Without a doubt, this Divine Azure Dragon is way more powerful than any Divine Beast living in this planet!
While the green haired man is still stiff frozen in surprise, Cole stated, "I want to exchange the True Dragon Spirit Vine for the inheritance of the Azure Dragon Clan." He pause as the transformed dragonic phyton look at him full of seriousness.
Then, he continue, "I believe that with the inheritance of Azure Dragon, along with the unmature True Azure Dragon Fruit, you can evolve to Azure Dragon with at least 90% chance of success."
For several seconds, the green haired man is stunned in his position, dazzled by the percentage of success!

The evolution of beast is one of the greatest turning point of their lives. Although he's sure that he don't make many enemies as he usually live in seclusion inside the medicinal garden to guard the spirit vine, he still have to make some preparations to avoid uncertain situation.
For instance, since it was given that an evolution of beast is usually accompanied with massive phenomenon, he have to make sure that he'll evolve into somewhere safe and hidden. It will be bad if someone with bad intention suddenly intrude the place he'll evolve in that could possibly foil everything.
He also have to ready for the small frame of time of being weak due to massive physiological change that'll happen to him. It will be much of a great disgrace if he got killed after he successfully evolve just due to lack of preparation.

He have many things inside his mind that he want to ask and talk about but due to sudden turn of events, he can't do any of that.
He have an idea why the other party is suddenly felt so hurried but it can't be denied that it was kind of rude that he left without saying anything. He even leave the whole spirit plant as though he also entrusted on nourishing it to him.
Cole could only shake his head in annoyance. He vow that using that green python's prestige, he'll definitely squeeze the subordinate that'll be send to him. With the grade of the True Dragon Spirit Vine, even if he have the capability to nourish it, it was still costly.
