[Recap: Veer tried to scare Rani. They finally get a hotel to stay. Veer goes to get the car repaired leaving Rani. Rani starts behaving strange after he returns.]
Veer: aesa kya miladiya inhone iss Barfi mai ki aapki ye halat hogayi?
Veer murmured to himself while checking the other Barfi properly. But it looked absolutely fine. No smell, nothing.
Suddenly Veer's attention was drawn towards a glass and a bottle kept beside the plates. Rani probably had used the glass to drink something.
Veer: ye bottle? Iss mai kya hai Rani?
Rani: ee botal? ...ee...mai to... sharbat! Sharbat thha!
Veer: Aapne kya iss sharbat ya jo bhi ho...isse piya hai?
Rani: jii! Par sirf...ek gilas...
Veer: par aapne to kaha aapne sirf Barfi khyi hai..
Rani: Aapne to khane ka pucha...kaa piya oo thodi pucha ....
Her words followed a tipsy laugh.
Veer shook his head hearing her innocent sa answer.
Veer: (smelling the glass) jiska darr tha wahi hua...
Rani! Ye koi sharbat nahi hai...ye sharab hai, sharab...
Now he understood the reason behind her condition.
Sweets in general are not good foods to go with drinks because it gets one more drunk and out of self control than one should be.
Rani: par humko to...ee mitha mitha laga ... humne socha...sharbat hai...aur hum...pii gaye....
Veer: ab samajh aaya iss Barfi ka raaz, Asli kaam iss sharab ne kia hai...aur baki ka kaam barfi ne--... Anyways abhi jo important hai vo hai aapka nasha utar--
But Rani kept her finger on his lips to stop him from speaking.
Rani: kitna bol te hai aap....dactor saab! Thodi der... chup.. hojaiye...(sliding her finger down his face) aur..humari baat..suniye...
Veer: mujhe kuch nahi sunna aur mai chup bhi nahi hounga balki aapko Meri baat sunni padegi...
Rani: aap....humesha...humme daantte... rehte hai..aap.... humse....prem hi naahi krte!😭.
Veer: Aesi baat nahi hai Rani.. mai aapki bhalai k liye hi keh raha hoo ...(cupping her face) meri baat maniye Please... jaake hath muh dho lijiye... Mai tbtk lemonade la intezaam krta hoo.
Rani reluctantly went to the washroom.
Within two minutes, Veer heard a loud splash sound.
He ran to check on her.
Veer: Rani aap theek---
Veer's words stopped mid-air as he found Rani sitting inside the bathtub, playing with water.
Veer: Rani? Maine aapko muh dhone ke liye kaha thha nahane ke liye nhi!
Rani: dekhiye na... dactor saab... Kitna bara talab...hai... Aap bhi... ajaiye... Boht maja aayega...

Veer held his hand and pulled her out of the water.
She landed on his chest.
Veer: Dhyan se...
He said seeing Rani stumble.
With Veer's support she was finally able to walk out properly.
Veer brought some fresh clothes for Rani.
He then with a towel he started drying her hair and wiping the water off her arms.
Veer: jaldi se kapde badal karlijiye...zyada der inn bheege kapdo mai mat rahiye...ok?
Rani tilted her head to the right.
Rani: humme bohut gussa...aaraha hai... dactor saab...
Veer: kyu kya hua?😳
Rani: ee besharam ko dekhiye...kaise chipak rha hai aapse....
She said pointing towards his wet shirt that was sticking to his body.
Veer couldn't help but chuckle.
Rani and nasha are an epic combo!
Veer: gussa mat hoiye Rani...isse abhi badal lunga mai...😄.... Abhi aap change karlijiye aur mai bhi change karke aata hoo..
After a significant amount of time he came out only to find Rani sitting on the bed in her blouse and petticoat with that shawl wrapped around her.
Veer: Rani aapne saree kyu nhi pehni?😳
Rani: humse...naahi pehna jaa raha...Dactor sab🥺...
Veer: Rani....aap koshish to kijiye, hojayega.
Rani: humne... bohut....koshish ki😭...
Veer: accha,accha...thik hai. Mai kuch karta hoo..😕
He went and picked up the saree in his hand.
Veer: Rani ne bataya to thha kaise pehnte hai... ekbr koshish krke hi dekhta hoo...bas yehi ek chara hai...
Veer said to himself before dimming the lights of the room.
He went towards Rani and placed her hands on his shoulder.
Veer: aap aese chupchap khari rehna ok?
She nodded.
He slowly started to twist the other end of her saree around her waist. After twisting and tucking in your saree, he somehow managed to make the pleats and stowed them into the petticoat near her navel, pulling her closer in the process.
Post an eyelock, he brought the pallu from under her right arm, and kept it on her left shoulder letting it flow freely.

Rani looked at herself. The saree wasn't perfect but undoubtedly good.
Rani: aap...(pulling his cheeks) bohut pyaare hai...dactor saab...aap sabseee acche hai.
She grabbed his hands and started making him dance with her whilst humming a song.
Veer: Rani...kal boht nachliya...aur nhi horha mujse..
Rani: Kaa dactor...saab...Shara mood kharab..kardete hai...aap....hatiye...
She pushed him away and kept dancing around the room, sometimes on the bed and sometimes on the floor.
Veer: Ye achanak achanak kya hojata hai aapko🤦♂️
Poor Veer had to run behind her all the while, to ensure that she doesn't fall and hurt herself.
Tired, he sat down on the bed.
Rani: itni jaldi...tha gaye kaaa... dactor saab?😂🤭...abhi to... bohottt... kuch...baaki hai...😉
Veer: k..kya baaki hai?😳
Instead of an reply, she pushed him on the bed.
Veer: gayi....aaj toh meri izzat lut gayi...yeh meri biwi ho nhi ho skti...
He shut his eyes as Rani leaned towards him.
After a while, Veer opened his eyes feeling no movement.
An exhausted Rani was peacefully sleeping on his chest.
Veer exhaled and made her lie down properly.
Veer: Bach gya aaj toh...(turning to Rani) pr kal aapko sabak shikhauga mai.... bhut maza arha tha na aj mujhe tang krke... pehle police ke saamne or fir us lafander se lift bhi leni thi...ab dekhna mai kya karta hoo...😎
He smiled looking at his phone where he'd recorded everything.

She walked upto Veer who was standing near a closed window.
Rani: dactor saab, humare sir mai itna dard kaahe ho rha hai?
Veer: (in a serious tone) vo toh hoga hi... jo aapne kiya kal uske baad--
Rani: (in a confused and scared tone) ma..maane? Kaa kiya humne kal?
Veer: kya kiya?....Puchhiye kya nhi kiya!
Veer answered in his angry voice (nakli though).
Rani: ghuma kaahe rahe hai aap dactor saab... bataiye na☹️... Aur ee kamre mai itna andhera kyu hai? Light on kijiye na...
Saying, she went towards the light switch.
Veer: Light on mat kijiye, aap dekh nhi payegi jo apne kiya hai...
Veer's words made her switch on the lights more quickly.
Rani: (biting her lower lip) y...yeh humne kiya hai?😳 Phirse aapki ee halat kardi humne?🙊
She said on spotting the red marks she'd made on his face last night.

Veer handed her the phone to see the video he'd recorded yesterday.
Rani watched the whole video carefully and took a quick glance at Veer.
She tried to delete the video but Veer snatched the phone from her hand.

Rani: (with a confident smile) bataiye!
Veer: good! Deal simple hai... Bas kal Cuttack jaane se pehle tak mai aapse jo bhi kahunga aapko vahi Krna hoga...

He moved towards the door whilst wiping his face.
Rani: Dactor saab! Ee humri saree ko kaa hua? Humne to kachu aur hi pehna thha na?
Veer: ha..haa..wo kal aap bheeg gayi thhi to...mujhe badal ni parhi...
Rani: kaa!? Aapne humme saree pehnayi?😂🤦♀️
Veer: maine itni mehnat se pehnaya aur aapko hasi arahi hai?😤

Rani turned and went towards the counter where Veer was completing all the formalities.
