Rose's pov
I woke up all alone in my bed because I heard some people talking a little too loud. It ruined by beauty sleep. I get up, get dress and make my way to Chloe's room to see if she's awake. If not then I will wake her up. She needs to play Barbie with me.
I hear some voices downstairs but that's just probably mommy and Lizzie talking. I skip my way to Chloe's room and bust the door open. I see her fast asleep. Not for long. "Wake up, wake up, wake up!" I shout jumping on her. But I'm careful of her leg. Or else she would beat me.
"Rose stop" she says pushing me off of her. "No, you have to come play Barbie with me" I whisper in her ear. "No" okay she's annoying. "Please" I start to cry making her sigh and agree to play with me.
"Wanna help me pick out my outfit?" She ask getting up and going to her closet. I follow her and push her to the side kinda forgetting about her leg. "Ouch" she says sarcastically. I don't think her leg hurts that much now. I should test it and punch her on the leg.
"This" I point to a summer romper so now where twining. Mommy bought us matching ones since I made her. After that, we were walking out of her room when we heard someone say..."listen here you bitch...".
I look at Chloe not knowing what that means. "What does bitch mean?" I ask her. "I-um it means a female dog" she tells me. Oh that's something new that I learned. I'll tell mom and Lizzie later.
When then heard some other things that wasn't nice. "What does motherfucker mean?" I ask since that's what I heard from a woman downstairs. "Nothing. Let's go play dolls" she covers my ears and brings me to the play room.
We have a play room with bunch of different things. There's even a rock climbing wall. "Do you girls want breakfast?" Lizzie says coming in the room with her hair a little wet. "Yes please" my sister and I both say.
She goes down and some things happen. I don't know what because Chloe shut the door. "What's going on?" I ask her as I started climbing on the wall. "Nothing Rose" so that means there's something then.
Chloe's pov
I don't know what's happening down there but I don't like it. "I'll be back" I got up from my spot on the floor. "Where are you going?" She ask jumping down and landing the black widow. This child I swear.
"Bathroom" I walk out but she follows me. "Why are you following me?" I turn around. She was about to answer but we saw mom walking up the stairs looking mad and her face was red. "Mom?" I say as she walks back but she ignores me.
She walks in her room and slams the door shut and I'm pretty sure she locked it. "I no longer need to go to the bathroom" I told Rose. "I'll go find Lizzie" she says running off. I make my way to moms room and knock.
She doesn't answer but I try again. I can hear some light crying on the other side. "Mom can I come in?" I ask as I slide my back against the door and sitting on the floor.
Scarlett's pov
She just asked me if she could come in. I don't want her seeing me like this. I walk over and slide my back against the door and lean my head on it. "What's wrong?" She ask. I wipe my tears. "You're to young to understand baby" I tell her.
"Then let me understand" I sigh. I get up and unlock the door then opening making her fall on her back. That made me smile. A little. "Ouch that hurt" she holds her head. I open my arms telling her to come over. She does so and I hug her then kissing her head.
"Better?" I ask. She nods. "So what's wrong?" She ask still hugging me. "Just Kara being the total bitch she is" I laugh trying to lighten up the mood. "Is that why your face is all red?" She pulls away and looks at my face. I just nod my head. I don't know what to tell her.
"Is there anything you want me to do?" She nicely said. "Just look after your sister for me. I'll be back. Tell Lizzie that she can stay for how long and make sure you listen to her" I tell her picking up my mini bag and walking out without saying anything else.
Lizzie's pov
Rose is helping me make breakfast while Chloe and Scarlett are upstairs talking I'm guessing. I can't stop thinking about what just happened. Kara will be six feet under the next time I see her. "Can I mix now?" Rose is getting impatient. I nod my head and she mixes the ingredients.
We talk for a bit until I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. "Can you finish mixing for me?" I ask Rose and she nods. I walk over to the stairs to see Scar walking down with a mini bag. "Where are you going?" I stop her. She sigh and looks up at me.
"I need air" that's all she says before taking her keys and leaving. "Where's mommy going?" Rose shouts so I walk up to her. "I don't know but let's give her some space, we should get her some flowers to cheer her up" I suggest while taking over the mixing.
"I don't think moms mentally okay" Chloe says walking up next to me. "Why? What did she say?" "She didn't say anything. That's the thing" I sigh knowing Scarlett. She will push everyone away when she's like this and I mean everyone.
I change the subject and we finish making breakfast. After that, I cleaned up while Chloe and Rose went upstairs to clean their messes. I don't think it took them that long because the next thing I know, Rose is in front of me asking me to go and buy Scarlett some flowers.
"Chloe you coming with us!?" I shout. "Yeah coming!" She runs down the stairs. I see that her leg is getting better and that she can somewhat run. "Let's go" I grab my car keys and we head out. I made sure that the door was locked. Duh.
I help Rose in her seat and she does the rest. "What kind of flowers should we get her?" I ask the girls as I back up and drive off. "Red roses!" Rose shouts almost breaking my ears. I look to my right to see if Chloe cares. She doesn't seem like she does so I guess we're getting those.
On the way there, I played some Disney songs because Rose really wanted too. "Okay guys, we're here" I said parking and taking my seatbelt off. I help Rose out and set her down. I take her hand and we all walk in the flower shop.
"I'm going to pick the best flowers" Rose says walking towards the red roses section. We follow along and I can feel that Chloe is off. "What's up Chlo?" I ask still keeping an eye on Rose. "Hmm?" I roll my eyes. "Everything okay?" I ask in another way.
"We were supposed to go to the Marvel reunion thing" I freeze completely forgetting about that. "That's tonight?" I ask and she nods. "Do you think mom would want to go?" We both reach Rose who has now a big bouquet of roses.
I take the roses from her and pay. "Well did she say she was going?" I thank the lady and we walk out. Rose is now on Chloe's back. "Yeah..." "well then she will be there" she nods as I put them flowers in the car and literally peel Rose off Chloe's back. She didn't want to let go.
I help her get in her seat then I sit my ass in my own. Chloe has the aux so she's playing it music right now. I take my time to pull out my phone and text Scar to see if she's alright. I don't know where she went and that scares me.

I know...are the girls okay? Are you okay? I'll be back in about an hour

The girls are fine. I'm fine but it be better if you'd be here and talk to me but you don't have to and take your time coming back but there's a party tonight for Marvel

I know she's good at lying so we'll see if she's actually okay when she comes home. I mean her house. "Was that mom?" Chloe says peaking over my shoulder. "Yeah, she'll be back in about an hour" she nods and we drive off.
I hour later...
"Mommy's back!" Rose shouts from the living room. She has her hands on the massive window making prints. I just cleaned those after we got back from the store. "Rose I just cleaned the windows" I sigh grabbing her and setting her down.
"Sorry, I'll clean it" she goes back and LICKS the window. "Rose stop!" I hear Scar say from the doorway. She immediately stops and runs to her hugging her. "Chloe your moms here" I take an AirPod out of her ear and she looks up at me.
She smiles and goes over to her mom to hug her. I smile at the family interaction. So cute. Then Rose says something that confused me. "What does bitch and motherfucker mean?" She ask and everyone freezes. "Chloe told me that bitch is a female dog" she adds.
Scar glares at Chloe who's now hiding behind me. The door was still wide open and we saw a dog walk by with the owner. Rose runs to the front and shouts "I LIKE YOUR BITCH!" The lady turns around looking at her like she's crazy.
"Sorry about that!" Scar shouts pulling her daughter back inside the house and closing the door. "Can we have a bitch?" She then ask. At this point I'm laughing. "Liz don't laugh" Scar slaps my arm making me laugh even more.
"Motherfucker has the word mother in it so are you a motherfucker?" Rose asks her mom as she's shaking her head. "Rose stop it" Chloe and I are now laughing our ass off. "What's so funny?" Rose is confused and it's making it worse.
"I'll ask the next door neighbour then" she opens the door and no one realized until we heard some loud banging on the neighbours door. "Wait" scar says running out of the house to get her crazy daughter. Oh my god. Johansson's are crazy.
