[this one is going to be pretty long, so grab a snack or something cause I'm currently only 14 mins into the episode and I'm already at 2000+ words. Also sorry if I get the twins mixed up, I legit cannot tell them apart, so for the sake of my sanity I'm right and they're wrong.]

The ride to the hospital was quiet. A tense quiet. Both of them still processing the discussion from before. Olive pulled into the parking lot and unbuckled her seatbelt. Isaac turned to her like he was about to say something, but decided against it and Olive shook her head, opening the door and walking out, taking a look around the parking lot. It was pure chaos. Cars had wrecked left and right, people were screaming and running around senseless, an ambulance had even knocked over a fire hydrant. What happened next felt like it was in slow motion. Olive watched as the live wire fell to the ground, hitting the large puddle of water that was beginning to pool in the parking lot. She put two and two together but there was no time for her to get to safety, that is, until Isaac came running out from the other side of the car.

"Olly, move!" He pushed her out of the way and into a patch of grass on a median nearby. She looked up just as the water hit his feet. Her eyes widened as she watched Isaac's body tense up as the electricity moved throughout it.

"Isaac!" She screamed, so loud she hurt her own ears. She got up, ready to run over to him until she felt arms wrap around her, immobilizing her. She turned to see Derek standing behind her, Scott a few feet away. She shook her head, writhing in Derek's grasp, screaming Isaac's name and pleading for him to get up. Her vision was clouded with tears and she couldn't focus on anything else. It was like everything in the world went silent and all she could focus on was the sound of Isaac's heartbeat. It was slowing at a fast pace and she couldn't do anything. She couldn't move, she couldn't go to him, but she couldn't stop listening either.

"Oh my god," Scott said in disbelief, and at the same time Olive felt Derek's grip on her loosen. She looked over to see Kira holding the live wire, absorbing the electricity. She furrowed her eyebrows, turning to Derek as if to ask him if she could go and he only responded by running ahead of her. She followed him, dropping to her knees as she approached Isaac. Derek knelt down on the other side of him and leaned down to check his breathing. He looked up at Olive like he was afraid to say what he was going to say.

"He's not breathing," Derek shook his head and Olive paled as she began to tear up again. She frantically shook her head as Derek screamed for help. A few nurses came out to see what was going on and Derek helped them get Isaac onto a gurney, wheeling him inside. Olive followed them as far as she could, Melissa coming up to stop her as they reached the door.

"He's in good hands, honey, I promise," She nods as Olive watches Isaac and the slew of doctors around him disappearing in the distance. She lets more tears fall as Melissa pulls her into a hug. Derek comes in, taking over and leading Olive to the group of chairs next to the door, which is where they waited for the next few hours until Derek saw that Olive was falling asleep.

"Hey, come on, you can stay with me tonight if you want but you need to get some sleep," He gestured to the door and Olive shook her head.

"I can't, what if-" She started but Derek shook his head, stopping her.

"Melissa will call you if anything changes," Derek nodded but Olive just turned to the door that Isaac had been wheeled down.

"Just a few more minutes," She shook her head, turning back to Derek, whose face softened as another tear made its way down Olive's cheek. "It should've been me. We were fighting before we came here, I told him he was being too protective over me. Now I just feel like an asshole."

Derek sighed as she turned back to the doors, like she was expecting Isaac to walk through them at any point in time.

"Olly," Derek started but Olive just turned to him, shaking her head.

"You can go if you want," She said, furrowing her eyebrows. "I know they're probably gonna need help with Stiles. I'll just be a few more minutes."

Derek thought it over for a minute before he reluctantly nodded, both of them knowing she would be more than a few minutes. He kissed her hair before standing and heading towards the door. She watched him walk out of the hospital and she sighed, turning back to the hallway Isaac was wheeled down. After another hour, Melissa came around from the desk.

"Hey, Olive," She smiled as she approached the seating area. "I'm about to leave, but I got as much as I could from the doctors. He is stable for now, in the ICU. They said he's lucky to be alive after that."

"Is he," Olive stopped herself, lowering her voice and leaning in slightly. "Is he healing?"

"No one mentioned any miraculous healings, I'm sorry," She shook her head, leaning back in the chair. "If you want you can go to the ICU and wait there. He may or may not be in the second room to the right if you wanted to go see."

Olive turned to her with wide eyes and Melissa gestured to the elevator. Olive nodded, giving her a small smile and all but running to him.

Once she got to the third floor she made her way to the ICU. She looked around, finding his room but there was a key card lock on the door. She looked through the small window in the door and chewed the inside of her cheek to keep herself from crying again. She could barely see his face, but she could tell that a good majority of his skin was burned on the right side. She focused her hearing, enough to hear that his heart was beating softly in his chest. She sighed in relief as she turned around, finding the nurse's station a few feet away.

"Hi, um I was wondering if I could go in to see Isaac Lahey?" She fiddled nervously with her rings as she spoke and the nurse pushed a few buttons on her computer and sat back.

"Are you his sister?" She rose an eyebrow and Olive's eyes widened as she shook her head. "Mother? Aunt?  Distant cousin?"

"No! Um. I'm his girlfriend."

"You can't see him unless you're family, sweetie, sorry."

"No, you don't understand, he doesn't have any family, they're- they're all dead so um, I'm kinda all he's got," Olive sighs as the nurse pulls her glasses from her face, leaning in.

"Look, honey, I feel for you, I do, but if I break policy for you I'd have to do it for everyone and I can't do that. You're welcome to wait until the doctor comes back in the morning if you have any questions, or go look in the window again, but you probably won't be able to see him anytime soon," She says and Olive nods, pulling her bottom lip between her teeth as she turned around and sat in one of the chairs behind her.

She curled up in the chair, resting her head on her hand and getting as comfortable as she could in the not-so-comfortable chair until eventually, she fell asleep. The lack of sleep she'd been getting recently really hit her as she closed her eyes and her breathing evened out and she felt herself nodding off.

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

The next thing she knew she was being shaken awake by Scott, who was standing above her with his mom. She rubbed her eyes, looking around, seeing it was the morning. Scott's face softened as she sat up, noticing her swollen eyes and the dark circles under them, watching her rub the knot in her neck.

"Have you been here all night?" Scott asks, tilting his head slightly and Olive nods, sniffling slightly as she adjusts herself in the chair.

"Yeah, um. They won't let me see him 'cause I'm not family, the nurse that was here said I could talk to the doctor when he got here, so I've just been...waiting," Olive sighs, itching her nose and looking off in the direction of his room. "I tried to tell them he doesn't have any but..." She trailed off, shrugging as she looks in her lap as Melissa looks between them. Scott moves to sit down, but Melissa stops him.

"Well, he has us," She nods to them and Olive offers a weak smile as Melissa moves to fumble in her bag. "And I have a keycard."

Olive sits up, eyes wide as she stares at the card in Melissa's hand. Melissa smiles and gestures for the two of them to follow her. As they reach the end of the hall, Melissa stops them before she unlocks the door.

"Make it quick," She says lowly and the other two nod as she swipes the card in the lock and the door clicks open.

Olive turns to Scott, who gives her a reassuring nod before they step into the room, slowly approaching Isaac's bed. Olive could feel her heartbeat quickening as she got closer and she took in the state of him. The blurry image from the window made him look a lot better than he was. The right side of his face and down into his chest were fully charred and he was unconscious on the bed. He looked... dead. She stopped halfway to the bed and Scott turned back to her, furrowing his eyebrows as she shook her head.

"It's okay, come on," Scott coaxed, holding out his hand and Olive took a deep breath, taking it and walking with him, approaching the side of the bed.

"Why isn't he healing?" She asked, just above a whisper. Scott shook his head, both of them unable to take their eyes off the boy in front of them.

"I don't know."

Olive sighed as she touched Isaac's hand, pulling it back immediately and turning to Scott, fighting the tears that threatened to spill.

"He's uh- he's in a lot of pain," She said just above a whisper and Scott turned from her to Isaac, placing his hand on Isaac's arm.

"Do you know how to take it?" Scott turned back to her and Olive shook her head. Scott gestured toward Isaac and she hesitantly grabbed Isaac's hand again.

"Like this," Scott said before he squeezed Isaac's arm and his veins began to run black on his hand. Olive watched him, replicating his actions as hers did the same. She watched, wide-eyed as it ran up her arm. She and Scott both winced as they took Isaac's pain, Scott pulling away and turning to Olive.

"Hey, not too much," He placed a hand on her shoulder as she let go of his hand, letting her tears fall as she met Scott's gaze.

"Did Stiles really do this?" She asked, shaking her head, not wanting to believe the worst of her best friend.

"Whatever's inside him did it."

"Then how do we get whatever's inside him the hell out of him?" She turned to Scott, teary-eyed, worried for both Stiles and Isaac. Scott's face softens as he pulls her into a hug, letting her cry into his chest. After a few minutes, he tapped her back, pulling away.

"We should probably go, we're gonna be late for school," Scott gestures to the door and Olive nodded, glancing back at Isaac one more time before following him out the door. Once they reached the end of the hall, Olive turned back to the hallway, not really wanting to leave. Scott sensed her hesitance and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"You don't have to go if you don't want to. I get it if you're not ready," He nodded and Olive shook her head as she sighed, turning around to meet his gaze.

"I gave the nurse my number, they're gonna call me if anything happens. Staying here is just gonna make the anxiety worse," She nodded like she was trying to convince herself more than Scott as she turned to grab her bag. "Besides, we've got practice."

Scott chuckled as he watched her make her way to the lobby. Melissa furrowed her eyebrows, turning to Scott.

"Is she always this passionate about sports?" She tilted her head and Scott nodded, slightly raising his eyebrows.

"All the time," He said smiling and Melissa laughed lightly as they followed after her. "Sometimes she's even worse than Coach."

Olive stood outside the school, just staring at it for a little bit until she felt someone's soft grip on her elbow. She turned to see Allison and Lydia on either side of her. Allison gave her a soft smile and Lydia nodded reassuringly.

"Let's go together," Lydia grinned, holding her arm out for Olive to loop hers into. Olive smiled and took her arm, doing the same with Allison and the three girls walked into the building. Olive could feel the sympathetic stares of people she didn't know. She felt like melting under their gaze. She appreciated the sympathy, but it felt like she was going to explode with it at this stature. The three girls turned the corner, making their way to Olive's locker when they heard someone calling her name.

"Brown!" Olive turned to see Coach poking his head outside his office door. Olive nodded to Allison and Lydia, signaling she was okay with them leaving her to her own devices, and then made her way to Coach's office. He greeted her with an awkward side hug and a tight-lipped grin.

"So, um. How're holding up?" He asked like it was something he felt like he had to ask. Olive laughed lightly, shaking her head.

"Coach I'm okay, I just want to pretend everything's normal, you don't have to- do that," She furrowed her eyebrows slightly and Coach sighed in relief.

"Oh thank god, I'm not very good with sympathy," Coach shook his head, causing Olive to laugh and he gestured into his office. "I do have a card for Isaac, I figured you'd wanna be the first to sign it."

Olive approached the desk to see an oversized get well soon card spread across it. She smiled to herself, picking up one of the multi-colored pens laying on Coach's desk and she wrote "You're the strongest person I know, love you forever -Olly." drawing a little heart at the end of the message and capping the pen. She took a deep breath, turning to Coach.

"The teams in the locker room, if you wanna join us for practice?" Coach raised an eyebrow and Olive broke out into a large grin, nodding as Coach opened the door to the locker room and gestured for her to go inside. He blew the whistle loudly, causing Olive to jump from beside him, sometimes she wonders if he was purposefully trying to blow her eardrums.

"Alright listen up!" Coach says, raising his voice as everyone gathers around. "If any of you even gets a whiff of Stilinski you contact the first available teacher. Got it?"

"Yes, Coach!" The team says in unison and Olive nods.

"There's a card on my desk for Isaac Lahey. And every one of you losers is not only going to sign it, you're going to write a personal message so profound and deep, it's gonna bring a tear to Coach's eye. Who's first?" Coach says, scanning the pen around the room and Danny looks around before standing and taking the pen, smiling at Olive before walking into Coach's office. "Ah! Danny, that's how you do it, buddy! Keep it PG, his Mrs. is right here."

Olive laughs, shaking her head before something catches her ears. She looks around, noticing 3 missing heads from the crowd, and excuses herself before crossing the lockers, finding the twins and Scott huddled up.

"Things are getting too quiet-" Aiden says, his voice lowered but he cuts himself off as Olive approaches.

"Don't stop on my account, I want to do anything I can to help Stiles," She nods and Scott gives her a small grin. The twins shift awkwardly before her and she rolls her eyes. "You two don't have to lose your balls around me, you know that right? You killed me, I came back to life, whatever, it's in the past. There are more important matters at hand, let's focus on that."

Ethan grinned, holding his hand out for her to shake and she did. Aiden gave her a stiff nod before turning back to Scott.

"Like I was saying, it's getting way too quiet for me," Aiden sighed, shaking his head and Scott nodded.

"No you're right, it's making me nervous too-" Scott stopped himself, furrowing his eyebrows, and Olive's head snapped in the opposite direction.

"Do you guys hear that?" Ethan questioned with furrowed eyebrows. Olive nodded.

"It's an emitter, one of Argent's," Olive turned to Scott who nodded. With that, the four of them took off toward the basement, rushing down as fast as they could. As soon as they reached the bottom of the stairs they saw a figure standing at the end of the hallway. They didn't need for him to turn around to know who it was, but as soon as Stiles met their gaze it was confirmed. Olive's breath hitched as she turned to Scott, unsure of what to do, but Stiles spoke up before he could answer.

"Okay, I know what you guys are thinking but it's me, I swear to god it's me," Stiles said, putting his hands up in defense, emitter still in hand. The twins bared their fangs, pushing past Olive and Scott to rush Stiles, holding him up by the throat against some lockers. Scott rushed to stop them, but Olive couldn't seem to move, her feet cemented into the ground below her.

"Wait, stop!" Scott yelled as he pulled Ethan off of Stiles, Aiden turning to growl in Scott's face, but Scott did the same, causing Aiden to back down.

"It's me, Scott, I swear it's me. I don't know where I've been the last two days or what I've been doing, but this is me, I promise," Stiles nodded, trying his best to convince Scott that it was truly him. Scott looked back at Olive, who was still standing at the end of the hallway. Stiles followed his gaze, meeting Olive's eyes and he widened his eyes, his face softening immediately. "Olly, I-"

"Do you know what happened at the hospital?" She asked, her voice wavering as she bit the inside of her lip to keep from crying.

"Yeah, I do, and I am so sorry. I would never want to hurt-" He started, approaching her but she instinctively took a step back, which seemed to surprise the both of them. Stiles nodded, stepping back slightly and turning to the other three. "I know more than that, too."

He began to rummage through his backpack and pulled out a stack of blueprints. Olive turned to Scott, who nodded, and she approached the group.

"See this? It's a blueprint of the hospital's electrical wiring. See all these markings in red? That's my handwriting. I know I did this, I caused the accident," Stiles said, looking up at Olive who let out a shaky breath, avoiding eye contact. He shook his head lightly, looking back down at his bag. "Everything in this bag is all stuff that could be part of something bigger."

Ethan pulled out a saw-looking object and turned to Stiles with furrowed eyebrows. "What the hell have you been up to?"

"I think something worse," Stiles sighs, looking at Scott like he doesn't know what to do. Scott's eyes widen, looking between him in the bag. "A lot worse."

They put the bag onto a nearby table and begin unpacking it, pulling out various different, tools, types of rope, and wiring.

"What the hell were you doing, building a terminator?" Aiden narrows his eyes and looks up at Stiles, who is circling the table.

"Thank you, for that," Stiles rolls his own eyes as he settles between Olive and Scott. Olive glances at him before pulling out a piece of paper from the bag.

"Guys, it's a map," She says, unfolding it and spreading it across the table.

"Isn't that the cross-country trail?" Ethan runs his finger along the highlighted line and Olive noticed a marked spot on the map.

"That's the Tate car," She tilted her head, pointing to it and the rest of them looked at her with questionable glances. "Where Malia Tate's family died?"

"You mean that's where her father put the steel-jawed traps," Stiles added, pointing next to where she was. She looked between Scott and Stiles with wide eyes as the group rushed out of the basement and up to the trail.

"Coach! Coach, wait!" Olive yelled as they exited Stiles' Jeep.

"Brown! Stilinski? Wait, where have you been?" Coach turns his attention from Olive to Stiles, but Stiles shakes his head. Olive looked down at her pocket with wide eyes as her phone began to ring, expecting it to be the hospital. She pulled it out of her pocket as Stiles droned on in the background, explaining the situation to Coach. She looked down at it, confused when she saw the call was from the sheriff's station.

"Hey, do you got this? I need to take this," She turned to Stiles who nodded, waving her off as she answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Olive, this is Sheriff Stilinski, do you have a moment to talk?" Noah sounded like he did not want to be on this phone call, like he could go his entire life without telling her this information.

"What is it? Is it Isaac, did something happen at the hospital?" She rushed out, heart racing as the possibilities did the same through her brain.

"No, no I haven't heard from them. It's your mom, she uh- she got arrested," He sighed and Olive narrowed her eyes.

"What?"

"She and Chris Argent, along with Derek Hale, got arrested for murder in your apartment, they got brought in a few hours ago, I figured I should be the one to let you know," Noah sighed again as Olive's face twisted further in disbelief.

"Murder? How? They've been out all night looking for Stiles," She looked back seeing both Stiles and Coach gone. She shook her head, taking a deep breath before continuing. "I'll be right down."

As she arrived at the station she saw Derek, Chris, and Susan all sitting handcuffed to a bench.

"Excuse me, can I help you?" A young deputy stopped her. He was admittedly hot and he looked oddly familiar, but she scratched it off to just a long day.

"Yeah, those are my parents, and my...Derek," She twisted her face off, shrugging off whatever she just said, and continued. "Can I ask what they're doing here?" She looked over at the three of them just in time to see Derek snicker. She rolled her eyes and looked back at the green-eyed deputy before her.

"Are you Olive Brown?" He asks and she nods, kind of freaked out as to how he knew her name. "My name is Deputy Parrish, the sheriff told me you would be coming, he had to leave because there was an emergency at the school, but you can follow me this way."

"Wait- an emergency at the school? I just came from there, what happened?" She stopped him before he led her to the three of them and he looked down at her, confused.

"I don't know if I can-" He started, before looking around and then back to her seemingly saying 'what the hell' in his head and lowering his voice when he spoke again. "The coach got shot with an arrow."

"What?!" She said, raising her voice before Parrish shushed her. She lowered her voice to a whisper. "Sorry, what?"

"That's all we know so far, but I think you should go talk to them rather than to me, they're gonna be put into lockup soon," He nodded to the three adults sitting on the bench and Olive sighed, walking over to them.

"Wow, I thought the tables would've been turned in this situation, yet here we are," She smiled sarcastically at the three in front of her but they just rolled their eyes. "What happened?"

"Katashi's dead," Chris deadpanned and Olive widened her eyes.

"Katahsi as in-"

"Silverfinger, yeah," Derek gestured, rattling his cuffs in the process.

"And they think you three did it?" Olive narrowed her eyes and Susan spoke up this time.

"We believe Stiles framed us," She sighed and Olive rolled her eyes.

"I'm gonna kill him," Olive gritted her teeth and Chris shook his head.

"It's not Stiles, it's the- what was it called again?" He turned to Susan and she sighed.

"Nogitsune," She said tiredly and Chris turned from Susan to Olive.

"It's the nogitsune," He nodded once and Olive rolled her eyes.

"Why would Stiles frame you guys for murder?" She asked, sitting on the empty desk across from them.

"I didn't think Stiles was smart enough to frame us for murder," Derek shrugged, causing Olive to chuckle.

"To be honest I'm not entirely convinced that's why we're here," Chris started, looking around the room and lowering his voice.

"What does that mean?" Derek narrowed his eyes and Olive shrugged. Susan seemed to have caught his drift, because she nodded, looking toward Mccall's office.

"Mccall's gonna come out here in a minute and probably talk attorneys, say you've agreed to let ours represent you," Susan says, turning to Derek, who slightly scowled at them.

"Why should I trust your attorney?" He shook his head and Chris rolled his eyes, meeting Derek's gaze.

"Because I'm not calling our attorney yet. We just need more time," He says, sighing and looking out at the rest of the deputies.

"To do what, exactly?" Olive asked, looking between the three of them.

"To figure out what we're really doing here," Chris nodded and Olive narrowed her eyes.

"Olly, honey you should go," Susan speaks up and Olive meets her gaze with furrowed eyebrows.

"No she's actually right, if something goes down you should be as far away from here as possible when it does, just in case," Derek nods and Susan looked at him, slightly offended.

"Actually?" She tilted her head and Olive rolled her eyes, folding her arms over her chest.

"No, if you guys are in danger-"

"We can take care of ourselves," Chris nods, and Olive sighs.

"Go back to the hospital, maybe Isaac's made some progress," Susan says in an optimistic tone, and Olive sighs as she picks up her bag, preparing to make her way out the door.

"If you die 'cause I left I'm gonna kill all three of you," She nods and Derek chuckles as she turns to leave.

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

As Olive drove down the road, she began to think, which in most circumstances would be fine but coupled with her recent traumas, it was probably not the best for her sanity right now. She thought about Coach, her parents, seeing Isaac in that hospital bed. Yeah, the hospital was the last place on earth she wanted to be right now. She made a semi-illegal U-turn, making her way to the school instead, deciding she was better needed there. Maybe she was stalling, or procrastinating, whatever you want to label it. To her, she was being practical. There's no use in sitting around, waiting for him to wake up when there are better ways she could be productive in her current situation. One of them being beating the shit out of whatever was inside of Stiles, but that one was probably too harsh, so she decided to just go with whatever Scott said. He's the alpha, after all. He's probably more level-headed than she is, or at least pretending to be.

She pulled into the parking lot of the school, hoping everyone would be back from the trail, but instead she saw everyone backed away, gathered around a bus from a distance. She found Mr. Yukimura's face in the crowd and ran up to him, hoping he'd have more information.

"Mr. Yukimura!" She yelled, gaining his attention. He turned around, walking up to her and making sure she stayed back from behind the barricades.

"Olive, stay back," He said as he blocked her from approaching the bus.

"What's going on here?" She asked, eyebrows furrowed and Mr. Yukimura pulled her aside.

"Scott found the facilities to build a bomb inside the trunk of Stiles' Jeep, one just like Barrow used to make. We think that is his next move, and there's a present on the bus," He said lowly, careful not to alert anyone else around. The Sheriff's cars pulled into the parking lot, parking close to the bus.

"Who is it, who has the bomb?" She furrows her eyebrows as she watches the deputy from earlier, Parrish, approach the bus slowly. She focused her hearing, listening in on the conversation.

"Jared, it would be very helpful if you could resist throwing up on the potential explosive device," Olive rolled her eyes, turning to Ken.

"Jared, of course, it's fucking Jared," She whispered, focusing her hearing back on the bus. Mr. Yukimura patted her on the shoulder as he turned to leave. She glanced over, watching him as he headed back into the school, but she was too focused on the conversation in the bus to care what he was doing.

"You look-"

"Really handsome? Thank you. For a second there I thought you were gonna say I look really young and I was gonna have to launch into my explanation about how I'm actually 24 and that anyone can look young if they eat right and exercise. Although it's probably just good genes anyway, right?" Olive laughed lightly at the deputy's poor attempt at keeping Jared calm, knowing he was probably gonna upchuck at any given moment. She heard Jared gasp and her head tore from the ground to the bus, waiting for it to go kaboom, but it didn't. She let out a sigh of relief as she heard the walkies go off and the deputy approach the front of the bus, holding out Sheriff Stilinski's nametag.

"Oh god," She heard Noah mumble and she instantly put it together. "There is a bomb but not here."

"Oh my god," She turned around, looking at Scott and Stiles who had appeared next to her in the parking lot. "My parents- the station- it's at-"

"Okay, okay calm down," Scott nodded, taking her by the shoulders in an attempt to calm her.

"Derek too! We have to go!" She yelled, running to her car but Stiles stopped her.

"You're not driving, come on," He nodded toward the Jeep and Olive glanced over to Scott, who just gave her a single nod.

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

Stiles sped down to the police station and when they pulled in, Olive didn't even wait for the car to stop completely before she leaped out of the door and ran inside, immediately finding Derek and her parents.

"Mom!" She shouted as she reached the area where the bench used to be. She grabbed her mom by the shoulders and gave her a once-over before turning to Chris.

"We're fine, he- he saved us," Susan stuttered out as Olive turned to Derek. Her eyes widened as he gave her a weak nod and she ran to him, looking over at his back which had taken the full force of the bomb. She furrowed her eyebrows, taking Derek's hand and replicating what she'd done for Isaac that morning. She watched as her veins turned black and Derek seemed to relax.

"Who taught you how to do that?" Derek said just above a whisper and Olive smiled at him slightly.

"Scott did this morning," She nodded, turning to where Scott and Stiles were helping out another deputy.

"You need to get out of here," Chris turned to her, watching as the Sheriff yelled for the others to leave.

"No, I won't leave you," She looks between them, and Susan nods.

"We can't go anywhere, we're technically still under arrest," She said, an eyebrow slightly raised.

"Olly, come on we gotta go," Stiles says, grabbing her shoulder. She flinched under his touch and turned to Derek.

"You're hurt. I- I can't," She shook her head, but Derek only nodded.

"Go with them, we'll be fine," Derek responded and Olive gave Stiles a nervous look before sighing and following him outside.

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

She jumped into the back of the Jeep with Kira and the four of them, Stiles, Scott, Olive, and Kira, headed to the animal clinic. It wasn't the best plan but it was the only one they could come up with.

As they pulled into the driveway, though, the Oni showed up, ready to attack Stiles. Olive turned to Scott who nodded, unsheathing his claws and Olive did the same. Stiles ran inside as the fight broke out. Olive and Scott began attacking the Oni, even managing to knock one down, but they couldn't hold them off.

"Kira get inside, now!" Scott shouted back to her, but she began throwing animal crates at an Oni, eventually knocking the sword out of its hand. She picked it up and began fighting the Oni with its own weapon, eventually taking it down. Olive turned to Scott, wide-eyed, but as they were both not paying attention, two Oni walked up behind the both of them, stabbing them in the stomach.

Olive and Scott groaned out in pain as Stiles came rushing out. Kira looped her arm around Scott as Stiles did the same for Olive and the two led them into the animal clinic, carefully avoiding the Oni.

Olive leaned on the counter against the wall for support as Scott propped himself on the exam table. Kira moved to pull the sword out of Scott, but Stiles came up to her, knocking her out and twisting the blade inside his friend.

"You okay?" He asked as he moved the blade.

"No," Olive struggled against the sword in her own stomach, trying as hard as she could to pull it out but she was too weak.

"No, no, I'll get to you in a second, wait your turn," Stiles turned to her as she stumbled, leaning back against the counter.

"You two really should've done your reading," Stiles nods, a devilish smile appearing on his face. "See, a nogitsune feeds off chaos, strife, and pain, and the both of you have taken quite the share today. Now, I didn't think I'd get both of you alone tonight but here you are! This morning you both took it from Isaac, you took it from Coach, and then the deputy, and you, Olly, took it from your precious Derek back at the station."

Stiles let out a dry chuckle before shaking his head and turning back to Scott, twisting the knife further before turning and grabbing Olive's arm, bringing her and Scott side by side.

"All that pain, you took it all, now I'm gonna take it off your hands," He smirks, taking both of their hands and pulling the pain from their bodies. Both of them writhed as Stiles' veins ran black, but he didn't wince as the two had done earlier, he reveled in it. As their pain filled his body it made him stronger, he even laughed right in their faces.

"You really gotta learn to never trust a fox," He laughed again, malice filling his voice. "Mhm-mhm. No, cause they're tricksters, they'll fool you."

Olive didn't know what overcame her. Maybe it was the anger at whoever was in front of her, or maybe it was just the events of the day all piling into one, gut-wrenching emotion, but her eyes glowed purple as she reached for the sword, even making progress in pulling it out. He looked at her, eyes wide, but not in surprise. He seemed almost amused.

"Ah, ah, ah," He shook his head, reaching for the sword and shoving it deeper into her abdomen. She screamed in pain as he pushed her further into the exam table. "Can't have you doing that now, can we? I thought I took care of this little problem when I barbecued your boyfriend but I guess not. I was really aiming for you but I'll take whatever I can get. I think I prefer you better, anyways."

"Eat shit," She spat causing Stiles to laugh.

"She's got spunk," He raised his eyebrows at Scott who shook his head. Both wolves were seething, ready to do whatever it took to kill the fox, yet neither of them wanted to hurt their friend. "I'm gonna kill you, well, I'm gonna kill everyone-"

"No you're not," Deaton says as he comes up behind Stiles, injecting him with a syringe. Olive sighs in relief as the pressure lifted off the blade. Deaton reached into both of them, pulling the swords out in one swift motion. Olive and Scott let out a groan as they fell into the exam table, steadying themselves on it as they both could already feel themselves healing.

"What was that?" Olive said through her pants, clutching her abdomen where the sword had been. She was healing but not as fast as Scott.

"Was that a cure? Is he okay?" Scott said, also pulling in harsh breaths.

"The fox is poisoned, but not dead," Deaton sighed as he looked at Stiles, who had collapsed on the ground. "Not yet."

Olive furrowed her eyebrows, still weak from her injury. Scott had healed up enough to move, but Olive was still in pretty bad shape.

"You don't heal as fast as we do," Scott looked at her with wide eyes and she nodded slowly.

"Only with-" She started, seemingly coming to a realization and turning to Scott wide-eyed. "I need you to take me to the hospital."

"I don't think it's that bad we can just-"

"No, I need to get into Isaac's room," She nodded and Scott seemed to have understood what she was talking about.

"My mom's working, she can get us in," He said as he gestured to the door.

Deaton drove Kira, Scott, and Olive to the hospital, but not before chaining Stiles up back at the animal clinic, just for the time being. He dropped the three of them off at the door as Scott helped Olive into the emergency room. Melissa was sitting at the desk, but when she noticed the teens entering she stood up, already on alert.

"What happened? Hey, can we get a doctor-"

"No!" Olive shouted, standing up slightly. "Isaac. Take me to Isaac."

"What? Now? You're hurt, you need to-" Melissa started but Scott shook his head.

"They'll both heal faster if we get her to him," Scott said in a low tone and Melissa seemed confused, but went along with the plan anyway. They got to the door as inconspicuously as they could and Melissa slid the keycard into the lock. Olive writhed out of Scott's grip, but he followed her in anyways, watching her stammer over to Isaac's bed. As she reached the side, she grabbed his hand and her eyes began to glow purple. She sighed in relief as she felt herself healing and Isaac began to stir beneath her. She noticed his burns weren't as bad as before, but now they were beginning to heal faster. She further relaxed as the monitor started to slow to a normal heart rate and Isaac's burns virtually faded. They weren't gone completely, but they'd healed significantly. Once she'd healed, she pressed a kiss to Isaac's forehead and the three teens made their way out of the hospital and back to the door.

"Why was he still unconscious if we healed," Olive turned to the group before her, and Scott shrugged.

"He should've died from his injuries, maybe it's just taking longer cause they were so severe," Melissa shrugged and Olive took in a deep breath.

"Plus electricity stops our healing, so maybe you helped kick it into gear when you- did whatever you did," Scott furrowed his eyebrows, gesturing to her and she nodded, exhaling slightly. She rubbed her eyes, yawning as she sort of fell against the wall.

"Are you okay?" Kira looked over at her, concern littering her face.

"Yeah, that just takes a lot of energy, I guess," Olive shrugged turning to the rest of the group. "I'm gonna call Allison and have her pick me up here, my cars still at the school."

A few minutes later, Allison pulled into the parking lot and Olive got into the car, smiling at her as she buckled her seatbelt.

"Did you heal Isaac?" She asked, looking hopefully in the doorway.

"A little bit, but not all the way," She sighed, following Allison's gaze to the doorway, wearing a more somber expression.

"That's okay, anything helps. He'll be out of there soon," She nods, placing her hand on Olive's leg.

"I don't know if he's gonna make it, Ali," She turns to her, voice cracking slightly as a tear falls down her cheek.

"Olly," Allison frowns as she pulls Olive into a comforting hug over the armrest and lets Olive cry into her shoulder while she rubbed her back. After a few minutes, she drove the two of them home and Olive made her way into her room, laying on her back facing the ceiling, hoping to hear those three raps on her balcony window, hoping for Isaac to come home.
