days and the budget for our first date is 1500 bahts. Too low I know... But Tay can do the expensive dates for me it's more than enough. I should better call Tay and tell him that I am coming over.
“Hey Tay!"
“Hummm?"
“Are you free?"
“Well yes? Why do you ask?"
“Nothing. You get ready and wait for me. I am coming over!"
“Okay..."
I hung up the phone and got ready. Plus I took my bag too as we will have to attend the evening classes anyways. I borrowed a bike from my neighbor and drove to Tay's house.
“Hi."
“Hi! So are we going out?"
“Nope. We are going out on a date."
“Seriously!?"
“Yes! But I did forget to tell you something which is go and get your bag! We need to attend the evening classes."
“Oh yeah! I'll be back in a moment!"
“Um."
“By the way this is your neighbor's bike right?" Tay asked while coming back with his bag.
“Yes. Just borrowed it from him." I said while passing him the helmet. As out of nowhere he is having difficulties to wear the helmet today, I helped him to wear it.
“Ah only if I was your neighbor!"
“Don't you even try to think!"
“Ow I was just saying..."
“Uh uh let's go! Hold tightly, okay?"
“Um."
I drove him to a beautiful park far away. Haha that's all I can afford. But this is a good, romantic and warm park. There are two fabulous cafes here plus we can do boating too.
“So how's the place?"
“Very beautiful it is! Damn this cafe! I have always wanted to come here! They got my favorite cream pies with strawberry filling! But never found time to come here. Off you got such a beautiful taste!"
“You need to see who am I seeing at this point."
“Oh yeah! It should've been me to bring you on a date! You told me to flirt and look who's doing it now!"
”Ow who said I am flirting?"
“And who said that this is a date?"
“Okay okay I lose, you win, happy?"
“Okay..."
We walked around holding hands for a while...
“Tay do want to have ice cream? Or cotton candy? Crape?"
“Ummm... Let's have ice cream!"
“Okay..."
We both took different flavors of ice creams uh I know why he wants different flavors when we were friends we would always have the same flavor of ice cream. First we took some pictures.
“Hey let me taste yours!" Tay said. Yeah I knew it was coming.
“Okay..." I said and Tay immediately licked my ice cream. Making sure to leave saliva on it. I know almost all his tricks to lure guys. I know he's fucking trying to seduce me. He will get satisfied when I'll take a bite from the ice cream, which I according did.
“Are you not tasting mine?" He asked with puppy eyes. Uh how could I forget that Tay is such a pro in this dating thing.
“Er fine..." I said and took a bite from his ice cream making sure that I don't do it like Tay. Such a pervert he is! He did looked a bit dissatisfied as I didn't played along. I wiped the ice cream on his mouth which immediately changed his mood.
“So clumsy you are Tay! Still can't eat ice cream properly!"
“Ow it happened by mistake..."
“Yes yes I know. By the way you want to do boating?"
“Yes! It's gonna be fun!"
“Let's go then!"
“Speed boat or paddling boat?" The shopkeeper there asked.
“Paddling boat." Tay immediately replied.
“Hey Tay do you really want to take the paddling boat?"
“Yes. It will be more fun. We might even fall down who knows!"
“Okay as you want to..."
“It will cost 400 baht for using the boat for an hour." The shopkeeper said.
“Okay then we are taking it for an hour." Tay said.
“Then let's go."
We were given life jackets to wear in case anything happens. We paddled the boat together. Of course it was a foot paddling boat. We took a lot of pictures on the boat, even made videos. This is my first time doing all these with Tay with this different feeling...
Then we went to the cafe. Tay ordered a lot of foods from there. Now I know why he was saving money there. Thank God that whatever he ordered came in 800 bahts which means I still have money to buy him a gift. Honestly at first I was feeling kind of uncomfortable and shy feeding him in the public but kept showing constant support which just gives me a courage boost. We took a lot of photos there. He even dragged me to the another cafe to take pictures. Tay kissed on my cheek out of nowhere when I was making a video showing the cafe. Like he's always like this. Shameless!
“Tay we are in public!" I scolded him.
“I know. So what?"
“So what, huh!? I'mma kick your face damn idiot! I am shy!"
“But we already kissed in front of everyone, didn't we?"
“Tay you! Shameless!"
“Awe look who's blushing!" Tay teased me. I hit his arm. We walked back to the parking cause it's almost the time for our classes. I brought us matching bracelets. Thanks to street shops! He looked so happy like I brought him diamonds.
We finally reached at the university. Before going to the class I kissed his hand.
“Did you enjoyed today?" I asked him.
“Very much! One of the most fun dates I had by far!" Tay exclaimed.
“I am glad that you enjoyed."
“And you? Did you enjoyed with me?"
“Do you have any doubts?"
“No... Was just making sure..."
“Idiot..." I said and ruffled his hair.
