She wouldn't acknowledge that the person was being rude to her in the first place, surprised when you told them to apologize to her. Her mouth would agape when you took her hand and led her away, still a little confused but thankful.

Your voice would make her jump a little, not expecting you to speak up for her when most of the time she has to defend herself. With crossed arms she would quickly begin grinning, smugly watching as you told the person off. Like yes that's my girlfriend!

She's not one for confrontation and would be ready to walk away with you, just wanting to ignore them. But when you walked up to them and told them to apologize she felt embarrassed. Also flattered you stood up for her.

She gave the rude person a disinterested look and was ready to ask them why they just said that but was surprised when you stepped up and defended her. Once they were gone, she wrapped her arms around you. Sweetly telling you thank you before the two of you burst into laughter at the situation.
